There are few things to like about this dealership. First, they have very knowledgeable sales people. Second, they will work hard for YOU, they will try to get what you want, they will try to work and meet you closer to your financial goal. Third, they are upfront, great customer service ethics, and just awesome to work with. I am sure all personnel at Peters are amazing, but after 3 weeks of searching, car comparisons, homework, driving to dealerships, and dealing with managers and sales people; no one can beat Anne Plourde and Darnell Joseph. They go above and beyond to please their client. Thank you so much. Your hard work is definitely not unnoticed.
Very cordial staff. Good service. I did get my car detailed not to long ago and came across a coupon for a full detail for 200, and I paid 170 for just the interior. It would have been cool if someone mentioned that. This is new dealership for me, but I have had a service rep at another Honda dealership look out for me like that. But I understand it’s not the usual. Other than that, everyone here is very nice.

Very disappointing experience today at Peters Honda of Nashua. At the dealership when I signed all the documents with the agreed upon price and everything, the Sales Manager comes back with a higher price all of a sudden and asks to sign the new invoice that has a much higher price amount. There was a big discussion about exactly what car I am buying and even test drove it. Thanks for wasting my 2 hours today, several hours back and forth during the deposit process and running a credit check for no reason. If that is how Peters Hondas business model operates in the current market conditions, the buyer will be better off at another dealership or another company such as Toyota.

Scammed me on service to replace brake pads. I didnt know better at the time, but I searched for comparable parts online and found the parts they used for 1/3 to 1/2 the cost. I know that theres the cost of labor and they mark up to make a profit, but this seemed ridiculous. $1200 to change my brake pads.I wouldve fought it, but they took so long on the service and I was taking time off work, I just needed to get out of there. Plus the lobby was uncomfortably warm, adding to my desire to get out of there.Screw this place. Never going back. Not worth my time or my money.

I dont typically write reviews about the dealership, but with the current experience I was compelled to write one. My daughter bought a brand new 2018 CRV from Peters Honda. Last year in about 2 years after she purchased the CRV, the AC failed completely. Due to the Covid19 lock down, she didnt take it to the dealership. This year, after the vaccine shots, I took it to Peters Honda, only to learn that its the manufacturer workmanship issue. The AC discharge hose from compressor to condenser is leaking. It was going to cost me over $587 on top of the diagnostic fee of $135 Ive already paid, since it was already past 3 years, Honda would not cover it under the warranty. Joe Cestarich, Peters Honda Sevice Manager, personally contacted Honda USA and appeal to them since it actually failed in two years. Joe was able to get the full coverage for me and I didnt have to pay $587. I owned several Honda cars in the past for its quality and I was a loyal Honda fan. However, this time I was really disappointed in their quality and warranty coverage.Because of Joe and his extra 9 yards, I would consider buying Honda cars again, but I must say that Honda quality and the workmanship is not as good as what it used to be. Honda, you guys are lucky to have someone like Joe in your team.
Our salesman was Kary. He was fantastic. We stopped by on a Thursday to purchase a 2021 Honda Pilot Touring model and they did not have the color that we wanted in stock. The Honda financing promotion only lasted until Monday and they only had 3 of the exact color and model that we wanted in all of New England. Kary was able to secure the car for us from another dealership and get it to their dealership by Monday. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to set up the car for us and ensure that we knew all of the features even though it was late and we were the only ones there. Also a shout out to Matt Abernathy because he is amazing! Thanks Kary for the amazing vehicle and great service! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle that you go to Peters and ask for Kary!

Absolutely the worst dealership in southern nh sold my wife a complete Lemon while she was 8 months pregnant 3 months latter (2 days after warrenty) the tranny blew after 3 months of then fixing things while kicking and screaming in an effort to not honor the warrenty. Went here after trying out other cars. Fell in love with an RDX. We test drove it, put a hold on it and 48 hours later came back to make the purchase. Everything went smooth at first, of course cause they were making a sale, but it has now been 2 weeks and we still have NO CAR. First it was waiting on plates then was told a form wasnt submitted on their end and now waiting again for plates if thats even the truth at this point. We have called to get updates and have received the run around. I will only recommend this location if you are fine with waiting weeks for your new car. Hoping that we get our car before next month.
Horrible service I was supposed to get a car then they kept lying saying I would get it then last minute they said it needed to be in service and they told me no one touched it. They did this twice and never got a car. Wouldn’t recommend
Its a good dealership theyve got a good selection of vehicles that you might be looking for prices are what I would consider reasonable pretty much standard in the industry nobody really has that much of a leg up on the other dealerships that are around. There is generally what I would consider better personal service here than Ive seen it other automobile dealerships.
Very unsatisfied with my experience, if I could give it 0 stars I really would. I had an appointment at noon, which was confirmed for a vehicle. I got there a few minutes before my appointment and checked in once I walked in the door but to find out that the vehicle I had an appointment for was sold AN HOUR ago. Wouldn’t you think it would be ethical to inform me that the vehicle I was going in for was sold before my appointment? Clearly the 4 dudes at the door were careless and obviously didn’t know what to say since they stayed shut and looked clueless about what I had to say. Word of advice, have your sales person call and inform your customers if a vehicle was already sold instead of having them drive there for no reason. And inform your salesman to figure out their priories instead of hanging around on their phone as I had to catch their attention once I walked through the front door. No greetings or anything, what customer service.

