I come to town market daily . I love all the employees that work there, they’re a pleasure to talk too . The manager vivana is a sweetheart . Today when I walked in to buy my things their was a new employee named syltamene, I tried making conversation like I do with the rest of them . She had a very nasty attitude, she was rude to me, ignored me when I asked how her day was and even laughed at my face when I asked for the manager and said “they won’t be here today” I would be very disappointed if I had to change my daily routine of coming to this establishment because of this employee . Never dealt with someone so nasty and unprofessional, you could tell she didn’t enjoy her job and didn’t want to be there . My business will be elsewhere unless someone does something about this miserable woman .

Best one stop shop experience!! Where else can I get my lunch, drop off my laundry, send some mail, fill up for gas and get my new rosary? The staff is so friendly as well!! Thanks Town Market for this once in a life time experience!

Credit card FRAUD !!!! Inside job of skimming your credit card. No wonder the diesel is 30 cents less than anywhere else !!!! My card info was stolen on April 17, 2020. On May 2 202 they attempted to charge $95 at another Shell gas station in Bonita Springs. Not a coincidence ! Collier Sheriffs department and The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services are notified.

This is a fabulous Naples gem. One stop for gas and whatever else you want or need. Drop off you laundry/dry cleaning, send mail, eat lunch or relax with a cup of coffee. And a discount for the car wash too! Exceptional service is standard. Thanks Town Market

RIDICULOUS!I bought some chocolates- biscuits when I arrived to home I ate one of them, the taste was not good I noticed they were expired I went back to return those stuff. The owner was at register, I showed him expired stuff what I bought. I sad I believe you have more expired stuff on the shelf, he sad that’s embarrassing to me, we always eat this one in my country, don’t worry. No sorry, no apologizes, he acted like I was not suppose to return I was suppose to eat all of them, RIDICULOUS!

During the last 2 months they dont have half & half because the machine its out of order. Please keep a pot with half & half. Has anyone think about that?

I spent way longer in this store than I anticipated when I stopped for a quick snack. The variety of services this one store offers was incredibly impressive, the staff was so friendly, and the facilities were very clean.

The greatest hodgepodge of snacks, drinks, breads, foods, post office, a Subway, a Cuban restaurant, and even some local art and religious items! I mean it, variety is the key to this place...as well as the very helpful and friendly staff! Parking can be tough, but miss this place, and you miss a lot! Gas and car wash as well!

The year was two thousand and sixteen, the month was the end of February, the day was a Sunday. I took a long drive from Fort Lauderdale to visit the Royal Poinciana Country Club. Nay I am no member of such aristocratic liesure, I can barely afford to breathe the air on their grounds. I did however enjoy a free banquet in a stuffy suit and tie affair. It was a scorcher that day and my body wanted a change of clothes like an old man sending back soup in a deli.By happenstance, I somehow stumbled upon this diamond in a rough known solely as the Town Market. Truly, this place was a saving grace that hot winter day in southwest Florida. I did not know quite what to expect since I truly only desired to change out of formal attire into more comfortable gear for my ride back to the east and I figured it was just another gas station.Lo and behold, this place was an oasis waiting to be tapped in the vehicular desert on the arterial of its destined location. Upon entering, I was shocked to chagrin walking into a heavenly abode complete with aesthetically pleasing blue skies and clouds emulating the sweet joy of heaven. I was amazed by what this market had to offer on top of their angelic staff that is ready to help at the drop of a hat. From Subway to Ice Cream, dry cleaners to the post office, you may think youre lost but when you stare into the porcelain eyes of the saints that glare upon you, you undertand that you have truly been found.Literally, I must have stood in the center of the Town Market for hours which were actually minutes soaking in the freshness of the bliss I detoured upon. Sticking to my main mission of changing my outfit, I was unable to find the mens room. I inquired with the staff and they dropped what they were doing and gladly guided me to my destination with a smile effortlessly painted on their face.Sparing messy details, I successfully changed my outfit in their spacious restroom facilities. Coming back into the main hall I wanted to pay contrubution for the cordial affair that I embarked. Seeing as how my tummy enjoyed a fat-cat feast not more than an hour earlier, I gleefully requested a divine dish of double fudge ice cream. Some wonder what is served in heaven. I can guarantee you that the Town Market ice cream stand is there.Parting is such sweet sorrow, but alas my hour in heaven had come to an end. I filled my car with the high quality gas dispensed from the contracted Shell company, but floating back home in heavenly bliss one would consider changing the name of the fuel source from Shell to Sheaven. See what I did there?My friends, dont waste another moment on wondering where to fill up next. The friendly staff only emits the quality of the ownership that keeps this place running eternally. Folks, this is not just a gas station, nay nor a truck stop, not even just an ice cream stand. Why are you still reading this? Get on over to the Town Market because, amigos, this place is truly...Heaven on Earth!
