Great store. Big and breathable. Its so good you can shop for an hour a d not run into another customer. I did my shopping completely nude and free and didnt have to worry about another soul judging me. Im not sure what magic theyre using but theyve designed the aisles so perfectly that you can shop in peace.

My family and myself have been going to Jewel for over 40 years. Jewel has a nice selection of groceries, but the Deli and Bakery are amazing! Want delicious fried or grilled chicken with homemade sides, come here! Jewel also made a delicious 13 by 9 inch freshly baked cake with buttercream frosting for my moms 75th birthday band even wrote a special message with flowers! Thank you Jewel, for helping make my moms birthday a very memorable one!!

Went shopping here on May 11. I had a issue with a sale that was out of stock . Spoke to a female worker who told me it wasnt on her side of store and finally located the gentleman for the side I needed. He could do much to help and suggested I speak with customer service. I spoke with a super polite and helpful person Claire Fernandez. She immediately resolved the issue and when I was ready to ring out came again to the register to make sure my transaction went well. Her customer service was amazing and made the overall experience very pleasant. I shop here all the time and most employees are helpful . Sometimes hit or miss by the customer service counter. This person is a great addition to your store and I hope she role plays with others so they can become as efficient and helpful as she was. Very nice. . Her demeanor would make her a excellent sales person if she chose that career . Just a overall amazing performance.

I only go to jewel on rare occasions. Everytime I go,for some reason I get the same cashier Bob He is an older Caucasian man. He is just so passive aggressive. Next time I go, I will definitely wait in a long line so as not to have any encounters with him again. Otherwise, the store is really nice and clean. Store doesnt seem clean. Bakery items not well prepared. Purchased 3 big cookies that crumbled to the touch. Around 3pm still had rotisserie chicken sitting out from 10am. 99 cent strawberries were rotten.

My husband and I have been customers of Osco for many years. We recentently had a very bad experience with Andrew, the pharmacy manager.. I had a rx for a schduled drug and he was was rude and obnoxious to me. I called the store manager and am waiting to hear back from him.

I have had my fair share of mean stares, but today topped the cake on my bad experiences at this Jewel Osco. This morning I was buying milks for the dunkin I work at and the lady would NOT keep her eyes off me! I was at self check out and not only did she direct me on how to scan my five gallons of milk (as if I didn’t know?) but proceeded to stare at me from her post as I was scanning my items. The machine needed her assistance, and when she finished putting her card in she told me “You still need to scan one more” making it clear to me that she had kept her eyes on me. Extremely disrespectful and disappointed with how you are training people! Just because I am a woman of color does not mean you get to stereotype me as a thief.

Clean store and well stocked.

Its a grocery store. Lots of items. They finally put in numerous self checkouts which helps shoppers with fewer items get out faster.

Self check out will ruin your day, trust me waiting in line IS the right choice. Even bad service is better when it comes from a human.

Pretty crowded at the time I went. Normal stock I would say, but I didnt feel like the produce looked as fresh this time around. Theres still a good selection of items here and sales vary so you can find good deals.

Pharmacy pickup on way home after surgery. Did have to wait 15 min but the prescription had just been called in by my surgeon. Given the short time frame, they did an excellent job

Everytime I went there I felt uncomfortable due to the unfriendly sftaff members. The scanning machine causes issues and, the employees tried to say the issue is caused by clumsy customers. The machine caused the issue, and even when it didnt, the company should make the machine easier to use for customers. We shouldt learn to use it; machine should learn to make it easier for customers . Hope they improve customer service and the ways they treat customers. Remember no matter how he or she looks, those are your customers.

I was in the one on Ogden avenue and Naperville yesterday had to pick up some stuff ran in it was decent everybody knew all the things that I had to ask and they told me exactly what I needed to be at

Decent jewel and never seems to busy. Have relatively big fresh produce and meat aisles as well as a seasonal aisle (Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day etc)

See up date below. Thier grilled chicken is very dry but when its not it beats all chicken around, employees have a high house attitude. Have had to call mod to inform them about my experience, and check the chicken they give you the wrong amounts and short you out.Update! 3/22/21....Spoke with MOD, told me he was concerned and wanted to make sure I was compensated for the past chicken I was not happy with and asked me to share that information with the store manager which I will.They said come and we care about what happened and took care of me I LOVE JEWEL-OSCO and they love their customers ME! that is why I will always shop with them.Thank you JEWEL-OSCO.

It was very clean, everything was spaced accordingly to CDC gl, the isles are now directed. Yes. TP is Plentiful, still.

The managers need to teach the children that work the registers some manners. Im sure its very difficult waking up in your parents house and going to work for 5 hours, but at least say hello and thank you at the register, especially when the customer initiates a greeting. Fresh thyme is right around the corner. Head there for similar prices but far better quality...food and people.

I was in town for business. Stopped in for some snacks. Large store, very clean.

The produce is good.

