I needed new Christmas trees, and Scott was very helpful and helped me find what I wanted. The price was right and the checkout process was painless. They scheduled delivery for me, and the trees showed up on time. The delivery driver even called me to say they were on their way and brought them into my house for me. I would highly recommend!

The pool is in and it’s awesome thanks to Jeff and crew from American Sale. Ordering a pool during COVID came with some hiccups for sure. Materials and parts were VERY scarce. Contractors were behind indefinitely and Mother Nature didn’t help much. Jeff and his staff made sure my pool builder had the parts needed when they needed them. This was a great experience. I highly recommend these guys.Speaking of delays, no concrete deck for the pool till spring because everyone is so busy and the ground needs time to settle.

Was looking for a new Christmas tree but everything in that place is expensive. Place was bit dead not a lot of people shopping maybe its still early for Christmas? I inquired for price match guarantee promo but theres nothing really to compare too as everything was different from other stores ( model, height etc) so dont bother. The only thing is they have nice display.

Furniture is beautiful! Delivery guys we great however a piece on the table was missing to make it level. Was told this was a manufacturer mistake. Would have given a 5 star except for this.

If I could give 0 stars I would, just a horrible customer service and not to mention service department, we bought jacuzzi from them and some jets fell out plus couple lights stopped working. We needed to stop buy the store to get filters and figured might as well schedule a service call, we scheduled our service call, month passed noone contacted us, eo we give them a call, store associate tells us there is no service call for you, so we schedule another call, another month passes, no one showed up or called, another couple weeks pass I get email and text asking for a review for the service they performed, so I was like ok finally they came and took care of the issue, so I went to check it out, and nothing was done! I even checked camera recordings, there was nobody at our backyard!!!!! If you’re looking for a jacuzzi spa or a pool, take your business elsewhere!

My husband and I went shopping for outdoor items - wondering what was in store following being vaccinated. Not only were we surprised by the helpful staff- Lance, in particular - but by the experience in general. Lance explained everything, including showing us how to operate certain equipment. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THESE KNOCKING HANDS! OR OTHER SALE HALLOWEEN DECORE FROM HERE!!!Last week we went to American Sale to check patio furniture but we don’t find anything we liked. We walked to look at the Halloween decorations and found this knocking hand. We got the hand and when we didn’t even think to put batteries in it until today. When we opened it there was already batteries inside Fully exploded! Even with new batteries this will not work! Save your money for a Halloween store or Anywhere els but here!

The sale went very well. Tony Parbs was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to cancel the sale, through no fault of Tonys, because we found a unique opportunity to have a new hot tub installed months before American Sales could deliver.

My wife bought a patio table and chairs on line. When delivery day came the items were out of stock. We went to the store. Memo was very helpful in finding a replacement and they also honored our original price. When our credit did not come through right away, Lance B. was extremely helpful in getting things straightened out, taking the time to contact billing and making sure we were taken care of. Hitches happen sometimes, but not a problem when the staff works hard to straighten things out. Very satisfied.

I did not feel rushed and always received requested follow up.While some may expect this level of service pre-sale, I can say that I received the same level of service after my swim/spa was installed and working properly. Truly, Lance and American Sale went above and beyond my expectations and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Three years ago, we moved from our suburban house into a historic condo with 23 foot tall ceilings... needless to say, our 7-6 artificial Christmas tree looked pretty small in our Great Room (even after we stacked it up on top of two wine crates)! This year, we FINALLY decided it was time to upgrade to a taller pre-lit tree. So after some exhaustive online looking and shopping, I settled on a 10 ft. tall tree from Frontgate and ordered it to arrive just before Thanksgiving - even with their 35% sale, it was still a pretty expensive tree, but I rationalized that we were going to own this tree for another 15 years and clicked BUY.With this taller tree on the way, we figured we would also need MORE ORNAMENTS! So we headed to our local American Sale store and loaded up our cart with a bunch of shiny new baubles - their selection was amazing! Im not into themes and prefer to put my own palette together, but they sure had a lot of decorated trees to give you ideas. We purchased a beautiful and affordable selection of new gold/silver/white/champagne colored ornaments to put on our new, 10 ft. tree. I was impressed that many of the ornaments are now shatter-proof, which is a good thing when you have a rambunctious grandson making laps around the house!Sadly, once the Frontgate tree arrived and we assembled it in our Great Room, it was a big disappointment. Not only were the branches plasticky-looking, but the tree wasnt even CLOSE to as full and fluffy looking as the online photos suggested. You could see right through the boughs to the pole! No amount of fluffing was going to fix this. Plus, the bottom of the tree was a full 22 off the floor! It looked like they shipped us a 8-0 tree on a 2 ft. tall stick!So we headed BACK to American Sale the very next day, now in a panic because it was the weekend after Thanksgiving and we knew their stock would be getting pretty low... and we REALLY needed a nice, fluffy, prelit 12 ft. tree (without waiting for shipping)!We met up with Jeff Thome in the tree department, and after quickly determining that there were only a few pre-lit LED 12 ft. trees that had the needle style we liked, he started checking what he had left in stock. This was not a quick or easy decision for us. At one point, we were walking in circles around all their many tree options, agonizing over the fact that I had to still return the very expensive skinny Frontgate tree, and I wasnt sure I could handle decorating a 12 ft. tree, was it too tall?? would the width of a 12 ft. tree fit in our space (near the dining table)?? should we try another 10 ft. tree?? -- there was a lot of hemming and hawing and indecision. Through it all, Jeff hung out nearby, gave us our space and time to decide on what we wanted, politely answered all our questions and offered helpful advice -- NEVER pushy or inattentive.Once we finally settled on our choice, we learned that they had sold their last one the night before! About to give up, I asked Jeff if they could sell the floor display and to our delight, he said, YES! So he and another associate quickly disassembled the tree and packed it up in a couple of their red, quilted tree bags (they threw one in for us, and we bought the second one) - and away we went!Once we got the new 12 ft. Colorado Fir tree home and assembled, we both agreed that we had made the RIGHT choice - it looked terrific and grand in our tall room, and the branches were full and fluffy and realistic. We just purchased a Stonegate swivel rocker patio dining set. Tom Hoffman our sales representative was very helpful without any pressure at all. It seems to be a quality set but I would have to say that Toms incites and patience were our deciding factors on where to actually purchase. Initially this posted as a 4 star review. It was definitely a 5 star!!

