My friend wanted purchase lottery and cash lottery, but the cashier said lottery off now at 10.30 pm. Before he purchased lottery here after 11.00 pm. Very bad service. Management need to get attention about customer getting ignored by cashier. We will never stop here anymore..

Stopped here today. Was going to get a hot dog and a soda. Big mistake the roller girls were full but they had No hot dog rolls. Asked one of the workers and was told they had none with a I dont care attitude. Got a coke from the fountain and it was flat and had a funky taste. Racetrac used to be good not any.ore.

The inside of those store has always been 5 stars, but well over 50% of the time I am unable to get gas at the first pump I go to. I either have to keep driving around to find one that will work or I give up and find another station. My card never has an issue anywhere else I go but it this has been a problem here for at least 6 months.

RaceTrac in general is a great gas station and we used to love going to the one off of Airport pulling almost daily. However, the past 6 months the quality of service, cleanliness, and product has decreased significantly! The icee machines are almost always gone or not working, the hot chocolate machine is also rarely functional, and the place in general is dirty!Also, if you are a fan of the self checkout you will enjoy that this location has three. But if you are looking to speak to a person to pre-pay gas (the pumps work on and off to pay at the pump) you better add about 15 minutes to your trip as the employees are basically non existent (with the exception of one amazing women who is so kind and helpful every time she is working!).Again, used to be a fan and now avoid going at all costs. Would be a 1 star if they didn’t used to be better.

Only half the pumps work at any given time, the chip reader is always glitched out, and they never have receipts

Correct hours of operation need update arrived at this location, at 10:30 pm and the store had a handwritten sign stating it was closed while what I imagine to be the company approved sign said that they would be closed from 2 am to 3 am

The staff is super friendly. I go here almost everyday with my mom. When they have long lines inside they are quick to grab a few extra cashiers. Never had any complaints about this place. Great Job Guys see you tomorrow for my normal eggroll and coke.Sorry for the uneducated driver with brinks blocking the handicapp parking so the driver could get a snack. Great chain gas station with clean 24 hr facility covering many states.

It’s not even 11pm and they have hand colored signs saying “closed” but the workers are hanging out….

Being completely ignored by the ladies working there even after I used the service button outside the door and literally begging them to let me get a receipt for my gasoline purchase. They looked at me a couple times, neither one bothering to come to the door at least. It was after 11PM and I was instructed by the pump to get my receipt at the register. I need the receipt to get refunded; due to this negligent behavior now I wont. Incredibly bad, rude behavior to say the least. I have previously been given the receipt after hours, guessing from better trained, or just better people. Incredible

Absolutely ridiculous that myself and two other people sat at the window for 30 minutes pressing the button for service for 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open and they totally ignored us and DID NOT open the store when they should be open!!!

Half of their pumps never work. Advertise ethanol free I can never get to come out worst gas station I wouldnt recommend going there.This is the one on South Airport Road.

Used to be great but now it is a horrible gas station. Half the pumps dont work, and those that do are sooooo sloooow that it takes for ever to fill out the tank. And then you ask for a receipt and it asks you go go inside for it.Its been like this for a couple of months. Im done with it; not coming back.

Pumps rarely work with cards wasting time having to move from one pump to the next or going to another gas station I’m not sure what is wrong with these pumps but I never have problems anywhere else except for here. Pumps are roped off as well at times

I am not sure what happened with the credit card processing, and the rewards program recognition, but their new computer screens are simply broken. They simply dont work and are extremely frustrating, and I have stopped using RaceTrac as my go-to place for fuel.

Their pumps are horrible, they cant take your phone number for rewards and there is never receipt paper on them, always have to go and make a line inside to ask for a simple receipt, incredible.

I came here with my family to fill up and get a coffee. Little did I know they were selling me an addiction in liquid form. I have waited an entire year just to have it again! Forget Disney! Gimme that coffee!! ❤️☕️🧊🥤

This is my go to gas station. The food is good and never makes me sick( this is a good thing ) and all but one service representative are great to deal with. They know me by name and they do enjoy talking with the customers but not to the extent of holding up the line. This place is almost always busy though so expect a line even with all registers open during peak hours such as lunch or after working hours.

Great racetrac well lit location and well stocked store. Ethanol Free fuel and many diesel pumps, this area needed a great gas station for years. Glad we finally got one.

I love this gas station. It is clean, well attended, has everything to drink that you could need, and sits at a light so getting in or out in either direction is possible

I regularly visit this Race Trac location. This is where I can get a good coffee (Costa Rica blend) and sometimes breakfast. Restrooms are clean. The cashiers are friendly and fast. Good hot food such as tamales, empanadas, hot dogs and other goodies. By the way, they also have gas.

I think they were the best service gastation in my travels. Very friendly staff and great food. Bathrooms were very clean too.

Gas prices are competitive, always clean and has a bright parking lot at night. Staff has always been friendly. We love going for thier Swirl ice cream bar. They sell a variety of convenience foods/preprepared fresh foods and beverages including beer.

Great addition to the area. I work nearby and this has become a very frequent stop wether it is for gas, lunch, or a quick snack. The store is always clean and the pumps are nice and spread out. My only complaint would be there arent enough pumps, because this place is always full of people.

NEVER HAVE SNACKS READY. It is always cooking, 15 minutes it will be ready.

Diesel pumps are extremely slow, slow as molasses I don’t want to spend my life pumping gas, waiting for i’ll pump they could be faster, he’s palms were always fast and that’s why came here now I am thinking about going to a different one .
