I went in for a haircut (by Melissa I’m pretty sure). She was the only one working and made sure to adapt to all her customers needs. Did a perfect job on my hair and knew what I wanted as well as making suggestions to keep my hair healthy and glowing. She even styled it at the end and added luminous beach waves which I adored! 10/10 and would recommend her!

I went to ULTA on Pine Ridge in Naples, FL with just an idea of what I wanted. I met Sandra who was a tremendous help. She was patient and very knowledgeable about their products. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I was very impressed with her as well as other personnel in the store. Great customer service! I will be back for other purchases.

Great service, plenty of products, great service and recommendations. My mother was in doubt about some recommendations but once she tried them she came back for more. Also she got her hair dyed, even though the hair stylist didnt speak spanish. She did a great job.

Surprised they carry mens styling gel. You honestly just walk aimlessly. No one likes you in there.

So glad they stopped the little boys in makeup commercials & posters. Now Im willing to shop there again.

Nat did my wash and cut today. She is extremely talented and worked very quickly. I had my 3 year old son with me too and she was so sweet to him! I will be back to see her next year! (:

I visited the store on 12/23/2020. While shopping I witnessed the (offensively loud) store manager bully another customer because she was not wearing a mask. The women explained she had a medical exemption. The store manager proceeded to harass her and attempt to make an example of this poor woman. She put down all of the products she was about to purchase and walked out of the store. And because I was so appalled by this managers unprofessional approach to handling the incident, I too left my pile of stocking stuffer products on the counter and walked out and will never shop here again. So disappointing to see this happen when the Collier County order clearly states that those with medical issues are exempt from wearing a mask inside businesses.

Horrible customer service!!!! I went to pick up an order for my wife and they would not give me the order. I got there a few minutes before they closed, and the lady came out with the order in her hand and told me she couldnt give it to me because I wasnt on the order. She tells me for my wife to add me as a pick up person, which she did. She goes to the store and comes back and says she cant give me the order because they are closed. I explained to her that my wife is at home with a newborn and cannot come herself. She did not care. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused and told me she had to go back to close the store. This is very disappointing and inconvenient for people, especially with the pandemic and everything going on. If my wife cant leave the house, they should be more understanding with customers. I will never visit this store again or ever recommend it to any family or friends. They do not know how to treat customers.

Lauren at Pineridge gave me a keratin treatment and updated my color and highlights for fall! I am so HAPPY with the results! She is such an amazing stylist and a great person as well! I highly recommend her and hope that management knows what a gem them have!

Lauren is the best! I went in for a cut and color. Ive always had my hair highlighted. She asked if Id be interested in lowlights as well as adding another color. She added copper to the mix. The colors look fantastic together! The haircut was a little different than I usually got, it came out so well I was complimented by so many people after. Its now my new style and when I need another change Ill leave that up to Lauren! Thank you!

All of the ladies who work there are very sweet. I go so often that I have my favorites, but they all super nice. The make-up, fragrance, and hair products are great, but you have to book an appointment at the hair salon. Jessie 💖 does my hair, but I watch the other girls and they all rock!!!

Lauren is amazing! She is a master colourist. She has done my hair so well with natural colours and fashion colours. She also gives me the best haircuts.

I am very particular when it comes to going to a hair stylist because unfortunately, I have had some awful experiences in the past with hair stylists that were not knowledgeable when it came to my curly hair. I am absolutely ecstatic to have found Lauren Siwek at Ulta Naples on Pine Ridge Rd. Lauren is brilliant in her craft. Lauren listens and is invested in maintaining the health of your hair. In addition to her expertise, she is friendly, honest, and incredibly thoughtful. I love her!!!!I reside close to the Ulta in Mercato and although the staff there is very nice, I prefer driving a little further to go to the Ulta in Pine Ridge. The girls that work there as well as the supervisor Kim are super professional and approachable and now I found a gem in Lauren! Do yourself a favor and go see Lauren. Your hair will thank you for it!!!

