Friendly and honest staff (advised me against the cookie monster for fear of the side effects of a sugar high and blue dye). Extensive non-dairy selection in addition to the innovative traditional menu. Waffle cones are worth it! Indoor and outdoor seating, delightful mural on the wall… wish I had the time and stomach size to try all of the different flavors.

This place was amazing. The employees were amazing and straight up with their customers. They were super nice and very generous. This one employee, by the name of Haley was incredibly nice as she was getting everyone’s orders done quick and amazingly. They work very hard and are doing the best work out there. I’ll definitely be here again!!!

Really great ice cream. I got cookie dough and my wife got chocolate on a cone and said it was the best cone she’s had in her life. Definitely would recommend.

Just went in with my family, we were not greeted at all but all eyes were on us. 2 of the girls were hesitant to serve us and they were whispering between themselves as if neither of them wanted to serve us. We were racially profiled as soon as we stepped foot inside this establishment. Being that my money don’t stink I left and went to another ice cream shop. Train your workers to be more tolerant and accepting. I will not recommend this place to anyone of color

Bad experience lastnight, seems like my money wasnt good for them all because of the color of my skin, you all dont believe me, owners check your camera and youll see at around 9:00 9:15 PM date 9/18/2021and my family has to walk out, its 2021 and so much happening an people out here still being profiling other.... Actually very good ice cream. Owner was on site and was very hands on and personable. Had their featured flavor which was some kind of orange vanilla cherry coconut concoction. Very inventive. Able to add hot fudge without having to buy a full fledged sundae. Nice.Would definitely return. Try it!

I came in with my wife and children the other day. There was just one girl working behind the counter during a rush of a people. She handled it so well and I was very impressed. She got my whole families order correct and fast and proceeded to get everybody behind us. I think she said her name was Arianna. Not sure but very good staff and a wide variety of flavors. Would recommend. Very clean and tidy place.

As usual, the ice cream was great. There were no tables outside, so we ate inside. There was another twosome there before us; when they left, their table was not wiped down. I waited outside to see if ours was wiped down after we left; it was not. I thought that was a condition to reopening restaurants in Collier County.

This is my family favorite ice cream. When we come here we go several times during our vacation. There chicken salad sandwich is great.

I was in the area and decided to give this place a try. The younger guys working here were all really sweet and helpful and offered samples.I ended up ordering one milkshake and 1 scoop of Ice cream with strawberry stuff and it came to $13. The strawberry topping tasted like jelly... it was gross and I actually wish I hadnt paid for it. The milkshake was okay.Probably a good place to bring kids.

Ice cream was very good. Service was quick. Restaurant was clean. Would have gotten more stars but the music that was playing was full of F bombs. If it were not for all the children there, I wouldnt have said anything. The young man at the register said the his manager picks the music. Might not go back because sometimes we bring the grand kids. Perhaps it would be a good idea to consider what kind of music is playing in the background.

I walked out of the Royal scoop tonight. The kid that was working was by himself. He had absolutely no idea how to use the milkshake machine. There were so many people waiting in line it was ridiculous. People started walking out one by one. I felt bad for the kid that was working but he needed more training. The manager should’ve never left him alone by himself especially during season!

About a month ago my wife tried Royal Scoop for our Sunday night ice cream cone. My wifes cone of cookie Dough had one piece of cookie dough in it. When she pointed this out to the manager as an FYI, the manager offered to put one more piece of cookie dough in her cone and thought that was fine.Tonight we tried Royal Scoop again as we had a BYGO coupon and we wanted to give them a 2nd chance since the store is close to where we live. The ice cream cones we both got were the smallest cones we have ever gotten anywhere. Apparently BYGO meant giving us half the ice cream we got in the past. Hard to accept when a single dip cones cost $4.50.Tonight was the last time we will ever go to Royal Scoop. it was a disappointing experience twice in a row and the worst value imaginable.

Person working at register got a phone call from management and I was kicked out of the store, not because of hours but because I took to long to finish my ice cream. Wasnt expecting management to kick a paying customers out. The person apologized and told us we had to leave because the shop owner/manager decided it was necessary. I would like to know why this has occurred because I was minding my own business.
