Excellent experience overall. Elaine was extremely knowledgeable about the different bed options and helpful in educating us on which types of mattresses would best fit our particular needs. She was zero pressure in her approach and actually showed us options at all price ranges which i really appreciated. I did not feel like she was pushing us to get the highest price option. I had not been to mattress firm before but i plan to return and tell others because i was genuinely impressed.

Salesperson Elaine was great! Extremely knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure. Offered features and benefits of a variety of products and was able to work well within our budget. We got the value we were looking for and a competitive price and next day delivery. Highly recommend!

What a great experience. I had started my search online so when I got to the store and met Elaine the salesperson she showed me what I had been looking at online. She was knowledgeable and efficient and even searched online to find me a less expensive box spring. She was enthusiastic and set up the delivery in a snap. I have shopped at Mattress Firm before at another location and also in Denver and always had a great experience.

I would never by from Mattress Firm! Our king size Beauty Rest mattress, after 120 days became very bumpy, soft and uncomfortable. We followed the warranty that covers this, a complicated process, and were told we were neglect because we didn’t have slats every 2”. But there is a box spring. There isn’t anyone to help you through this process unless you pay for an evaluator. We do qualify for the warranty by the size of the lumps, over 1 1/2-2 1/2 “.I got very painful hip issues from this mattress and can’t even sleep on it.They hide behind a technicality to not be accountable! Don’t buy here!

My experience was great! I walked in, was greeted by Elaine who was fantastic! I needed a box spring and she was so much help! She gave me multiple options without asking and was so customer service oriented! She was very upfront explaining delivery and wait time. She had a computer issue but was apologetic and very professional with options. It all worked out and VERY happy with my experience! Hoping delivery of box spring goes as well as buying it!

Had a great experience and got exactly what we were looking for. Elaine was such a great help.

The salesperson did a wonderful job trying to find us a mattress that fit our budget. We eventually got a mattress at a deep discount. Unfortunately, they also scheduled me for delivery last Saturday and it is Wednesday and I still don’t have the mattress. Apparently it didn’t make it on the truck on Saturday, so the mattress is coming tomorrow. That would be fine and all, except that we just moved to FL, and have had to sleep on the floor for almost a week.

They lied about what items were readily available. Lied about when the items would be delivered. Made shipping mistakes resulting in later delivery dates. Gave less than 24 hour notice as to what time they would arrive with delivery giving only a 3 hour window and then showing up outside of that window of time resulting in cancelation of delivery pushing it back even further. Ultimately resulted in me canceling the order altogether only to find out i cannot be refunded fully until they get all pieces to the order and that theyd send a team to retrieve it but wouldnt be able to do so for another 2 weeks. Easily the worst experience purchasing any product. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars I would unfortunately I have to give st least 1.

Awesome experience. Erica was excellent. She is knowledgeable about all products. No pressure sales approach. Delivery was very timely and the two gentlemen were courteous and professional, they put put a drop cloth down and booties on their feet to protect my home. Highly recommend. Will purchase there again.

Ben did an excellent job of explaining his products. He was the reason we purchased two mattress sets.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by two sales agents. Shari happily gave us a tour of what they offered and left us alone to try out the beds. She wasn’t pushy and it didn’t feel like I was pushed into anything. She made purchasing a bed a great experience. The delivery guys were amazing too. They were clean, respectful and professional. No other store will ever have my referral or business!

No one wants to spend money on a mattress. Nelson Alfonso, store manager, made it easy and, dare I say, fun! Initially, I called on my cellphone to make sure the brand I wanted was available. It was, and over the phone, Nelson answered all my questions, stupid or germane in a clear and audible voice. Nelson is very personable and more importantly, knowledgeable. I recommend Nelson to guide you to the appropriate bed.
