Very happy to make that stop at Mattress Firm North Naples to get a chance to meet with Ben Rodrigueaz. After shopping at three other mattress shops, we couldn’t decide what to get, felt the sales people although we’re friendly, but were there to sell rather than to provide us a service. Ben was friendly and offered his time time teach us about different types of mattresses, the construction of each mattress and how our bodies reacted to them and the best type that suit us. Corey was a great salesman at the MF on Tamiami Trail. He was patient, very knowledgeable, warm and professional. He did not press me to buy nor to leave any of my contact information during my first visit which is a great deal of the reason I returned a few days later to re-experience my three favorite mattresses from my initial visit. My First Choice was in stock, and I was able to schedule delivery for the very next day! Tonight will be my first night. So far so good! Fingers crossed.

Wasn’t happy until Ben Rodriguez assisted me with top notch customer service and corrected a very bad transaction delivery situation- at the store we purchased everything using debit card and $ came out. Was told my the service agent who helped me that it didn’t go through correctly and I would need to run my card again- well I checked online banking and stated to him funds came out…. He told me It was his systems error and I would receive funds back in a few days. I said well once I receive funds back then I’ll let you re ring my card- well funds never got returned so I called store confirming my original payment- so now finally I was told on July 7th when I originally ordered that the mattress would be delivered on 7.31….. nope. Here comes the best customer service I received in a long time from Ben Rodriguez…..Now 8.13 with a credit thanks to Ben for the inconvenience ….. nope…. Well Ben came to the rescue again and GOT the bed delivered finally on 8.18 with an amazing upgrade. Even though it was a poor situation Ben made it very right….. I would shop there again only for the fact of how Ben handled the situation, corrected it by assisting me with upgrades and finally getting problem resolved. Kudos to Ben…. Also I will add if I ever purchase again from here I’ll be making sure Ben is working before I make the drive

We walked in and asked if Mattress Firm carried box springs. Sales woman stated that it would have to be ordered and delivered with a $99.99 delivery charge. I asked if she was sure that they had nothing in the back. She was adamant that there was NOTHING. Upon walking around, I viewed about 22 box springs.... I asked what they were... she said, of, those are returns.So I inquired if they could be purchased ...needless to say, we bought the box spring. Total pain in the neck.

My wife and I had an excellent experience picking out a mattress at Mattress Firm. Ronna let us take our time and try out any mattress we wanted. My wife brought her book and read like she would in bed at home. It helped us make our decision and we didnt feel rushed at all.

Juan Hernandez is the best! We have had the ultimate in service with him. They have a warranty that if not satisfied you can return the mattress for exchange or refund within 90 days and with some products within 120 days.We had to return the original mattress. It actually was our second choice, but first choice was not even in warehouse with a huge back order. So, Juan made note that we would be able to exchange the one we bought if we were unsatisfied because what we wanted was not available.We knew within 30 days that the mattress we purchased was not going to work for us. We reported it to Juan at 60 days. Unfortunately the mattress we wanted was still out of stockIt is now over 90 days. However, the mattress we wanted is now in the warehouse! Juan has kept his promise and our desired mattress will be delivered and exchanged in 6 days!We were given the discount in effect on the newer mattress with money refunded to us! We cannot thank Juan and Mattress Firm in North Naples enough for their honesty, professionalism and courtesy to us!

Went in to get queen box spring on clearance. Walked out with a queen box spring and a king mattress on clearance. Paid the same price for the queen mattress I bought a couple of months ago. Wished I would have known about the clearance mattresses sooner.
