Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company.They were supposed to have our items available for pick up at their facility. We quickly learned that their facility is a storage unit that was gated and we couldnt get in. We called all of their locations multiple times. They state they are open from 9am-9pm... but they did not answer any of our calls. We got lucky as another storage unit company was coming in, so we were able to get into the gate. Once we found the unit, our items were NOT outside for pick up. We called them again and again and again and no answer or response. We also tried email and text. Nothing. After 45 minutes of waiting (with two kiddos in the back seat), we got lucky that one of their delivery drivers was there. He opened the door and we had to hand pick our items (they were not ready at all). He assured me we were getting the best items.That was far from the truth, as these items were awful. The puddle jumpers were so deflated, they would not hold up a child. The booster seat we got was missing the tray and the buckle was broke, so it was useless. The pack and play was awful. No other way to say it other than disgusting. Below are the pictures. It smelled, it was stained, it clearly has never been cleaned. I would never put a child in this pack and play. We ended up buying a brand new one from the store instead.When we called to tell them about our experience, they said that there was nothing they could do. We didnt get any money back or any sort of way to make it right.We were pretty bummed about our experience. We used their services last year and it went fine with just a stroller, but sadly, we will never use their company again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Omg their rental stroller was horrible!! It was broken & covered in rust and sand when it arrived and the twin bed was absolutely disgusting! they took a week after my rental was over before they finally picked it up. They dont answer the phones either. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
I had an awful experience with this company. I specifically chose to rent from Tiny Tikes because when I talked to the woman over the phone she said that she had a stroller available for a three-month old baby. After I gave her my credit card number to secure my reservation, I did not receive a confirmation email or any other invoice to confirm what I had reserved. That was my first red flag. The second red flag was when my credit card was charged twice - the first time was $70CAD and the second time was $190CAD, nowhere near the price of $38USD listed on the Tiny Tikes website to rent a “regular stroller”. Even if you look at the most expensive option for renting a stroller for a month ($125USD), it does not explain why I was charged almost $200USD.When we got down to Florida on March 1, the stroller sitting on the porch was something that an 18-month old would have used; it was way too big for my baby. Not only was it a big stroller, it was dirty, had sand and seashells coming out of the bottom storage compartment and had extremely rusty nuts and bolts. Parts of the frame had small cracks in it, and overall it looked like the stroller was about 10 years old and had gone to the beach many, many times.After many voicemails and text messages to try and get a replacement, only threatening to fully cancel the order actually brought the company back to our door late on Saturday night with two other options. Both strollers were also too big for my baby so I decided to cancel the whole order. After I was told that I would receive a partial refund minus a $25USD cleaning fee (to be processed on March 4), I never received a refund at all. Not only that, when I asked when I could expect the return to be processed I was told that I needed to cancel my order 24 hours before delivery and to never contact the company again. It was only after I called VISA and reported the charges as fraud that they were reversed. I ended up buying a brand new stroller AND car seat for $100USD. Save your time and money and don’t rent from this company!
This company should not be allowed to be in business. Last year i used them to rent gear. not only were they over 8 hours late on their delivery ( my 1 year old had to sleep in the car twice.) but the gear they said was high end was absolute disgusting JUNK. I rented a video monitor and was given an audio monitor with no adjusted price. The products we rented actually SAT OUTSIDE the entire week from how appalling they were. we didnt even want to bring it inside the home. I ended up wasting hundreds of dollars... and driving to twinkle twinkle little store to rent gear in person. Oh and they were ALSO days late on picking up the gear. which sat outside, again. not only did they not answer the phone until the 20th call, but they were not apologetic or concerned on how terrible their business is.

Horrible experience. Ordered and paid over a month ago. Delivery was to happen yesterday. It did not. They insisted they delivered it. I had 2 babies here without anything to sleep on. They would not answer my calls or emails. I live in a high rise No one at the front desk saw them. Ordered from another company this morning and its on the way now. Funny thing.....I just received a refund from Tiny Tikes so it proves they did not deliver my cribs. Stay away!!!!!!!!
