Went to this location to ask for an emergency supply for blood pressure medication while on vacation since I accidentally left mine home. The pharmacist refused to give me one and said that no other cvs would do it either. Ended up trying the cvs 2 miles down on 2515 shadowlawn drive and the lovely pharmacist was able to give me my medication.

If I could give this locations pharmacy zero stars, I would. When trying to phone in a new Rx, the hold time is AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR no matter what the time of day!! Pharmacists pick up on rare occasions just to say please hold and then you wait until you just cant take it any more and hang up.Ive switched to another location and their service is Wonderful!!

Nice clean store with surprisingly good prices and specials. Very nice employees and checkout process goes very fast. Also good selections of wine and beer.

Cameron and Ana were the most wonderful pharmacy staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When I went in on New Years my insurance was saying I wasnt covered despite it showing online. Obviously I was very upset and in tears, but Cameron and Ana helped my find a goodrx coupon and helped me find a lower cost to be able to actually pay for my medicatio . Cameron calmed me down and was the sweetest, most respectful individual Ive ever met at a pharmacy. I wish I lived closer (I live in California) so they could be my go to pharmacy!

Every time Ive come here, they dont have enough people at the front, and someone is trying to either sign up for a rewards card or look up their decades old information. They never call people to the front when there is a line. Good location and selection just needs faster service up front. Takes over 10 minutes to check out.

I would give 0 stars if there was such an option. Very inattentive personnel. They do not care about customers! Very unfriendly and rude. Look very angry and bothered. I felt there very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible

One name sums up the outstanding service I received today...Victor! He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my purchase. He also assured me of having the lowest pricing in town due to CVSs buying power pricing. I hope CVS knows they have a real deal employee at this location cut from the same stone as many others who have made this country great. If hes not in management by next year, ill never shop at a CVS again. Ill leave you with this one thought, that reaonates with many others from the mitten, and clearly sums up my experience today. Never in my life have I been been treated this badly at any store. The pharmacy technician today made it a point to tell me my coupon would not work and let me go through all of my coupons on my phone (while I’m saying I don’t want to hold up the line) and when I showed him my coupon it suddenly appeared to come off of the total. Then when I say “omg, why didn’t you tell me? I don’t want to be that customer.” He had the nerve to tell me “well you wanted to be argumentative, so I just let you go!” In no way shape or form was I being argumentative... I just wanted to get my coupon. Worst service I’ve ever recieved in my life. I will NEVER return.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. The worst experience Ive ever had honestly. Every time I would call, someone would answer the phone but wouldnt speak or respond. Then when I came there in person the technician even raised his voice when speaking with me, when I tried to explain that I had been trying to reach them by phone for two days.

Worst retail experience in my life. Had questions about the way the ad tags read and when I went to take pictures of the ad tags so I could talk to the corporate office about how the tags read, the manager Robert Colegrove, threatened me with arrest and jail if I took pictures of mouthwash ad tags. Really? There is no signage in the store saying photography is illegal or against company policy. Im not sure why the store manager was so insecure about thre language of the ad tags. I drove a mile up the road to another CVS and ask if I could take pictures of some products and tags and they said no problem. It seems Mr. Colegrove could us a lesson in how to de-escalate versus escalating and threatening a customer with jail and arrest before asking them to leave the store. A call to Naples PD revealed Mr. Colegrove to be inaccurate and full of empty threats as this was not an arrestable offense. This is a place to be avoided.

The staff is always professional and courteous, and the only times the pharmacy has missed filling my prescriptions was when they never received anything from my doctors office.

I ordered 5x7 prints and they all printed with a white border around the edge that prevented them from fitting in the frames. I called and was told that all 5x7 prints come out this way, but this was not noted anywhere online when I placed the order.
