Dr. Kirscher was great to work with! Very calm and thorough and really easy to talk to. The images taken of the eye are really interesting and he took the time to show me what each part meant. I would highly recommend him and the practice. The folks are the front desk are amazing as well. Super easy to work with and make the whole process smooth.

I have worn glasses or contacts for 50 years and Professional Eye Care Center is the best. My contact lenses are the best I’ve ever had in terms of comfort and visual acuity. Dr Russell is amazing. I would highly recommend him for your family. Our family goes to him for all of our eye care needs. He is very patient, knowledgeable and takes his time to hear what your expectations are. He put me in a set of lenses that are the most comfortable contacts I’ve ever worn. I moved to the Naperville area a few years ago and my daughters and I have both missed our amazing eye doctor back home. We struggled to find a doctor that would care for my eyes and my college daughters eyes. I finally went to see Dr Butz and he and his staff were so knowledgeable and always called me back and answered all my questions. We recently started seeing another doctor there at the clinic DR RUSSELL and again it was just such great care for my daughter and myself. My daughter had gotten confused about what her prescription/instructions where when she arrived home. Dr Russell called after hours and helped us thru part of it and then made time in his schedule the next day to recheck her eyes. Best Eye Doctors in the area and the staff was great!!

Ive been coming to Dr. Butz at Professional Eyecare for over 10 years! When I needed glasses in elementary school, my mom took me here and Ive continued to go here every year for my annual check-up since. I cannot recommend the staff enough - They are all kind, funny, and patient people. The office is beautiful, accessible, clean. From the minute I walked in as a new patient, I felt welcome and comfortable. The receptionist and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the process, and I did not even have to wait. Dr. Russell talked through every portion of the exam and explained the purpose of each test. I actually learned more at this appointment than I had at any other check-up in the past. Additionally, no one tried to sell me on my very minor correction; the options were presented with no pressure. Honest, friendly service from a very attentive and expert team. This was my first time visiting this eye doctors office. I went to a place that I was unhappy with prior, and switched to this office and it was great. They gave me the option if I wanted additional eye tests that my insurance did not cover and they did not try to push anything extra. The doctor took his time and did not rush and explained everything that the additional testing did and took his time with the eye exam. The office was clean and looked professional. The entire staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful and they even gave me a rebate for my contacts! I would recommend them. Great office, very happy with everything, and I will be going back again.

I called to make an appointment, they were able to fit me in on the day I wanted. They looked up my insurance to make sure I was okay to have an exam. Vision is no longer covered by my insurance and this level of eye care is not cheap but I return not out of habit but because the level of care is worth the cost.
