Theres supposed to be a 2 item limit on certain items.... They let an employee clear out the entire stock overnight and now they are on eBay for over 3 times price. They clearly dont care that their employees are breaking policy...
They cant even keep a simple item like Hot Wheels in stock. Not one car for days. I saw the same empty drink container on the shelf for 3 days im here the next day same dirty cup no cars
I came in just needing some goggles and floats for my kids to swim and having a tough day. I ended up with arms full of float gear and an associate Maria saw me and asked if she could get me a cart and help me. I worked here as a cashier during 2016-2017. This was actually my first ever gig in the retail sector, I absolutely hated the early days of the job which I think was mostly a result of inexperience, self consciousness and lack of confidence etc.However with all that being said, as the months slowly progressed and the more experienced I got the job actually started to grow on me considerably, to the point I loved it.This experience really helped me to come on out of my shell in a very big way actually and Im grateful to corporation for affording me the opportunity.The human resources manager at this location was a Brenda Cornier and she was a first class professional and human being combined.

When I got to the store. The employee went to get my order. Product looked good. I liked the experience, will do it again and I would recommend doing it.

I drive 40 minutes for this target, it’s always nice and clean and they play music😆 which is my favorite part! Cashiers could be a bit more friendly but never had a bad experience!
Will never shop at Target ever again after going to this store. Management is very rude & do not care about this virus at all. They follow you like cops, then scream at you for telling them to give 6ft. All i want to do is shop in peace & buy my groceries. JOHN is the worst, I think this his name (its the ETL). This is who the whole post is referring to. I dont know how target allows employees to treat customers like this. Maybe they should do some better research on who they hire at this location.

This target was so incredibly busy and they still managed to be able to get through the lines fast at the registers. Cudos to you no one wants to spend hours in lines at checkout... staff is really nice to and were willing to help us find everything we need.
Staff is very polite! I always find everything I need at this location. But the self checkout lines are not what many customers like me and my family members want to go through . Please hire some cashiers! Its not everyone that wants to self checkout!
I found the employees and management to be incompetent at doing their job.
I bought a car seat online with store pick up, being the only one available in Naples, I went to the store to make sure they have it, and they didn’t know anything(didn’t care), so I went and picked it up myself and got it to the “customer service” being paid already she didn’t wanna bother to much and made me cancel my order so I can get charged twice. Now I need to wait couple days for one transaction to be canceled from my statement because she didn’t wanna press one button.Neisha has a awful attitude, never dealt with somebody so condescending!!!
I’ve grown up shopping at this Target and now as an adult I still shop here, making over 25 years. The prices are more expensive than Wal Mart but I’ve always been willing to pay the difference because of the exceptional customer service. Sadly, I might as well go to Wal Mart now.There were associates stocking shelves it seemed in every 3rd aisle, but at the register there were only TWO associates working and huge lines at each, including the self-checkout. No backup was called until I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty who appeared to be working the customer service desk ironically?I’ve encountered this repeatedly here over the last year and quite frankly pity the poor person working the register who has to look up at a long line of unhappy people with no break in sight.As a customer, I was flustered and trying to rush through because with a cart full of things I was clearly holding up the line. Not a good experience at ALL.Side note - Mary working the register kept her cool, was patient and friendly, and deserves to have some help up there. Lovely human.

Our Target is the best Target I have ever been to. At this point, I try not to go into stores so much, so the fact that our Target allows drive up pick up is very important to me. The associates are friendly and accommodating.
Stores are very clean, equipment (carts, buckets etc.) are in very good shape. Stores are laid out well. The downside is that prices are not across the board. What I mean by that is the sales and promos going on like buy 2 get 1 free or buy $25 of these products and get $5 gift card. For the extreme shoppers or coupon(er) that works great, buying bulk here and getting money there. The average shopper that only needs 1 of this of 2 of them can not really compete and in that way the prices seem a little higher than competitors prices are.
Everyone is so incredibly helpful! One of the store clerks in the electronics section even took the time to show us how it works on his cell phone so that we could see how to pull it up and what it looked like and the ease of use. Definitely didnt expect that!

The manager in the store will publicly humiliate you and say terrible things about you and wont price match anything even the policy states they price match walmart. I will never shop here again and will tell everybody I know who shops at this store what happend and I practically know everyone in town this was the worst experience iv ever had shopping at targets i will start going to the one thats further away from me they treat me with upmost respect.