Bad experience there today. Only my second visit to the store, I asked an associate where the butter was located since it wasnt anywhere near the dairy aisle. He responded, its in the butter aisle and turned away. Not helpful at all. Checking out, the bagger walked away leaving a handful of my items to be bagged while he socially chatted with another associate. I bagged them myself and left pondering just how horrible their customer contact seems to be.

Normally I come to this Jewel and have a good experience, because they seem to be one of the best Jewels Ive been to in regards to the freshness of their food. This last experience I had though, was no good. Most of the produce and food I purchased about a week ago was either spoiled, stale, or frost bitten. I had to throw a lot of the items I purchased away. I dont know if I feel comfortable shopping from there anymore.

The worse Jewel in the area. No room. They are too concerned about maximizing shelf space that it is impossible to practice social distancing and is a MAJOR fire hazard.

Let me start off by saying I love grocery shopping. As in, I go at least 4-5 times a week, just for the fun of it. If that doesn’t convince you, I got asked to both homecoming and prom at this Jewel — and during one of them, the workers here agreed to announce it over the intercoms.I’ve been going to this Jewel since I was a kid, and now that my high school is right down the street, I have continued going to this Jewel. The workers here can be apathetic at times (But really, who wants to work the 1am shift?), but they’re always friendly and willing to help. The deli workers here are the actual best; Dave is always ready with a hello and knows exactly what to recommend when I’m not sure what kind of salami and roast beef I want. The aisles are always stocked and neat, and the fresh produce section is organized by fruits/vegetables. I’ve ordered my flowers for dances here, made memories here, and most importantly, got the best groceries here.I’ll shop at a lot of grocery stores in my life, but I’ll never forget this one. And if you’re just looking for a place to pick up some eggs and bread, this Jewel’s got exactly what you’re looking for.

The bathrooms are super dirty. The managers aren’t super friendly especially In the front. Nobody seems to know where anything is in the store

Worst experience in my entire life. Ive been shopping in this store almost 7 years and Ive never had this type of problem! Today I went to shop and I asked why the price of the merchandise was different then the price I saw on the floor. The customer service lady got mad at me and yelled, telling me that I dont know how to read the price(like I work at the store). Then I asked where the price was for the product and she said she didnt know and it was my fault that I didnt know how to read the prices when the price was wrong. Then the manager came because I was upset at the lady who yelled at me and he didnt do nothing as well.

Chronically understaffed. Exceedingly rare to have more than two registers open. Repeated problem. This is what you can expect, lines backed up for the next few aisles!

Love the store, my go to store. Very convenient location. In a strip mall with few other stores like UPS, Cup Cake shop, etc. which makes it easier to do other shopping. Cooked food options are good. The only thing I dont like of this place is it does not have a restroom (at least I have seen one in the years I have been here.)

Great place to shop organic produce and daily household needs. Their bakery is just awesome. Their Sundays A dozen bagels for $5 is something we cannot miss. They carry everything, from tooth brushes to cooking vessels, to all meat and produce. Highly recommended

Great supermarket having most of the things you need.....

The employees were friendly, efficient, and always handled any issue.

Decent location if you need to pick up some last minute groceries but check over the produce especially fruit, its been hit or miss for me. I do like the popcorn stand and premade meals.

Large store with great selection. I go out of my way to shop at this store because the deli can shave lunch meat properly.

Bought online few grocery stuff and reached here on time to pick them up. Three guys took my name and order info so far, still waiting. 1.15 hrs in waiting so far.Worst place buy grocery. One guy spiked to me very rudely. Thanks to COVID/19, we need to buy few thing online as they are not available in our local Walmart.Not recommended. Save your time and money. Super convenient location and you can always find what you need. This place has what Walmart does not. I frequent the store often. They do have a really good Bakery and Deli. If you have time to walk to the store you can find really good discounts but they are not on one shelf you have to look and keep your eyes open.

I came here to pick up a gallon of milk, and I was able to do this with ZERO issues!!! Thank you Jewel!

Not always five stars, but today it was. Bob as cashier and June as bagger, friendly, quick, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a home delivery order today(4-25-20), that apparently came from this Naperville Jewel. I mention that because I have 2 other Jewel stores closer to me. One of their websites is where I actually placed my order. Anyway, this store did a great job! I had icecream that was still mostly frozen and thats always a test even when I do my own shopping. Whoever bagged my order is impressive. From this Jewel store...then into a DoorDash car and then to my house and nothing crushed. Cold bagged with cold. 18 raw eggs and not one cracked. Bread still shaped like bread. Thank You!

This is in regards to their Pick up & Go service.Just dont bother with it.My order was supposed to be ready by 8 pm yesterday, got an email that it was ready at 1 am. Called to confirm it was ready and told to be there at 12 pm. Then sat for 2 hours as they kept telling me they were looking for our order. Finally get it after talking to the manager and the order is half missing and completely wrong. Now I have to figure out what I have and try and get my money back for what I didnt get.

Usually pretty quick to get what items I need and get out. Recently installed self check out. Which really helps!

Cashier was rude and throwing my stuff. I like coming here but now I don’t know. Because it is happening twice.
