Rescheduled twice. Still never showed up and didnt call. Then I called and they were rude. Terrible organization skills and customer service!!!

Called with promise to come measure window on Friday. Never showed and as of this but morning. Monday still no call. If you dont give good customer service you wont stay in business. At least keep in touch with customers. Called another compant today

Had a few issues with scheduling. Spoke to the boss Jeff who got a rep out immediatly to have our window fixed perfectly!

If you have to take time off from work to wait for the technician to show up, find another company! Called for service on a Friday, & they scheduled service for Monday. Waited all day Monday. No show. Called, and was told (by the same guy I talked to Friday) that there was no record of a service call, but hed send someone Tuesday. Another no show. Finally showed up on Wednesday and he had to special order glass. One week later, and my slider is fixed. The technician that finally showed up did a good job, but the office is a disaster.

If you are planning to use this company for a commercial project, re-think your decision. Glass was late, frames were wrong size. Lack of attention to detail & lack of communication.

I called this people and they came to give a estimate and then i being trying to do the work and they keep promising that they will come tomorrow and then the next day and the next day also promised me that the were going to call me and let me know the status..if u dont have the time or dont want to do the job be straight forward...i had really bad experience with these people...
