Dont really frequent Starbucks much anymore but my iced mocha with ristretto shots was excellent. Not bitter as this is the way it should taste! Added one pump of dark caramel & one less pump of chocolate. Good choice! Light ice is the kicker as you receive much more of a drink this way. Nice people and great location on 5th Ave.

I would like to dedicate this post to my cashier of the day, Miss Heidi. She was amazing, rapid with my reload and order take in. Strongly recommend this location for anyone who orders with the app or wants to avoid a long line at a coffee shop elsewhere. Love love love your spirit and customer service miss Heidi. Fairly quick at taking and filling orders. Generally pretty busy. The self serve cream and sugar station had obviously been neglected, very dirty, ants crawling around, no sugar, no cinnamon, no napkins and no one interested in helping. I found the sugar myself in the cabinet below the counter.The coffee is just ok, nothing special. I would go back but Id like to see them put a little more effort into cleanliness and keeping things stocked. I realize they get pretty busy but these things are kinda crucial.

Starbucks is just out of touch. The folks of importance are their customers. Open your doors and greet your clients. They are paying the bills I and a group if my friends will not return because of the virus situation. So sad.

The worst very (not) berry hibiscus I have ever had. 2 berries in a trenta. It tasted like water and was almost clear. Then I ordered a Carmel ribbon Frappuccino with extra Carmel, not so much. I asked the barista if I could please get a venti and she said no! Really. I spent$28 and it was the worst trip Ive ever had to Starbucks ever. Very rude workers and drinks were horrible. Dont go to this Starbucks, I would definitely look for an alternative.

Best Starbucks in Naples. Cool on the inside and works as a Remote office as well. Just on the highstreet of this beautiful little town. The famous Naples pier is in walking distance from here.

Very busy location in Naples. Parking on 5th is ridiculous unless you ride a Vespa. Very quick to get a drink if the line isnt long.

I went to Starbucks with my boy friend @philipdimartino had an amazing experience! Our drinks were delicious and impeccable. Staff was great especially our barista Amanda G. Super helpfully and joyful. 10/10 and then 13/9 on the Kevin and Phill score. Tootles!!

Really bad latte

All the people who work here are all very nice. Cara is super kind, helpful and talkative. I was really happy because she was great at making me a coffee flavor that I really liked and it is now my new go to flavor. The only thing I would change here is make the store bigger. Seating is very hard to find in the mornings, and still tight in the afternoon.

Its a nice place to chill downtown to catch up with friends or family. Its close to a lot of other lovely sightseeing spots if youre visiting. If youre a local, its just a nice spot all around. Can sit inside or outside.

Everyone knows about Starbucks so I will just mention this location. It is near the East end of Naples Fifth Ave. It is reasonably sized with indoor and some some outdoor seating. Lots of tourists in season and it can be crowded but they are efficient and pleasant. It is a nice location to people watch anytime day or evening. And of course, their GREA T coffee.

To loud & busy to work & concentrate or have a client meeting. Great come & go for people watching or quickly meeting a friend.Polite staff, unlike the one a few blocks away!

I was dying for a chai tea latte. I went into the Starbucks at 6:30pm and ordered it. We also ordered a small Pike coffee since I was getting the latte. We paid, sat down to wait and then 5 minutes later the barrista calls us and tells me they have NO chai tea latte, they have run out! He doesnt really apologize and says can I get you something else? I say No and he gives me a refund for just my coffee. Thats it. Nothing for the fact he made me order, pay and wait before he tells me hes out of it! Very unhappy. I really wanted a chai tea latte so I walked another 10 to 15 minutes in the rain, to another Starbucks.

Usually I prefer smaller coffee stores over chains but this place is convenient for me. I have had mostly good cups of latte here and the baristas are very nice. Its dependable.

Every Starbucks is exactly the same. Said no one. Ive been to a lot of Starbucks and the only thing that is similar is the drink options. Even then, each respective establishment can offer their own blends of things, drinks and foods. This store is no different, in that its completely different. Its a great place. Worth a look.

There’s no space to enjoy your coffee inside, restroom was nasty all the times I’ve been there, on top of not having enough space inside, they’re collecting boxes and taking table space which makes you feel caged. The coffee was ok, the experience was not. The one on 41 is way better.

Pink drink is the best!

I regularly get Starbucks and there coffee is amazing but in this particular Starbucks deserves 2 stars. They have bad service and spoke aggressively to me and other customers. Probably not going to come here ever again.

This barista named Haley was very rude!! She got my friends drink wrong and then purposely botched mine because she was so crabby! I was very unimpressed with her attitude, and it kind of ruined the Starbucks experience.

I love the size of this Starbucks, and even when there is a line I get great service from all the baristas. Whenever the Naples half-marathon is going on they make sure to have enough staff to serve large crowds of customers.

The Iced Green Tea Matcha Latte its a very delicious alternative to Coffee! The Staff make this location! They are great & always greet me by name! The Blonde Roast pour over coffee is spectacular, gives a good jolt a fair price! .53¢ refill on all drip coffee! Better buzz than espresso half the price : ))

Love to drink coffee here..But costumer service the worst. The young man name Henry was not pay attention to me then my husband said Merry Christmas twice and no respond. Then the other guy next to him gave me my coffee and I said thank you also no respond. I though maybe the are in the wrong busssiness... please I never had any bad experience with Starbuck before. And my caramel brulee was terrible.. I didnt want to say anything to them..

More than Costumer Service.I was visiting Naples on a rainy day on September 2017,we stopped at Starbucks with my daughters and my mother. My little daughter has a blanket that does not leave her for anything in the world and even at 4 years old she carries it everywhere she goes. After a hot chocolate we returned to Fort Lauderdale and an hour later we realized that my daughters blanket had been left in the store. We all feel bad right after because we all know how much she love her blanket. Very tired we decided don’t turn back and I knew that the store closed early on Sunday I had not choice to convince my girl that I will get it next weekend. So I called next day. Kiara took care of me and was kind enough along with the manager of this shop to make sure that the blanket was there. She told me I don’t need to go back next weekend, she would send it to me by mail. Maybe for anybody it would be a dirty cloth that the girl takes on trips up and down but it means the world for her at bedtime. Two days later we had the blanket at home thanks to Kiara and the manager. I appreciate that gesture and it comforts me to know that there are well-educated people like them at Starbuks Naples. 🙏🏻
