I just took about 3 sips of this Stella Rosa I purchased from your store this eveing. It taste funny, so I check the date on the bottle and this wine expired in March 2021! I will be back in the morning for my money back. Hopefully, I dont get sick. This is just horrible you have merchandise this old on your shelves 😡

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everytime I come to this liquor they never let me buy a drink because of how I look. They told me bring two forms of identification I brought it and still no one wants to sell me a drink. I use my friends card while my friend is with me to buy a drink and showed my Id and they still won’t sell me a drink. This place is absolutely the worst liquor store to go to in Naperville. Please don’t waste your time.

Refused to serve me because i haven’t had time to go to the dmv and get a new license cashier was rude ridiculous to me that people won’t sell you alcohol with an expired id when my birthday doesn’t change the id is clearly real and i have no problems buying at bars other liquor stores and even places like jewel disappointing customer service

Wouldnt sell to me cuz I was using my dads card and not mine. Im 30. Ill just take my money somewhere else

They do not like to make money because they are not aware of the Covid-19 ID extension of expired ID’s for 3 months. These people are not people to do business with. They are out of touch With reality.

Worker refuses to wear mask and was picking his nose. Got upset after I asked if he could clean his hands before he handles my ID.

The dude at the counter literally checked my name on my debit card to make sure it matched with my license...like what if someone else wanted to pay for the drinks.? Then he looked at me like twice to make sure the picture matched. SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️

The dude who works here late at night is extremely rude. Would definitely not recommend going here.

They close way earlier than the closing time and if the guy in there sees u he hurry n goes to the cooler or just straight up ignores you

Very rude store clerk!!! I came to the store yesterday and I spoke to him(said Hi, how are you) when buying at the counter and he didnt even speak back let alone greeted me when I walked in, he just had a mean look on his face. And when he finished bagging my things, he just left the bag on his side of the counter. I had to reach over to get it. If this is how they want to treat people thats keeping this mess of a liquor store in business then I WILL NOT SPEND ANYMORE OF MY MONEY HERE!! That kind of attitude deserves NO BUSINESS!!

Jewel, Malloys, CVS, Walgreens and many more are just up the street. No reason to go here.Highest prices around, nothing rarerrare/unique and rude people
