Weve been going here for the last few years. Before the new owners took over they had the best blueberry bagels, large and fluffy with lots of blueberries. The blueberry bagels now are good but more along the lines of something you would get at Einstein Bagel, nothing special. The breakfast sandwiches are still tasty.

Went here for the 1st time and it just happened to be there 1 year anniversary. Everyone working there was super friendly and since it was the 1 year anniversary I got free bagels! I ended up getting a bakers dozen and some tubs of cream cheese to go. When I got home I was hoping the bagels would be good and they met and exceeded my expectations. They were fresh and delicious. The veggie cream cheese is also the best I have ever had. I have a feeling there are many more anniversaries in their future.

Went in for the first time in a long time today and had a wonderful experience. The employees couldnt have been nicer, especially to my son. The bagels are the best I have ever had.

Health Code violations - significantly dropped off under new management. Steve sold the business and the new owners eliminated the coffee/creamer bar, greatly reduced the bagel selections and eliminated the refrigerated case of cream cheeses. When I was there in August, the health inspector was there and I overheard the conversation with the manager about the violations. The business was shutdown for a couple of days, which is serious. As much as I used to love their bagels under Steve’s ownership, I will not be going back there.

Visited this place 3 years ago and was part of my daily routine of getting an asiago bagel with lox cream cheese. Steve was always a riot to talk too, and we had a lot of NJ talk.. Recently I went back to find out that Steve sold this place to another Steve who sold it to the new owners. Frankly I am disappointed because they say that they are authentic NJ bagels which is not the case. Now I will have to look for a new bagel place, buyer beware.

We went in today and the staff are wonderful: friendly and helpful with suggestions on the choices and recommendations. We also lucked out as they had an anniversary special of Free coffee and bagels. THANK YOU to the staff. These bagels are amazing - real NY style (100% legit). Big extra thank you to the young lady at the check-out today (you were super helpful - we really appreciated your hospitality).

As someone from Brooklyn, I can tell you these are the best bagels outside of NYC you will find! The everything bagel is my favorite, as well as the cinnamon raisin, but of course dont miss the rainbow bagels! 🥯 🌈

Went there a few days ago and ordered some coffee and two tuna melt bagels. The coffee was tasteless. And so were the bagels. A week ago I visited this place and the tuna melt was very delicious. It was warm and the cheese was melted. On 3/6 they tasted absolutely awful. We sent them back and asked to have them warmed up because they were cold. The lady said only the cheese is usually melted and that’s how they are served. I explained to her that last week they were warm and good and this time around they are not. She took them in I guess threw the bagels out(what a waste of food,we wanted them warmed up not new bagels). The ones that came out were cold and the cheese was not melted again. I refused to waste my time going back and fourth. We will not be coming back here. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else.

If I can give zero stars I would! This place is terrible! I ordered a simple sandwich with swiss cheese and they forgot to put the swiss cheese on and the sandwich was falling apart! I asked them to make a new one and all they did was slap two slices on and it was falling apart! The female behind the counter is not very bright! $10.00 for nothing sandwich is in the garbage!

Came to vacation on Marco Island from Texas originally from New Jersey and ate here three days a week while we were here they are by far the bestBagels and sandwiches that I have had since leaving the north I brought a dozen poppyseed back to Texas with me keep up the good work

I came across Brooklyn Dough looking to grab a coffee. I decided to drop in for a cup ole joe and I just couldnt resist staring at all the fresh baked bagels. Yum yum. I was not disappointed. Ill be back to try all the different options.

I had no idea this place existed. I was talking with the UPS store (around the corner) employee and he suggested I check it out. Glad I did. The pastrami was too big for me to finish. It came with pickles and a bag of chips. I can’t wait to try some bagels.

My husbands favorite place. Takes him back home in Jersey. This place is to die for. You wont regret trying the pork roll egg & cheese bagel as well as the blueberry, egg & sausage bagel. Also, dont forget to try the garlic & herb spread. Love love love!

I split the lox and cream cheese bagel with my mom and I’m glad we did bc it’s huge. Plus they give you a whole deli pickle with the sandwich. I can attest the bagels are NY quality. Very tasty and would definitely come back.

There are new owners who seem to have lost the recipes from the previous owner. The old owner bagels were fantastic and beyond a five.I am not sure what happened but the bagels taste different and they have different texture that makes them at best ordinary. The cinnamon raisin bagel look likes a plain bagel with a streak of brown and if I am lucky, I get one raisin. I used to bad mouth other bagel shops because I was buying the best. Now I am exploring those other bagel shops. Such a shame.

We got weird looks coming in the door for wearing masks and the bagel was way over cooked with the bottom being burnt.The bagel half that wasn’t burnt was just…. middling.

