I have to say that the level of customer service at this dealership is beyond any other dealership I’ve purchased a vehicle from. I hate to admit it, but a rat crawled up inside of my car and had to be removed (just one of the perks of living in Florida). Its understandable how some people are huge BMW fans. I have driven many models and although they are great cars, I dont get the same level of excitement as a Porsche....until I drove the M8. The M8 checks every box. Its the every day driver that just fits the bill if you have 150k to blow. It looks amazing and you will probably never see another one on the road next to you. The handling, power, sound, control and luxury of the vehicle is just intoxicating.

I have been a customer with BMW for 6 years and have worked exclusively with Moises Marante. I look for communication and results on a level of 10 being the most excellent in all service companies. Moises is beyond attentive, outstanding and a pleasure to work with, and he hits the 10 mark when I need him for any issues with regard to my BMW.
I had a problem with the A/C in my brand new car. It took 6 separate tries for them to figure it out. The problem was likely in a blocked tube inside another tube, invisible and hard to diagnose. The fact they solved this mystery is impressive. George Donovan was incredibly helpful, putting his problem solver on the case. He made sure I always had a loaner car immediately when the A/C went out again. We have had our BMWs serviced there for 6 years now and will continue to do so, even though a new dealership is opening much closer to us.

I picked up a nail and developed a flat tire and needed immediate replacement of a run flat tire. I also had a service scheduled for two days later. I drove to Germain BMW and asked if I could have both the tire replaced and the service done ( two days early) that morning with a loaner car. Had a bit of a disappointing experience with this dealer. I am located two hours away and provided everything needed to purchase an M5 they had on the lot May 31st. I asked to have the vehicle ready and waiting for my arrival. They called and said everything is a go, so I made the two hour drive to the dealership. Fifteen minutes prior to arriving I received a call that the vehicle was not capable of being sold or driven due to a drive train malfunction (check engine light) fault that was identified. I was a bit disappointed given the circumstances and really was a waste of my time (and gas, roughly $60 to be exact).The confidence in the vehicle was obviously tarnished at this point and when I tried to understand what actually was wrong with the vehicle was told that the fuel pump failed because the car was low on fuel.The manager did intervene and was apologetic, that I do appreciate. They also offered to deliver the vehicle at no cost. I would have appreciated that the vehicle was checked out, cleaned and ready for my arrival prior to telling me to make the trip and that everything is ready. They asked me to get the deal done that day only to have me follow through for nothing. My wasted time (5 hours) and used fuel ended up being the only thing I walked out with.

Service was great, both the mechanic and service manager came to me to see what I needed. I’m used to meeting with service manager in their office and not in the lounge where everyone was sitting. It may have been more efficient but it was distracting

My day started with a long screw sticking out of Athena side of my tire. I was on Immokolee so I stopped at Germain to have them look at it. Tire was not able to be repaired. Great place to shop for a new or used car. New car sales manager very helpful to try to get you the best deal. Don’t bother with BMW in Ft Meyers. They wanted full price for a service loaner with miles. Time to go somewhere else.