I won’t bring my car for service anywhere else—even just for an oil change. As a young woman, I’m very conscious of not being taken advantage of, and I’ve never felt like I’m being oversold on anything or spoken down to here. I appreciate having a clean, comfortable area where I can safely wait while service is being done. I’ve been in many times, and everyone I’ve ever interacted with is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere (from feeling like I’ve purchased services I didn’t need because I felt pressured to, or leaving and just feeling ... gross or uncomfortable) and I’ve had nothing of the sort here. I’m really, really grateful to have Honda provide such a consistently great service!
Had a great experience up until 3.5 hrs in as i was about to move my things into the car i went there for i was told the monthly payment was significantly higher because they didnt tell me an accurate interest rate when they quoted me and were like oh sorry but we can lease you a car at the same price we just told you. That doesnt help at all. Why would I lease a car at the same high price you just told me after all that. Thats not a good resolution and no apology either

I am very happy with my service at Peters Honda of Nashua. John Hartson worked on my car. He is friendly, efficient ad professional. He also offered me tips about my car. I told him that my steering wheel was shaking and he replaced the sensor. I also could not beat the price. This is one of the cheapest places to get all of your fluids refilled. I only waited an hour for him to work on my car. Thanks John, Mehmet, Knuckles and I will be back.

We had to get a car quickly as our son’s car died in Baltimore, half way to college. Paul Morrison and the Peters team worked with us very quickly to get us a deal that would work best for us, logistically and financially. This was my second time there. The first time the experience was great, but I got something else. This time, I shopped there. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, and made the experience at the dealer easy and comfortable. They understood my budget and helped accommodate. The team worked really well together between departments, and that was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Do not bring your car to the service center. Unfortunately younger women are targeted for more money. Was quoted $350+ for an issue, decided I would get a second opinion at who is charging $160 for the same issue. I have been told multiple times I needed certain services at outrageous costs, whenever I bring my car somewhere else they’re astonished that I was recommended certain services.Unfortunately, they do deserve 1 Star for convenience and free snacks (not anymore due to COVID). The late hours and ability to book online or wait in a big waiting room is very luxurious.Please do yourself a favor and stay away from the service center and save money for something else.

My husband and I werent in love with our Nissan Armada, it was a great car for our family of 6, but I missed my mini van and I had always wanted a Honda! We were hesitant buying a car during Covid, but everyone was very careful! We went in told them exactly what we wanted, they pulled up the cars and let us be! No bothering us and giving us space! The team over at Peters gets a 10/10 from us! They did everything possible to get us in the car we wanted and the best deal possible! I highly suggest Peters Honda of nashua! Ill be bringing my senior citizen father soon to get him a new car!
Not being honest about the 1.9% financing on Honda Civics for the month of May. They said the Honda civic ex did not qualify. I called two other dealerships and they said that the Honda Civic ex did qualify for the 1.9% financing. BEWARE!
The customer service at this place is beyond slow. You can plan on spending most of your day here waiting around for the dealers. We agreed on a price for a car only for them to tell us an hour later that they can’t sell it to us because they don’t have to the title. We also told them that purchasing this car was time sensitive and required urgency. They have dragged this out longer than we had agreed upon at the beginning. I’m currently on hold after being transferred to an answering machine 3 times. Don’t waste your time here.
I needed specific plugs/screws for my engine cover and had to stop here to pick them up. On the drive over to pick these up from the Parts dept, the engine cover went from hanging by the back screws to almost completely fallen off.I spoke with Daniel in the Service dept and they were able to quickly work on my car and get these screwed in so that I could drive away without fear of the engine cover ripping off. They were all very friendly and efficient, especially considering I had no prior appt made.