We were able to find exactly the items we needed for our deck with the help of our salesperson Tom Hoffman. After locating each of our items from different locations, Tom was able to make it all happen. We look forward to enjoying our purchase. Tom made it all happen.

First, during the pandemic, they all wore masks and were aware of social distancing. This was huge for us compared to another local hot tub dealer who did neither. Ill never visit them again. Second, Memo was extremely helpful/friendly. Great job!

We were in and bought the left over Christmas village on clearance. We needed bubble wrap, boxes and bags so we could wrap it all and hope nothing broke. Tom was the difference between us buying it all or walking away. Could not have done it without him. He was cordial and so nice. I went to American Sale today in Naperville looking for XMAS items. I had a small issue with the price marked on some LED sting lights. The price on a particular string was lower than all the other similar marked strings by $15. Lynda, an associate for American Sale indicated the lower price was leftover product from 2018. The higher marked strings were this years 2019 product. That explained the price differences. However, Lynda was customer focused enough to feel empowered to honor the older 2018 cost for the newer 2019 LED string lights. This is XMAS spirit, and understanding at its best! We need more employees like Lynda, in the retail footprint, so customers want to return to the retail stores! Thanks again Lynda... much appreciated!!

In search of Christmas item which was sold out last year and was assisted by Lynda in locating item and providing information as to return policy should there be any issues. Lynda went the extra mile to assist and insure that I was getting the correct item I was searching for. I would recommend this store location and seek out Lynda for assistance if she is working when you visit.

I picked up a huge Christmas tree this morning, and the gentleman who did the carry out literally spent 20 minutes with me tetris-ing trying to help me figure out how to make those big boxes fit in t already full car! He was so nice, and had the attitude that we were going to find a solution to avoid a double trip! Well, WE DID IT! (Mostly him, I just was in the way, lol!!) Problem after problem, pool got delivered several months late, then finally in end of august they come n install it and 10 minutes later its leaking, they come next day put a new liner, we r filling it up and when water reaches the top line where its suppose to go, water is leaking from the pump output, wasting once again 💧 water, the pool stairs is missing 3 pcs, I called em n they r shipping it out to me, I have never had so many problems with a purchase in my life, im so upset n tired. DONT buy a pool from these people unless ur ready for headaches.

Shane did a tremendous job spending time with us in the store while we reviewed all options of spas in our price range. He was available on multiple occasions (via phone or email) to answer questions prior to the purchase. He was also involved in the set up/delivery and it was seamless. The delivery team was great. I called all stores in surrounding areas trying to find a swimming pool liner that I could come pick quickly so we could get our pool fixed this week for 4th of July. American Sale was the only store to have our size, and it was cheaper than many of the Ship to Home companies out there. I was in and out of their store in 10 minutes with my new liner.

We recently ordered a customer made shuffle board table at American Sale Naperville. The price was excellent and while we were quoted 6-8 weeks the table arrived in only 3. Our home isnt ready yet and they are storing for 30 days at n/c before free delivery and set. Also last weekend we were shopping for outdoor furniture. American Sale was our third stop. We had one set we like at Wannemakers but the cushions we wanted were special order so the sale didnt apply and the lead time was 8-10 weeks. Lance from American Sale not only price matched but added in an ottoman. With free delivery and 4 week lead. I highly recommend them.

There was an issue with a chair that was delivered and it had to be replaced...no worries with American Sale! They stand behind their business.