Highly recommend Kyra for your hair needs! She is so articulate, innovative and precise! She listens to your wants and needs and achieves all expectations and then some. Kyra is always keeping current on new techniques by attending various professional development classes. She is the absolute best and trust her immensely.

This Ulta is so much better than the one at Mercato. The staff is actually friendly and wants to help you. I got my makeup done by Maggie and she is absolutely fabulous. She was so helpful and she listened to what I wanted done and was very easy to talk to. I felt like we had been friends forever chatting the whole time. I would highly recommended her and this Ulta in general. I plan on coming back for a facial with Maggie as well. Great experience every time I come here!

This may be the newest Ulta in town but its already my favorite. The employees are super nice and from what Ive seen do their best to help everyone out. Much love for this new store.

Kyra at the salon is great! I went in for a hair cut and got assigned to her almost a year ago, and had such a good first impression I am a regular now! We’ve darkened my hair, cut it, even did a balayage last summer and it turned out beautiful. She’s attentive, professional, and makes you feel (and look) amazing!!

Ive been seeing Kyra for over a year now (about every 3-4 months) and I have never been disappointed. She has balayaged and lighted my base every time I see her and I am always getting compliments on how natural my hair looks. Shes an absolute doll and a joy to be around.--Also, every product she has recommended me for my hair upkeep has worked wonders without breaking the bank.

If I could give no stars I would!! Never ever going here the first time I try to even get my hair done they mess my appointment up! So sad people cant do there job correctly, I told the girl July 20th is my birthday and Im going out so I need my hair done on this day and she schedules me on the 26th!!!

Extensive inventory. Unless you know what youre looking for in the makeup department, it can be challenging finding an associate who is knowledgeable about the product. I had one such associate the other night who spent two seconds with me and quickly handed me a foundation that was 2 shades too light. She sneered at me when I suggested the darker shade.I begrudgingly brought the lighter sample home thinking she was the expert. She wasnt. I was right.Ive had three haircuts there. First was great. Last two were terrible. I thought the second was just a fluke. Nope. Third time my hair was literally uneven... One side longer than the other. Very noticeable with chin length hair.

I come here ALL the time to get my hair done. Valerie, the salon manager, is excellent and I highly recommend her! I don’t trust anyone else to cut my bangs!

Stay away from this particular store. They mistreat you and are never willing to let you use your coupons. I would have given 0 star if I could. Good luck.

Lauren was amazing and she made me feel really comfortable, I got a perm at another ulta location and the stylist didnt use the right perm on my hair and it was fried, lauren did a treatment on my hair and cut it for me and it looks great and she help me alot :) I cant wait to go back to her and have my perm done correctly!!

I was very fortunate to of meet KYRA LYNN HERNANDEZ @ Ulta Beauty Pine Ridge/Airport Pulling as my hair was in need of some “Attention”. I had frustrationly stringy hair and had tried Upscale Salons only to be disappointed. KYRA LYNN HERNANDEZ took the time to really look at my hair, listen to me,and encourage me withOUT being pushy to do what I needed to to start the path to “Healthy” hair. Her unique talented style made me feel comfortable to trust her advice and as a result others and more importantly myself can see a big improvement. If you want a QUALITY hairdresser I highly recommend KYRA LYNN HERNANDEZ!!

I have to say... I’ve been in many ultas before but nothing compares to this one! Brand new and very clean. What really shocked me the most was how friendly the employees are especially a brunette girl named Nia. Nia probably spent an hour helping me find all the products I was looking for. Nia exceeded my expectations with color matching me as well! She also had great suggestions when I was explaining to her some issues I face with makeup. The manager was very attentive and kind as well! I was overall 100% satisfied. Can’t wait to come back when I’m running low on makeup!

45 mins before My hair appointment the girl cancels on me. This would of been my 1st appointment with these people. Will NEVER go there again, not to even buy makeup! Yall just LOST a customer
