Coffee is actually really good. Really food. Food is very European. Croissant is soft and buttery. Flakey. All around very impressivee.

Just such a lovely spot for fabulous French pastries!! Always make a point of coming by for the 2 egg breakfast with baguette and salad ( its a bargain)... then have a must have almond croissant and coffee (which is outstanding).... please do come by for a truly lovely relaxing experience !! We love it!!

We had a very pleasant breakfast here. They have a variety of pastries & cakes/tortes as well as breakfast and lunch entrees. I had the salad nicoise, daughter had their Nutella and strawberry crepe, parents had eggs. Lots of outdoor seating. There’s a jazz trio as well for a great atmosphere.

Wife found this French gem on Yelp. Decided to try for a late breakfast/early lunch. Was very happy that we did. Food was simple & tasty. We had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict, smoked salmon baguette, mushroom/ham crepe & French toast. Mom in law asked why we had never been to this place b4? She loved the food!

This place has such good coffee, pastries and other things. However, I went there yesterday for a latte. The cashier/waitress was coughing but stopped so I assumed it was not a problem. I sat down not far from her to have my Latte and she coughed and coughed. I said are you sick? She answered yes, I can barely stand here. I replied your should be home. I was so angry as I had the Covid variant and was very uncomfortable. She told the owner who said she does not have COVID. Who cares??? I do not want to get sick again! She had her mask off for a short time and the poor woman was very sick as was her partner. She said you are not leaving because I am sick, are you? I replied yes, I am and left and threw my $5.00 Latte including tip out. What are people thinking??????? I just do not want to be sick again and I do not want others to be sick. It MAY have been a virus or flu but what the heck?????Or, she may not have had the CVR test and could have Covid.I hope she feels better and is OK.

Why eat lunch or brunch at a cookie cutter fast food place? Treat yourself to a piece of France right here in Naples, with almost no lines to wait in and great food and cappuccino. Relax on the shady patio and watch the world go by. Oh, did I say that they have almond croissants? Keep that a secret - otherwise word will get out and there will be none left for you and me. Come before noon on Wednesday and have your brunch while listening to the very French sounding accordion. You will think you are in a small Parisian cafe.

Holy croissants batman, Grain de Cafe is amazing! I had the Fermiere salad with chicken, cubed Swiss cheese, walnuts, and apple slices, accompanied with a buttery fresh baked croissant. The salad dressing had Dijon mustard within, mixed with something wonderful, which paired perfectly with the salad. I followed this with a sampling of pastries including a delightful coconut macaron, an apple turnover, and a cherry turnover. The food and pastries were homemade with real ingredients (I could taste the butter!), fresh, and all-around heavenly. Ill definitely be back!

The food is good, no regrets on anything we’ve ordered: quiches, breakfast croissants, pastries. We’ve come 5 or 6 times and would continue coming, but I don’t appreciate being mistreated...The owners are very nice, but the rest of the staff seems overwhelmed and are rude at times (twice to me and my wife).

Bakery was great. Coffee not good. Ordered small cappuccino. It was mostly milk, no foam and coffee had no flavor. Service was also very slow even though place was not crowded at all.

I stumbled on this fantastic cafe while driving through the strip mall and Im so glad I did. The food was outstanding! Everything was so good that I essentially purchased all of their baked goods to share with my fellow employees. Its a must try! You wont be disappointed!

I visited the place to had an espresso, pastries, and Quiche. The place is well located but not so easy to find. There is plenty of parking. It is not the charmest place but one you meet the owner you feel so welcome and so good that you want to stay. The owners are friendly and service oriented. I have not founded a most friendly place in Naples.The Quiche and the pastries were excellent. The prices are a bit high but the quality is also high. It is a highly recommend place.

I didnt even know this little gem existed. I happened to be out on my lunch break to drop something off at the UPS Store next door and saw a delicious-looking special on their chalkboard outside. So glad I stopped in and cant wait to go back and eat in! Quick service, personable staff, clean and organized, and most importantly, delicious food!

When I am there, I have the sensation that I am in one of those cute places in Europe, the croissants are delicious and all the pastry selection. Good breakfast and good environment for a good coffee!

Awesome place, nice atmosphere and very classy. Their pastry is super delicious and soft try their turnovers,it was my favorite. The manager is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming again.

