So glad to have stopped in here. This paint store is well established and offers all of the resources to assist in your project. I was helped by Kiley who was very informative and answered all of my questions, from popular colors to giving estimates of how much paint I would need.

We visited on 7/30/21 Friday 6:10 pm, store was closing at 7 pm ( we were only customer in store )Me and my husband visited 50 min before closing assuming we can get some detail answer for our new project of painting our house exterior, but we were not satisfied.We had encounter with “ CAITLIN “ we told her that we are looking for paint for my exterior of house, she said all these are paint, you can select . We do not know any thing about paint so we ask which one is better quality for exterior and she showed us 7 diff gallon on wall and said you can select.( what a stupid response )She was not courteous at all, did not explain anything . My husband said he can show picture of my house exterior cedar and may be she can help up out between paint and stain . Before we finish she responded “ I can not able to tell you “ she did not even see pictureWhen we ask which paint is better and her response was - look the chart for good, better, best( I can read the chart but someone need to take time and explain for people like us who does not know anything about paint )Also she said these are not in stock ( she does not even ask which one we are going to select )VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEAny new employee can do better job than CAITLIN on first day of serviceI strongly suggest, avoid “CAITLIN “ for any advice or avoid this location for sure .Her help was extremely poor, not belong to Sherwin William like good companyPlease go to different location of screw-in William.Our conversation lasted 90 sec or so, she did show any interest why we are walking away from store.Very poor customer service, go to another location( I spent more time to write this poor experience )She does not belong to company like SW

I went into the store a few minutes before close on 10/4/21. There was one salesperson in the store. She did not approach me to ask if I needed help. Instead at closing time, she asked, “Are you buying anything because we are about to close at 6.” I was stomped by the question because I actually needed very specific help for a project. When I pointed out that she neglected to ask if she could assist me, she gave several reasons for her poor customer service. After hearing about 3 excuses, and her gaslighting me by pointing out she said “hello” from the desk in the back when I walked in (which I didn’t hear), I reminded her she still had an opportunity to offer me help, as the only customer in the store. I then explained to her my needs and she haphazardly assisted after a few eye rolls.If you are not prepared to receive and assist customers, then the doors should be locked and closed for business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great lasting paint and many choices. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is nicely set-up in an organized fashion. Location of the store is good, very easy to find. The have money-saving sales frequently and coupons which bring down the cost significantly (cost being the reason for the four stars instead of five).

I really did not feel that the associate was interested in my project at all. I am not a professional painter so I was seeking their advice on how to proceed with my project and it was like pulling teeth!

Kateland was awesome in helping me select the right paint for the job. Also stayed past closing and helped take product to car. With two small children in tow, it was a huge help. Would definitely recommend this store and her specifically.

They work lumited hours, close at 4 on Sunday, only one sale person per shop, which is disrespectful to customers. Each time now I spend half an hour waiting two people ahead of me. Shame for such big prices and reach company.

Utilize alot, great employees

I visited two stores in two days and the employees at both stores were extremely attentive and helpful. I love the energy of the young employees. I was greeted immediately, was allowed the proper amount of time to look on my own, and received the help I needed when I needed it. The staff was very professional.
