Disappointed with the service. Looking for glasses and employee seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. Could not answer or very vague when I asked questions.

Dr. Rovenstine is amazing! She has helped my family with glasses and contacts for many years. She has caught things for my son and my husband and we’re so very thankful for her and her wisdom! Thank you for always being a great Doctor!

I’ve been going there for years, and when I went in for my husband’s appointment the younger lady was just blah, she was chewing gum loudly as she was talking to us, never gave eye contact, and had us stand at her desk while she took payment. Not once did she ask us to sit down. When we did sit down the place was not clean, they had dunkin cups around the floor of their desks and the trash hadn’t been taken out. Gross and unkempt. Will not be returning here, I even canceled the appointment I hadThey took too long for a simple checkup. We didn’t leave until after their closing time.

Always helpful and friendly when we need them. We have bought many pairs of glasses here and they always help us adjust our glasses.They are very accommodating helping my husband Adam with finding screws for older pairs and the optometrist is very good as well.Good service and happy with the selection of frames.

I love Dr. Rovenstine But the service you get from her office staff especially Kemmie is terrible. It always appears she would rather be elsewhere than doing her job. And when she does do her job she messes up - costly mistakes!

Courteous staff will try several times to sell you their upgraded exam package. Staff and doctor were knowledgeable and good at communicating their findings. Good selection of frames, at several price levels. Got prompt notification when my glasses were ready, they use an external lab so it can take up to a couple weeks. Appointment reminders so you dont have to remember.

Love MyEyeDr. Dr. Rovenstine is great, really explains things to you and spends time with you. Getting an appointment that works for you is really easy. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Been going here since Spex. I have known issue with high pressures in both eyes and was prescribed treatment years ago. Was told to see a specialist regarding recent exam. I have been trying to see specialist but conflicts/cancelations have not allowed me to see specialist so I rescheduled appt here to renew prescription. Received a call day of appointment (sat) stating that we will not be able to do anything for you until you see a specialist....great example of caring for patients. Will no longer be seen by this staff, poor health care.

Dr. Rovenstein is always friendly and provides a thorough exam. Malav is super helpful and always guides me to the right glasses. Great team!

Worst service ever!The office would accet my mom’s insurance at the time that I made the appointment for her but on the day denied her on the day of her appointment since they were no longer accepting her insurance.Of course no one bothered to call me so I wouldn’t show up. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate!

Started going here when it was Spex. Service has taken a nose dive since the switch. Husband went in to get glasses repaired and to schedule an appoint and they could not repair and didn’t have an appointment for two weeks. Salespersons were rude. We will not be returning.