Im so impressed with the speed and efficiency that my 2 orders were filled today! I work full time and could not take time off to purchase items for my daughter who is in the hospital. I was able to purchase all the items online, pay for them and have someone pick them up for her. All of this was done in 2 hrs time - and since we live an hour travel distance apart - that was truly the way to do it. Im so happy I remembered Target has this service! Thank you!
The staff is always friendly and willing to help out. The store is always clean and well-organized. It is a true pleasure shopping at Target, and I enjoy going there. To be honest, I cant stand going to Walmart and I avoid it like a disease. Target is pleasant and I could be there all day :)

The way I was treated in NO way reflects my star rating. Guest services is abysmal and extremely rude. I asked one question and the older gentlemen had to sigh before answering my question, which he answered in way that intentionally undercut my intelligence. Ive never write a negative review before but this older gentleman was treating me as if I was an inconvenience to him with his perceived stupidity of my question.I do like my shopping experience here but guest services needs a reset or retraining on customer service and client interaction.
I AM LITERALLY OVER THE MOON BECAUSE OF MY TARGET TRIP TODAY!! I called Target at 8am to see if they have any more Nintendo Switches in stock. The man physically checked and said no. While I was calling another Target, he called me back and said they actually just got a shipment. It was so nice of him to take the time out of his day and call me back to inform me they got more!!!
Great customer service. Very happy with the drive up service and the team is always helpful at the store for in person purchases as well. I love the app. My only recommendation is to fix the WiFi in the store so that your customers have easier access to cartwheel etc.

Managers at this location are absolutely insane. They harass shoppers for absolutely no reason. I don’t understand how Target employs lunatics like this.
This target used to be good but it has gone downhill quickly. 4 employees hanging around, 2 on their cell phones while ALL registers are closed! and a line forming at the self-checkout lane because only 2 self checkout machines were working! Get off your cell phones and get to work helping customers! I guess the manager was off or was taking a break of their own because the customer service has become terrible here. I would rather go to Walmart or Publix than deal with this type of service. These people are actually hanging out and getting paid for it. Unbelievable
We got everything we were seeking. Even though some of the shelves were a little bare, everything we needed was in adequate quantities with regards to the diminished traffic due to Social Distancing.

Had a problem with item I had purchased but i threw away the receipt. It was a 3.99 item, a belt for a machine and I had bought the wrong size. I dreaded the return with no receipt..They didnt make me feel like a criminal or ask for my license like so many other retailers -they just let me swap the item and said sorry for issue. Wasnt their fault yet they said sorry... Very nice customer service experience.

Target I know its Christmas time but lets please make sure the customers are being taking care of. I just left there and had to speak with the General Manager which was a real nice man . I feel sorry for you that you have to have employees like your front end supervisor ( short asian guy )represent your brand the way he did today 12/ 17/ 18 ... 11:45 . It started on the floor when I asked for help and the guy couldnt understand me or didnt want to help me and than I go to the register to check out and the cashier looked like she just rolled out of bed and didnt even speak. The front end supervisor act like he didnt even care when I came to him with my concern of not being helped !!!! Wow !!! Someone needs a day off or needs to go back through Target Academy .. Terrible customer service .
I had the misfortune of using this stores restroom today. Not only was it disgusting, but I soon realized it was out of toilet paper. I texted my girlfriend to inform someone, which she did and I then waited. After 15 minutes, I texted her again and again, she informed someone and asked that they bring me a roll. After 15 more minutes, a random Target employee happened to stop into the restroom and I asked for assistance, which he then provided. I then went to customer service, explained what had just happened and was given a half hearted oh, well, Im sorry. And then was blown off.

The cashier Mary on this trip was very friendly. She greeted my husband and I when we checked out. She went out of her way to help us with the coupons. It was my first time using the redcard so I had some trouble with it at first but she waited patiently and helped us.

I can always find cleansers and houseware items. But their food area is lacking, especially produce and they dont have many vitamins anymore.
Pretty clean and has a good amount of registers open. Customer service pickups were kind of slow. I would have been better off getting it myself.
Sadly everytime I come here theres an issue. Went in today at noon on a Sunday so that means its a busy day for them. Went to the snack bar and stood there for two minutes saying hello hello,no one came. I saw the girl at Starbucks just looking at me. She helped 2 people while I was standing there saying hello,so I finally just went over and asked her if someone was working there,she just looked at me and said yes and kept doing what she was doing. Not let me call them or anything. So we decided to just buy our things. Got in the line and the cashier didnt smile,didnt say hello,didnt ask if we found what we needed. Just scanned took my money and thats it. Sadly Walmart is much more friendlier and seems to even have more people working on the floor. From now on Ill just order online if I need something from them

This is my go to place for a boring day or when I want house decor or even starbucks! Ive never had a problem here and its always clean and organized. My daughter loves the pizza here and of course the toy selection.

This store would garner 5 stars for the exceptional service I received in the electronics department from both John and Nora. I called to see if they would be able to confirm that the camera I wanted - only one in stock according to the website - was definitely available before driving there to purchase it. John kindly checked and then held it for me. When I arrived Nora helped me check out and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the contents of the box as well as suggest any accessories I might need. How refreshing: two associates willing to help a customer! We do not see this kind of professionalism these days, particularly in large chain retail stores. I deducted just one star as the store itself has a limited selection and, during past visits, I have had to endure the young women over in the womens clothing section ranting endlessly about their jobs and other people. But hey, John and Nora in Electronics are GREAT. :)

Hire some cashiers...not one cashier working and not everyone wants to self checkout. This is becoming the standard...I dont work for Target, I shouldnt have to scan my own products to have something go wrong, then have to wait for the ONE person working to come clear the regi !!!
Instructions very poor - as to downloading app to get barcode, but no instructions as to how you contact the store when your there - now have to download app again - then store doesnt respond right away

Staff is never friendly and it always takes forever to check out. They do have self checkout but Im always stuck waiting forever if I have a cart full of goods. Ive overheard the pharmacist complaining and being rude to a customer. When Ive asked for help finding an item one employ muttered something not so nice under his breath. Most items are wildly overpriced but I do have to say that their organic/non GMO products are numerous and affordable. They also are good about taking returns.