By far, the best bagels south of Brooklyn! Each massive, crusty, chewy, and airy one is hand made with lots of pride and passion! In addition, the service was impeccably efficient and friendly. They made us feel like VIP customers! We’ll be back, thank you!!!

Just visiting for the weekend and was skeptical to walk in since the windows are mirrored, but BOY! Was I beyond pleased when I grabbed a bagel here! These are genuine New York style bagels. SO large. SO fresh. SO tasty. Workers were pleasant, and they have a nice indoor area with tables as well as tables outside. Highly recommend starting your day off with a bite to eat here.

I’m from NY and was looking for a good bagel here in Florida. After reading some reviews I gave Brooklyn dough a try this morning. I was very disappointed. The bagel I had could be compared to a NY bagel but the cheap gas station kind, dry and tough. Not the chewy, crispy on the outside doughy on the inside bagel that you’d get at a Brooklyn bagel shop. The flavor was good but the texture was all wrong. I would have given them 1 star but the staff was very nice so I gave them 2.

This place knows how to make a breakfast sandwich. Literally doesn’t get any better than this. This is their egg and cheese sandwich on an egg everything bagel, add chive cheese and a hash brown patty. Order this and thank me later.

Best bagel place! Our realtor, Chloe Maros, raved about this place and told us that we had to go and try their special schmears. She is a NJ native and said there wasnt another bagel place that felt more like home. Well, they did not disappoint!!!! The cookies and cream schmear was TO DIE FOR. We also had the chocolate chip cookie dough when it was on special and was equally amazing, that one should be available all the time. Best bagel place hands down. PS. Chloe should be your spokesperson, she was so convincing and you all lived up to the hype.

Have to update this as a local guide. Ordered classic Taylor Ham, Egg & Cheese sandwich recently for take out. Really disappointed as I had to search for the pork roll in the sandwich. When I informed the owner was promised a refund for the oversight. The refund never came. 😒3 years ago, different ownership-Bagels were a hit in my household! Nice to have authentic bagels in Naples. Great for grabbing a quick bite and close to Design District and 5th Avenue Naples, FL.

I highly recommend this bagel place. The bagels are the closest thing Ive come across that mimic NYC bagels! Their fillings are wonderful too. Now if only they were open on week days past noon, they would be perfect! I guess well be going on Saturday when they stay open until 2 pm.Annie

Finally a place in town with amazing bagels! So you know Cheers? Well think of this place as Cheers for bagels. Within 1 week of new ownership they remembered my name and order. The perfect balance of soft bagel interior and crispy exterior. Even better? They always say if something seems different just speak up!! Ive had their bagels at least 4 days a week for about a month now and they are always consistent and dont run out anymore. Today I tried the egg salad sandwich on white bread today - a classic comfort food for me. This sandwich did not disappoint. It had a good ratio of mayo to mustard and same with the egg to dressing. And the white bread? Thin enough not to overwhelm the egg salad but substantial enough not to have the whole sandwich fall apart with the first bite like so many over had before. If youre in the area stop by and say hi to Steve the owner and grab a bagel, you will love them!!

When Steve owned this shop, the bagels were just like I remember back in New Jersey. I drove 40 minutes one way to get these bagels. I have tried the new owners twice now. Not only are the bagels way smaller than before; they lost the same chew. Definitely not the same. At $2 per bagel I probably will not go back. (In response to the owner: I went this past Sunday a.m. I ordered online. I had Steves original bagels in the freezer to compare it to, definitely smaller in size.)

Flavor, size, taste, and consistency due to being hand rolled. Baked daily and NEVER frozen.You can buy them by the dozen and freeze them yourself. Simply place in a damp towel in microwave for 30-45 seconds and you have bagel almost as good as fresh. You can also let if defrost and place in 350 degree oven to bring it back to original form. I extremely recommend this bagel shop!!

Best bagels in Naples! I moved down from the Northeast last summer and was desperate for decent bagels. So glad I found this place. Its a 25 minute drive from where I live in Naples but it is definitely worth the trip! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Grossly understaffed. Long waits. No social distancing. No decaf coffee. What a mess - sad - good product but not worth the total lack of service.

Went this morning looking forward to what we were accustomed to having from the previous operator. I dont even mind that the price of a bagel went from 1.50 to 1.99. But the web site said they were opening up at 7 am and we arrived by 7:30 to an almost gone supply of bagels. We were told the oven went at 6 am. I can even understand that but the quality of the bagels inferior undercooked and flat shaped bagels. Walked out with a bakers dozen and a large container of cream cheese. My suggestion is that you close the store for the day until you fix the oven and fully cook the bagels. This unfortunately is not the way to win customers. We will give you another chance and I hope that it gets better.

