I just want to say Kevin went above and beyond today for me. He let me know of deals I could get, was nice, and even funny! He saved me $5 on from a voucher I had. I asked him 3 times about different things. He refunded an order for me, and checked me out. I’ll be completing the survey if I get it in the email but just wanted to say Kevin is a great worker!

The store is nice, but they have a lot less kid crafts than the last time I was in there.

This is my favorite location in the area! I actually live closer to the Coconut Point Michaels, but I go out of my way to go to this one instead. It has such a better selection. Its also very well stocked, instead of Coconut Point which can often be sold out of everything. Also, its very bright and open, and is just a really nice overall shopping experience

Izzy in the framing department did an incredible job with my order. I had mentioned I wanted to be able to take the picture in and out of the frame, and she took it upon herself to adjust the hanging mechanism to something different than I had originally picked to accommodate that. Such a thoughtful surprise when I came to pick up my order, and very cool to know she was really listening - not to mention the patience she had with helping me pick out the best option for my project was just awesome! Money well spent thanks to Izzy!!

Used the Michaels website to locate the aisle location, and in stock items i needed. When i arrived at the store found both items immediately. Short line, great cashier!

Went for last minute school project materials. Everything was clean and every isle was clearly labled. We were in and out quickly. The two employees were super kind and knowledgeable.

I love this place. The aisles are clearly marked so you can easily find what you are looking for. They have a good selection of items.

Its really hard to say anything bad about a michaels; they will always have something for any crafter. However, over the span of a month going once or twice some weeks, its like theyre only keeping bare bones for each category. It just looked too empty. I was able to find what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful, but if you need a larger variety I would suggest looking elsewhere. This wont stop me going, but Ill have to go to multiple stores or buy online if I want everything.

I am not a person That takes the time to leave a Review. I have way better things to invest my time in. But I have been into this Michael twice now, and both of the times, the Manager has been disrespectful . We also witness employees being nasty to other Employee.But I can expect less The manager should be setting a good example.

Great customer service. I need to return 2 items and I lost the receipt in the parking lot. The cashier used my credit card to find the items. I was done in 5 minutes.

Went to the frame shop with a numbered piece and was told that the custom framing isnt done on pieces like mine. (for context its a small Guy Harvey sketch maybe $100, not a Picasso) the guy suggested I use my phone take a picture of my piece then go online online and they could print it and frame it there.... Huh?!? Will not be returning... For anything.

They have amazing items and not as pricey as I expected. The curbside service is fast and the store is clean. However although there are a few members of the team who are friendly and willing to help the majority of the people Ive interacted with there either seemed very uninterested in being bothered or like they just didnt want to help. The other mixhaels in naples at Tamiami crossing is a much friendlier store and I really like going in there. The people there seem to really enjoy being there.

I have come here many times. I have mostly come to get things framed at the custom framing department. The team working in framing is second to none. Of all the Michaels in the area this afternoon be had the best framers around. If you need something framed definitely come here. In general the store is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Finding a gentleman not wearing a mask, I approached Yessica the manager to help correct this dangerous situation. Yennifer refused to do anything. When I explained how the new law works, she did not care. Michaels, in clear violation of the law and endangering the public health, just does not care if they kill people, so long as they get money from the people they kill first. The police are on their way.This post replaces a 5-srar experience I had some years ago.

Creative staff for creative people

The store is well organized and clean. I went in looking for picture frames and with the help of an employee, who asked if I needed assistance, helped me find exactly what I needed at an unbeatable price. The checkout line was a little slow, but eventually someone came up to help. I am pleased with the product and will continue to use Michaels for my craft/decor store.

They have a lot of arts and crafts type stuff that is going to help you complete your home or work projects. Prices seem pretty reasonable, the help are nice, and the store seems to be in an orderly fashion. Even I was able to find what I needed without asking, and in short order. Recommended.

I mostly look at stuff in this store for my scrapbook needs. Sometimes. Not buying usually as to expensive. Otherwise, the staff is nowhere to help and dont come if found. Matter of fact an elderly man came up to me for help because he could not find the paint he needed because they rearranged. We had asked for help and the lady told us she didnt know how to help him. So I did by reading the paint bottles. He left with his paint. I hope it isnt like that every day as Im not there to help your other customers. Maybe train your staff better.

Nice arts and crafts store! Its clean inside and the aisles are well-marked. The staff is helpful and willingly offers suggestions. They often have great sales. We just bought a great set of tools for 60 percent off.

Nice selection of merchandise. The only thing i wish they was plain swag hangings that can be decorated on your own. They only carry wreaths.😔

Great all round Craft store, they keep a good selection of most crafts you could think of. My chosen activity is jewellery making and you can get most materials there. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Its good to be able to see what you are purchasing, something you cant do on line.

Simple, basic crafting store. The store itself needs a facelift. Visually its old and outdated.

Extremely clean bathroom, very impressed. I am very picky about the public bathrooms I use, but this one by far is the cleanest and nicest thus far I have used. Only down fall it has is that the lights are sensors and when your in the last stall for a lil to long lights go out and you have to get up and walk to it in order for it to go back on, other than that minor inconvenience everything else is excellent...

They changed a perfectly good system. Now to pick up, you have to wait in line, after waiting in that line, you have to wait some more for soneone else to get your item for you. Double the wait for the same result

Shopping for a school project for my son. The staff was very helpful in helping me find things suitable for my sons project, though we didnt find everything here, the young lady was very accommodating by suggesting where I might find my other needed items. Thanks Michaels for having great service people in a town where its becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Very disappointed with this particular location. Boxes everywhere blocking the items I could understand one float dolly full of boxes but this was more then 20 and couldnt see merchandise it was blocking the views. Complaint about this and I was told the store is way to small and they had no where to put merchandise. So since I didnt get any help and was not happy with this situation I left and went to Joanns Fabrics, and had a very nice experience.

I went in for Origami Paper, I found a good selection on that. But no books on how to fold Origami Art. Still, a lot of varied art mediums were represented.. Very clean store and friendly employees.

Great store with most anything you can think of of that type of nature.

Slower than DEATH... if you enjoy standing in line and watching agonizingly SLOW sales associates ring up your merchandise then by all means... Flock over here at once. I went there another time and asked a question about a basic product and the associate looked at me like I had three heads. She had no idea what I was even talking about. I went home and googled it myself.As far as Im concerned, they should just have a kiosk for basic questions and answers and self check out.

Everything you need for your crafting needs but hard to find a staff member to help with questions. You usually have to get in line at the register to ask the cashier a question which can take some time. There is rarely floor staff to help.

When I go there I am always looking for something that I know I cant get anywhere else. Extensive inventory. We have used the picture framing service a number of times. Never go without a coupon from the Sunday paper. My wife can spend hours there.
