DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR CVS FOR COVID TESTING IF YOU INTEND ON FLYING!! I had two tests at two locations neither one got back to me. 3 days in a hotel and 3 flights missed. You’ve been warned.

Huge relatively new store with a wasteful, oversized parking lot. Seems like there is always just one or two employees at the front of the store. I avoid going to this store.
Cashier was very nice. Rang up over $120 in purchases I was stocking up on with a 25% off coupon. The coupon was missing the scan code and cashier called for help. Not sure if Addison was head cashier but she should not be dealing with the public. No tact, rude and didn’t even look me in the eyes. Just said:”can’t do it without code” No sorry I wish I could help - just rude attitude. Walked out leaving all my items already packed in bags. I’ll shop in Wakefield any day.
The pharmacists here, Ed and Cheryl, are the best. Extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to help customers get their needs met. I needed a replacement prescription for medication I need every day, to replace a brand my insurance dropped. When my medical office was slow getting the prescription out, the pharmacists faxed and called for me; then Cheryl discussed the new prescription in detail and we concluded it actually wasnt equivalent to the old medication, so they helped me get a prescription for the correct one. Then they called me each day to let me know whether or not it had come in.The whole store has the same customer service standards, plus its very clean and bright.
Dealt with cashier Ann today. She scanned my cvs card and told me I had no coupons attached when I actually had a 40 and 30% coupon along with extra bucks. I used cvs pay do the transaction went through before I had a chance to confirm. I ended up having to spend an extra 20 minutes getting it fixed by a manager because she kept arguing with me about having a second cvs card and not having the coupons attached. The manager re rang everything up and found the savings no problem.
The pharmasist Ed,Cherub not sure other girls name are awesome and considerate as is the techs. Iam treated as a human being.I have been to other pharmacies and brought in my prescriptions for zubsolve, sleep med and get the cold shoulder the must be a junkie.look.Alot, of people in my chronic pain group get that look as well.Then those rude pharmasist will talk down to you and make you wait until the exact day your last pill runs out. Because, zubsolve and suboxone the 2 meds.we are treated with in my pain group are used in the USA for withdrawal in addiction. Although it was created in Europe to treat pain in troops fighting in ww2.It acts as a pain med. Without the unwanted side effects.They are super fast and always have my other medications as well there. No,we do not have it in stock....if they dont they will find you a cvs that does nearby.I recently transfered all my medications thete because, of the excellent quality of care.Thank you, seriously it means the world to me that I am treated with respect finally.

Cashiers have nasty attitudes when you ask questions. Never comming here again.

Susan Veasey was very unprofessional I had to call customer care she treated me awful because I wanted to know why something was not 75% off . She left me at register and went on other register and started ringing all other customers and ignored me.