Good for what we needed. I called the day we were flying into Marco Island in a panic looking for a Rock N Play. Unfortunately the DO NOT have an automatic Rock N Play however they did have a manual one. They were able to deliver on time upon arrival to our vacation rental home in Marco Island. It was good for what we needed. It didnt appear totally clean, but it was fine... I put a swaddle down over it so my son didnt lay on it bare. I would use them again. Very convienant.
Rating is specifically for customer service from Stormy. We ordered with them on advance and they mistakenly charged us too much. As I had read the other reviews I freaked out and called over 20 times in a Sunday to get the charges reversed. Later that afternoon Stormy called me on a Sunday evening and had all charges reversed ASAP. She was curious and helpful. I learned why a lot of the poor reviews are up, as the company went through a bit of a tough patch, but from what I can tell they are through it and out the other side in a much better position. Would recommend.
I was very disappointed with my rental experience. We visit Naples often and this is the first time with our new baby. I called to verify that a certain type of product was available (automatic rock n play) and was told that they had it in stock. I chose this company because of this. Upon arrival to our condo the rentals were dirty and all covered in sand. There were stains and a foul odor on the rock n play and the bouncer. The rock n play was also not automatic. I called multiple times with no return phone call. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone and was told I could return the items but would be charged for the majority of the weekly rental. There was very poor customer service and poor quality of products. I will not rent from this company again.
I am very disappointed with my vacation rental experience for my one-year-old. The crib mattress protector had stains. When I began to take it off to put my own mattress protector on, I was appalled to find a mattress that had to have been at least fifteen years old. The foam was coming out along all the seams. Tiny Tikes did bring me a replacement, which looked to be a brand new mattress. Im not sure why I wouldnt have been given a mint-condition mattress from the get-go.The bath tub ring was very old and the suction cups were not properly affixed to the ring.The high chair seemed fairly new, but there were stains that I easily wiped off, which would indicate that it was not properly cleaned before it arrived.The tub of indoor toys was very dirty. At the bottom of the container was a decent amount of dirt. Some of the toys seemed old and half of the ones that took batteries either didnt have batteries or the batteries were no longer viable.When I began pulling toys out of the beach/pool toy bag, a cockroach came crawling out.The sit-n-scoot toy was filthy. I took several wipes to it, and the wipes picked up a lot of dirt. It was at least ten years old and was very rickety.All of my interactions with the staff were positive. They were very friendly. When I called to complain, I listed all of the items above. Again, they did bring me a new mattress. However, nothing was done about the other items. I expected a small refund due to the amount of unsatisfactory items, but nothing was given.
Poor quality items and strange Service.The rock n play was stained; the pool cabana arrived without poles and was not pop up as advertised. The stroller was quite rusted but it worked. I still haven’t received a refund for the cabana and will have to call for the third time to request it.I give them a plus for having the items there despite my ordering them close to our vacation time. I was happy to have the stroller and rock n play. But then there was a mix up of some sort at pick up and the items were somehow “lost.” Tiny Tikes then involved me in its dispute with the hotel. It was bizarre.
Other than working with Stormy who was excellent! This year was a disaster! Disc charge incorrect !!Wrong drop off day, terrible 3 yr old toys, forgot an IMPORTANT ORDER ITEM BED RAILS!!Everything was old & terribly dirty!Will not use or recommend to anyone !
I ordered 2 cribs, 2 mattresses and mattress covers, 2 high chairs. The condition of the items was filthy. The mattresses were ripped and the exposed padding was dirty and grimy . All that was left of the mattress pads was ripped, dirty plastic . The cribs were old with bite marks along the top of the crib. The high chairs were covered with some kind of grit and there was dried up food on one of them. Both high chairs were grimy. I called Tiny Tykes and told them to come pick up this stuff ASAP. I rented from another company .
Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Never answer phone or call you back in less they havent gotten your credit card info. Broken umbrellas delivered late as well as broken. Chairs nothing like the photos on website or the umbrellas for that matter. Looks like they gather up stuff people have left at beach by garbage cans and then rent them to you. I could have saved a lot of money and aggravation u by just buying new at CVS while I was there. Not professional by a long shot.