I have a severe addiction to baguettes that I almost kicked until I found this place 😂 & I may go ahead and make a super bold statement: Grain de Cafe very well may have the best baguette in Naples. Sometimes my heart cries a little when I realize its after 4 and I wanted to get one (i.e. right now) but I suppose they should be allowed to close...haha...for real though, this place slays the baguette situation all day... and in case you were wondering, after tax its $5.45 and worth every penny. If you get the chance I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Enter the door of Grain de Cafe and youre transported to a Parisian slice of heaven. The decor is as tasteful as all of the fresh pastries you have to choose from as you consider a side treat for your morning coffee, or a full indulgence over lunch. The seating is abundant both indoors & outside with extra seating available for that small group meeting spot youre looking for. I especially appreciated the care & attention of the staff whom offer you hospitality at its best. Enjoy!

Its hard to say anything about Grain De Cafe. On the surface they look nice and they gained my interest, but aside from slightly overpriced-underwhelming pastries, there isnt much here. The ownership doesnt seem pleasant or supportive. I came here to the reviews of this place, curious of what other people thought and saw that the owner has lurked review sites, ready to scold anyone that doesnt give him a perfect score. sad.At the drop of a hat, he attempts to throw passive aggressive apologies and states that previous comments were from the previous owner instead of trying to understand the complaint. Laughable.No doubt this review will be met with disgusting accusations of racism, abuse, or that the complaint is unfounded because this shop is somehow above reproach. Youre not.There is no excuse for having a rude wait-staff, nor inconsistency in your baking. Blaming crowd level, or blaming your wife is neither clever, nor graceful.I enjoyed the coffee, but it was a bit sour.-I am not interested in hearing any response or rebuttal from this location. I do not doubt it will be filled with complaining, false-statistic flinging, and deflecting. If you want people to leave good reviews, dont be so unreasonably unkind to those sharing their stances on your coffee-to-go shop.No starsResponse from them as of 02/01/2017 can be seen below.As you can see, their inability to take criticism is apparent. I can only hope the respondent grows as a person because this is sad.

Purchased 2 pastries they called chocolate croissants for take out. The chocolate must have fallen out in the parking lot because we found only traces of it in the items. What an expensive disappointment! Reminded me of frozen ones I purchased online a while back. If they are not going to make their own pastries they should at least get them from a high quality supplier. I wouldnt bother going there again.

Fabulous little café that is big on flavor, ambience, and service. A exceptional spot my mom & dad discovered and is now a regular for us every sunday morning with the live light jazz entertainment.

The pastries are good. I wasnt impressed with the rest of the food. The portions are small and pricy. Waited about 30min for the food to arrive. A much better choice is La Comar.

Loved this place! It’s like a small open window on Paris! The almond croissant is a must! And the French cider is served in a “bolée” like in Brittany, we had it with a crêpe...oulala! The French owners are always ready to share about their culture and language, we spent a very nice and lovely moment.

Saturday 12/29 I took my brother visiting from Sweden to Grain de Cafe. I have been there before and liked it then. This time was a BIG disappointment. He ordered baguette with pate de campagne - it was barely visible! I ordered baguette with chicken salad. The chicken salad was more like a spread, mayonnaise with pulverized chicken!!! A thin spread that was barely noticeable and tasted absolutely nothing!! We ordered regular coffee - it was so weak you could see the bottom of the cup! It was undrinkable! I pointed it out to the server who just shook her shoulders and said ok.....and walked away. If you are trying to cut corners when the snowbirds are here, you are making a BIG mistake! Just remember when the snowbirds leave we are a few who live here permanently and your business might depend a little on us. With this quality of food and attitude, I will make sure never to set my foot at this cafe again.If you want a great French place, go to la Baguette or Normandy!

Went in yesterday for only 2nd time in 6 years in Naples. Had the worst customer service man at the register. Rude and crude is the best description. Then the driest raisin/cinnamon roll ever for $4.00+ !. Thin experience, I know but just sayin

Standing in line, completely ignoring the customers, they have several staff members however they were not even making any attempt to say I will be right with you, several customers walked out. They seem to be taking customers for granted- they usually have one person attending pastries but not today - not sure what was happening today but they lost customers due to this type of behavior- This is Saturday Jan. 27th about 9-930 AM

Besides the fact that these people are very charming, I was able to enjoy delicious products that can return to France for a moment.
