We love our Tuff Spa. we recently had a small leak in the drain of the spa. Curtis personally took care of it because a technician was not available for at least a week. He made the twelve hour round trip on Saturday and fixed the spa. Thats real service! His dedication to servicing after the sale is why I chose to buy from Ultimate Comfort.

I have had a hot tub in my backyard for most of my life and the tuff spa hot tub that I purchased from Ultimate Comfort has absolutely exceeded all expectations. The UCSpas team came out and were really helpful with installation and even did my initial water treatment, plus after a year of owning this hot tub I can say that the maintenance is WAY easier than any other hot tub Ive had. Plus the price was much cheaper than other hot tubs!