Really good bagels but, they’re always sold out of almost all the flavors hours before they close which is quite frustrating. You would think they would make more to keep up with the demand. Again great bagels, but if you don’t go super early don’t expect to have a selection to choose from.

Not the same!So when Steve left and all the talk about itll be better with the new owner also the same recipe.....Sorry to say that its not, not even close!Bagels are not cook correctly, over proofed and the water bath if they even did it was not enough to create a chewy skin.Portions are much less then before and when I ask to have my eggs over-easy they said it can only be scrambled!New look and regrettably bad food!

I come to this bagel shop regularly, probably once a month or so as I have clients in town. The bagels are HUGE, fresh, and super tasty! Theyre my favorites outside of New York City, NY my home state. The cream cheese selection is unparalleled and the portions are quite generous.While things were great under the prior owners, serve has definitely improved under the new management. They have more bagels and the lines are shorter. Service is fast and friendly, and theyve eliminated the credit card surcharge that was in place before.Hilary, the hard-working lady at the register and serving up bagels is an absolute delight. Highly recommend!!!! Youll love them!

This was my first time and I loved it. I was at the hospital and stopped in for breakfast. It was awesome! The bagels are huge, they do not go light on the cream cheese, and they were really friendly and funny. They let me try the jalepeno cream cheese, and while it had a great flavor, it had a bit more kick than I was looking for in the morning.We will definitely be coming back to try more things.

Nothing beats a NY bagel and this place does the trick. Friendly staff and tasty bagels. Just right! I love that they are working on on-line ordering so you can skip the line and just pick up good bagels.

Ive been here many times over the last year and they are the best Ive had in Naples, and every bit as good since the change of ownership. They are as good as my favorite places in NY.ps, the service is much better. They dont run out of bagels so early, and the lines are shorter and move quicker.

Waited 15 minutes for a sandwich. They saw me standing there and never thought to check on status of my order. I Had to leave without my sandwich or a refund for fear that i would be late picking up my child. I called and left a voicemail explaining why I left. I received a phone call back offering me a refund. Happy that they cared to rectify the situation. The bagels are delicious, by the way.

This is one of my favorites. The bagels are fabulous and huge. 18 different types and just as many cream cheese flavors. My favorite Is the everything bagel with the cream cheese lox shmear. I didn’t try one but they have huge breakfast sandwiches, for example bacon egg and cheese with 4 thick slices of bacon. The service is fast and friendly, it’s close to the downtown area but without the fifth Avenue prices.

The BEST!! We’ve been a couple times and it’s amazing every time. Every time we go, it is pretty crowded and we don’t wait more than 10 minutes. If you want the best breakfast sandwich in Naples, go here.

The place is very small, but the bagles with cream cheese was excellent. They have a wide variety of bagles some with fruit, some with onion, some with jalapeno. They have different types of cream cheese. You can also get breakfast there. The coffee was fresh. Give it a try, you might like it.😎

I have lived in Naples for 22 years now and can honestly say this is the best bagel shop I have seen in that time. I actually stopped eating bagels because I was never happy with the shops in the area. I am glad that I finally discovered this place - they will see a lot of me!!The bagels are large and very fresh; the cream cheese is excellent. Unlike other places that give too little, this place gives plenty of cream cheese on the bagel - just the right amount!I find it strange they charge 50 cents to toast a bagel, but who cares.....the bagel is great toasted or untoasted.

Ive never been there when they ran out of bagels, because I usually go around 8/9 am, but there are alot more bagels than usual which of course is a good thing. This was my favorite place to get a BEC that was like the ones back in NY but I guess since the switch over its not the same or there is more to learn. Of course I will be back but it will be some time, just to see if it will stay the same or change for what I thought was better.

I used to love their bagels but its gone downhill since the original Steve sold the shop. Visited July 2021 and some bagels had burned marks, some had huge air pockets when cut open...just not the same quality and enjoyment eating them from before. Small, non-chain bagel shop with a wide variety of bagels in good stock whenever I have visited. The bagels are big, authentically made and tasty, and a good value for the $1.50 charged for most of them, $2 for a few of the specialty bagels, like my favorite, the jalapeno with cheddar. A large selection of flavored flavored cream cheese and Boars Head deli meats are also featured, and you can order sandwiches to eat in or take out.

No skimping on the cream cheese here. Big, fresh bagels with great kinds including bialy as well as too many cream cheese flavors. Decently priced, they do charge for toasting which I thought was strange, 3% transaction fee for credit cards so bring cash. No frills, solid bagel joint.