FINALLY THE MANAGER SEES WHATS GOING (bcuz at this point the cashier next to her had already attended two people and i was still standing there. SO NOW THE MANAGER SENDS ANOTHER GIRL TO TAKE OVER THE PHONE CALL NOT SURPRISING ENOUGH NOT EVEN HER COWORKER COULD GET HER OFF THE PHONE SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED HER SO THE GIRL ENDED UP HELPING ME GET MY ITEMS RETURNED INSTEAD OF TAKING THE PHONE CALL, WHICH BY THE WAY TOOK HER 10 SECONDS TO DO ! NO IM NOT BEING SARCASTIC IT WAS 10 SECONDS TO HIT 3 BUTTONS & BAM!!! I WAS OFF TOO SHOP. I ENDED UP SPENDING MY TIME IN THE CHILDRENS CLEARANCE RACKS WHERE I PILED MY CART WITH CHILDRENS CLOTHES (MOTHER OF 4 HERE :) GOT ABOUT 10 HALLOWEEN SHIRTS AND DRESSES. I GET TO THE REGISTER AND FROM THE MOMENT I APPROACH I COULD SEE THE CASHIER WAS ITHER NEW OR NOT IN HER DEPARTMENT BECAUSE SHE WAS TRYING TO SCAN A GIFT CARD THAT THE MACHINE HAD JUST ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF ME. NOW WE ALL KNOW YOU CANT USE A GIFT CARD YOU JUST GOT IN THE SAME TRANSACTION. THATS TARGET 101 PEOPLE. SO HERE I AM PREPARING MY SPEECH IN MY HEAD ON HOW IM GOING TO EXPLAIN TO MY HUSBAND WHY I GOT ALL THIS CLOTHES...EXCITED THE EMPLOYEE STARTS RINGING UP THE STUFF AND THE SYSTEM ISNT RECOGNIZING IT, AS ITS HALLOWEEN ITEMS SHE STARTS TO TYPE IN THE ORIGINAL PRICES AND IM LIKE HOLD UUPPPP NO NO NO I SAID CALL A MANAGER OVER PLEASE. i EXPLAIN TO THE NICE BLONDE MANAGER WHOS NAME I FORGOT (SAME MANAGER WHO SENT SOMEONE TO HELP ME EARLIER IN THE STORY) SHE SAID OH NO I DONT KNOW WHY ITS NOT BEING MARKED DOWN. MIND YOU THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE PROCESS TWO OF THE SHIRTS (HALLOWEEN) MARKED DOWN 90% OFF AND RANG UP PROPERLY. BEING A PREVIOUS TARGET EMPLOYEE AND FREQUENT TARGET SHOPPER(MY FAVORITE STORE) I KNOW THE DRILL AND BY THIS TIME AS WITNESS BEFORE IN THIS SAME TRANSACTION HALLOWEEN ITEMS ARE NOW 90% OFF. HOWEVER, I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE STORE AT THIS POINT I WAS SUPER FRUSTRATED AND DID NOT WANT TO GET HASSLED ANYMORE. THESE ITEMS SHOULD HAVE BE TAKEN OFF THE SHELF IF 90% IS NOT GOING TO BE OFFERED AS SHOWN IN STORES (ITEMS SHOWED AS NOT FOUND IN PRICE CHECK MACHINE AS WELL) . I WASTED MY WONDERFUL LUNCH SHOPPING FOR ITEMS I LEFT BEHIND. WELL I DID TAKE SOME ITEMS :). LAST NOTE I GET TO MY OFFICE ME BEING THE TARGET ADDICT I AM I GET ONLINE AND A SEE A BIGGG RED ADVERTISEMENT SHOWING WHEN YOU SPEND $50 ON CLOTHES OR SHOES YOU GET A $10 GIFT CARD. WELL GUESS WHO SPENT $49.63 ON CLOTHES AND SHOES AND WASNT INFORMED HEY GET ONE MORE THING SO U CAN GET A GIFT CARD(MEEEE) :). SO I WILL BE RETURNING EVERY SINGLE THING I BOUGHT TODAY BECAUSE I AM TRULY OVER TARGET. (vent over)

Beware Target card/cartwheel members!!!!! Disable your auto linked red card payment or you CANNOT use your giftcards/coupons. I was explained this has to be done AFTER you run cartwheel and if your payment is attached this will close out the entire transaction before giftcards. They were unable to use my giftcards/coupons during my purchases. And was told not to link my red card on cartwheel by the supervisor/costumer service
