Worst place to buy vegetables. None of the items fresh here and worst maintenance. They try to sell all the spoiled items here and false advertisement on the Facebook. They don’t deserve one star but don’t have an option. Don’t even think of going and spending hard earned money here.

A nice Indian supermarket. The best feature is there food area in the back. They have something called taco bhel. Pretty innovative combining the ingredients of bhel inside a puri taco 🌮 shell (pictured).Overall, I feel Patel Brothers (another Indian supermarket on Ogden) is a bit better in terms of look & feel, quality and selection. Indiaco is a close second.

Great store for Indian stuff, very neat. I especially loved that you get ladoo gopal murti, and all krishna costumes. Very good collection of puja stuff. I found tea sieve, and masala dabba as well.They keep carrom boards, cricket bats, and even khatias.Worth a visit

You will find lot of different brands under one roof. If you are looking for anything specific in rawa ( based on its coarseness and granularity), there are lot of options to choose from. They have a good collection of broken wheat (numbered as per the coarseness).Quality products and lot of variety for each item.

You can find very good items in this store. But customer service is terrible. I brought a masala container and there was missing parts. I didnt check if there was any missing parts before I bought (my bad!) . Unfortunately I didnt take the receipt from the counter. I was renovating the kitchen and so I didnt open the box for 3 weeks.I took it to the costumer service and explained the young lady at the counter about what had happened.She told I cannot return and she was very rude blaming me that I didnt check the box before I left the store!.I went to the manager, and she was worse than the other lady. She didnt want to listen and claimed she is very busy and told to wait for her at the customer service. (जैसा राजा वैसी प्रजा ). Usually the managers at any stores show the courtesy to listen to their customers.I went back to the customer service, the lady at the counter started started repeatedly blaming me.So I kept the containers on the counter and walked out.I have seen that in all the Indian stores, the store people are rude to the Indian customers.Terrible experience! I will never go back.

Place is good if you wanna find anything that an Indian household will need but for some the shoppers are not courteous and makes the shopping experience not so goodThus 3stars

Great store! Fresh produce, good customer service and above all the prices are really affordable. People who are from other stores might put a negative review because they may be afraid that they will give better quality and services than them. But i have been to other India bazaar in other states too. They are doing great being a new store..

Recommending this store to buy all Indian groceries here. I didnt get good experience, because there was Indian lady who works there she didnt respond properly when I asked some meat items.

Some things have great price, sometimes weejly deals are good on perishables like veges, but while buying be careful as they need to be consumed sooner rather than later, some things are cheaper than patel others are not

Its always good to have multiple stores in close vicinity for fair pricing. I liked shopping here since less crowded and always have deals going on. The location is good right on rt 59 so easy for shopping too.Long way to go for them to handle crowd. Little over 5 customers and wait time is good 10 minutes which is not good in today’s time. Many employees are seen free but don’t bother to open checkout lanes!

Always pay attention what they ring up .If you compare the traffic during grand opening V/S now, it is significantly down.Sorry Indico you can’t compete Patel brotherI don’t know how long they will survive

Great place for Indian groceries

They never meet their delivery promises. The actual delivery date is always delayed by one or two days after the date mentioned on the order. I had to cancel my order multiple times due to this and if you try to reach out their customer service is horrible with bad tempered ladies shouting at you for missing out on their phone calls.Another thing that I have noticed over the past few months during the multiple orders is that if you keep buying some product from them multiple times then they start increasing the price of that specific product, apparently they are not interested in retaining the customers. A bunch of shameless people

Vegetables are very bad here. Never found fresh vegetables. Good thing is lots of varieties for grossary, but everything is costlier compared to Patel brothers. Rajulas kitchen inside this store for live food is way better then the live food you can find in Patel brothers.

Good indian grocery store but the produce isnt very fresh... Been a few times and always find the produce to be a bit old and near expired.

I must say that I have sifted my weekly grocery shopping to Indiaco as this store now offers everything that I need.The store is very well maintained, polite staff and quite convenient shopping.Good one in the neighborhood.

I want to give ZERO rating. All stores in USA have return policy. This store do not have. Please think 100 times before buying from this store. There is big PATEL BROTHERS store in Naperville which 1.9 miles away from this store which is better than this store.

This place smells weird and the vegetables section doesnt seem fresh either. But there is an on-site quick snack or a complete vegeal section. Try the food its good.

This is a new place opened in Naperville and is quite good. We hope that it picks up more and offers more products on sale.

They just left the delivery outside the apartment in the snow when the doorman was there to open the door. Do not order from this place. they just leave your stuff and dont wait for the person to accept the delivery. Not worth the money. You can get decent delivery from other Indian stores. I just tried them for the first time and not ordering from here again.

Customer service was excellent and they helped deliver groceries to Chicago downtown area with a minimal fee. All the produce and groceries was well packed and very nice quality!! I visited today, March 21,2021 in the afternoon at around 3:00 pm. The owner who seems to be a girl wearing red t shirt at the Customerservice counter was useless and unprofessional. When asked question for missing item, Vadilal’s Burger, she reacted in a very rude manner. Please go to Patel store. They are very helpful at all the time.

Very very poor service..If I can could gave to this grocery 0 star I would like to do that. Very unprofessional employees. I just have to say if you can go somewhere else please do that. Because you’ll be disappointed..

Overall good experience. Not 5 star level yet. If no actions are taken or reviews are addressed.... this is going to go downhill.....Management need to train their employees how to keep the store organized. Few things I noticed:Price tag and product on shelves did not match. I brought it to an employee attention and no action was taken to fix the issue. Example, large Bourbon package was showing small package price and small package was showing large package price.The Honest Pizza crust label clearly shows keep it refrigerate All the packages were on an endcap. All the crust were hard like rock (Dry). I brought it to another employee attention and no immediate action was taken.Lots of Fruit flies on onion and banana.Proper signage for each Aisle is needed towards the back of the store to follow the flow of the traffic.May need to consult with planogram company to lay out the products display.Provide proper customer service training to the employee to smile and just say hello make the customer feel welcomed.

All Rates are too expensive. Overall experience good, Variety of Groceries available, pickles, dry fruits etc.

Worst groceries store..the Indian snacks like murukulu,bondhi,janthikallu etc spoiled and smelling bad...we thrown away all the groceries which we bought from this store...

Every time they have sale very first day they dont have most of sale items. They just want you to come and waste your time.

This is a big store with variety of Indian grocery,fresh vegetables and fruits. The price is reasonable and employees are so helpful and good. So glad to welcome the Indian store in town where we can find everything needed.

Big store but not stocked well. Only 2 registers open when there were so many customers waiting to check out. Not impressed with quality of produce either. Sorry but Patel Brothers is still better!

They will try to sell you a different brand product than what is advertised on their weekly ad (last week they had deep brand sooji on their weekly add but instead they had Laxmi sooji in store). Great place to shop Indian Groceries, the variety of products from popular brands such as GarviGujarat, Deep etc always available. Based on my last 2 months shopping experience, Quality of freshly made Indian breads such as Roti, Paratha, Thepla etc., is lot better and consistent than the competitors nearby.
