Dont know why the reviews are so low. This place is fine. I shop here all the time. Way cheaper than CVS and far less busy.

Phenomenal pharmacist and supporting staff. Accommodating and dedicated to making sure you have the medications you need.

Went to get a perscription today and they just decided they werent going to open the pharmacy today. Amazing

THEY ARE LIARS! Called ahead asking for a product, was told they have it, went to the store to find it completely sold out. Did they even go check when they said they did? I think not. If I could give negative stars I would. They place is run by shmucks. A total of 1.8 stars is over generous. Never going back again.

I haven’t had any problems since switching from CVS. Staff is friendly and helpful.

STORE DOES NOT DO CALL IN REFILLS. Had to call twice to have one prescription filled! COMPLETELY INEPT! THEN I WAS ACCUSED OF NOT REQUESTING IT. IF YOU HAVE A PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE. CALL, CALL, CALL TO MAKE SURE ITS DONE. NO FRIENDLY AT ALL! ONLY USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE

If I didn’t have to rate 1 star I wouldn’t.Please don’t even consider going to this store for prescriptions.They question everything. It’s none of their business.I had a legitimate prescription from a Dr. thepharmacist wouldn’t fill it because he accused me of “hoarding”.I will NEVER go back there. Not even for a pack of gum.Rite Aid was wonderful and I miss them so much.CVS here I come

Ever since Walgreen took over Rite Aid customer service has deteriorated. The pharmacy is terrible. There is simply not enough staff on hand to cover demand. Narragansett is a summer tourist town and summer traffic is huge. Rite Aid always had enough staff on hand. I just tried to phone in a refill and after being on hold for 10 minutes, I gave up. The driveup window is useless as staff are busy on the phone or assisting counter customers. Walgreens has to improve service or I am going elsewhere.

I like this store, I have no idea why the other reviewers would give the store bad marks.. I never have a problem there, the staff is friendly and the store is well maintained and clean.

The pharmacy is terrible. Not enough staff, long lines and slow computers. I have been in 4 times and my prescription is not refilled.

I was told twice over phone and in person that they would request more prescriptions from my doc for heartburn meds. After waiting nearly a week I contacted my old Walgreens and they figured it out in a day. I would highly no recommend and am considering filing a complaint due to the other negative reviews here.