I went into peters to browse used cars, and probably could’ve bought that day but it was clear that Rocky thought I couldn’t afford what I was looking at (fun fact, I could. I just chose not to spend 17k). He was nice at first and let us test drive some cars but wasn’t helpful with talking about the cars. It was clear he didn’t think I was gonna buy cause he didn’t even take me inside. I asked about a price of a ‘16 Honda Civic cause I found it cheaper elsewhere with similar mileage. He said they wouldn’t budge on the price and was very rude to me after I threw out a number. Well, thank goodness he was rude and I left. I found the exact same year, make, and model of car at Toyota of Nashua and got it for $1,100 less than what Peters was asking for! And all without any rudeness or judging because I’m a young woman! Rocky, you could’ve had my business but ya just didn’t try or care. Thankful you didn’t care!! Got my dream car!!
Best transaction we ever had for leasing a car! We worked with Andy, along with the manager Steve, as well as a few others at Peters Honda. Andy was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable. Both the sales person Andy and the manager Steve were excellent!!! Also, Tiffany, the very first person we spoke to on the phone was friendly, helpful, and took care of us in a very timely manner. She listened to what we were looking for, and made sure we were taken care of right away which meant alot to us. Andy listened to us as we explained what we were looking for, what would work best for our needs, and what we hoped to accomplish. We had already been speaking with several other dealerships in our search to find the car we wanted, including one that we have used for a long time. None of the other dealerships came close to the excellent service we received from Peters Honda in Nashua. I brought my car here for an oil change that took 3 hours one time. Another time I brought my car here for an inspection sticker and when I picked up my car I had issues with my side camera/ touch screen. Whenever I would put on my right blinker the camera would show up for a few seconds and then go away even though my blinker was still on. Also its like my touch screen had a mind of its own, clicking buttons, changing between different screens. My car is 2 years old I brought it brand new I never had any issues with my touch screen or camera until it left Peters Honda. Its as if the technicians are man handling my car and punched it or something. Ive decided never to go back. Im taking my service elsewhere.

Peters Honda of Nashua was very accommodating last night into this morning. The rear license plates bolts were rusted out to the point of needing to be drilled. When there wasnt enough time to finish the evening of 12DEC2019 they had me come in the following morning and were able to remove the bolts and mount the plate between other appointments.Thank you so much!

An efficient well oiled (no pun intended) shop. Courteous staff that communicates well, wait time is reasonable, waiting area very customer comfy, thorough report of car condition, and a car wash at the end. What is there to not like except the bill, but thats the trade off of owning a car, upkeep costs money, and they do a good job with the upkeep.

Overall great experience. Starting off with Fabio as a sales guy. I went in knowing what car I wanted and he got me setup with a test drive in the first 10 minutes of being there. He didnt try to sell me something else or extra stuff I didnt need and he got me a great deal. It did take a couple hours to meet with the finance guy but, I would definitely recommend Peters Honda for anyone looking for a stress free buying experience.

I just bought a 2012 Accord the other day. The best dealership I have ever gone to. Great and friendly staff and unlike most dealerships they dont harass you when you walk on their lot. My sale person Alex Gindi, she was the best car sales person Ive ever dealt with. She was very knowledgeable in the cars and very friendly and always kept me up to date on the process and everything. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
Honda Service department was a pleasure to work with because of great communication, attitude, and professionalism of Paul. My car was in the shop for two weeks getting extensive repairs done and Paul was a very effective communicator the entire time. It was a pleasure to do business with them because of him.

After they held my car for 3 weeks when buying out my lease they claimed I needed a pretty hefty repair to pass inspection, when I picked my car up I found the receipt saying my car passed inspection almost 2 weeks before they claimed it wouldn’t be able to.

For anyone considering buying a Honda or Nissan;Beware Peters Honda/Nissan in Nashua. We bought a car there early in December, and my wife was talked into an extended 3rd party warranty. She was told that she could cancel and get a full refund, provided she did it a certain way, which she did. After many promises to refund the money, and many unanswered calls to Peters, she had to go down there today and spend an hour to get a refund check. During that hour, it sounds suspiciously like they tried to confuse her with math into thinking shed already gotten a refund. In addition, she found out that they never actually issued her the policy shed bought. This was very nearly 5 months ago. In the meantime, wed been paying for this, as it was wrapped up in the loan.They are only getting 2 stars because the sales guy was good. He did a good job hooking her up with the car she wanted. The whole rest of the Peters experience was awful. In my opinion, they also did something there that is illegal, in that they took the money and never provided the product.

We got a great deal as first time car buyers. However everyone we spoke to in the process of financing the car forgot to mention the finance charge. The only reason we were notified of it was because the finance company we bought the car with notified us of the error. When we reached out to Joe we received no response
2017 Acura RD X never did a full service to see if everything was in order and my transmission fail and software need update. pay $850 in Acura Dealer. This sales manager Tom Pare hes was no very friendly and professional he didnt care about anything try to get away from this manager.how would describe my experience with this dealer preferred to have better Covid-19.

Excellent experience from the very beginning. Online help was exceptional - Maura went out of her way to connect and answer questions before I even got to the dealership. Salesman Eric was outstanding when I arrived. He was incredibly patient while I tried to decide between an Accord and a CR-V. Ultimately went with the CR-V - Eric stayed way beyond his shift to make sure I had everything I needed. I was very impressed all around. No pressure - courteous - helpful - not my usual car dealer experience. I will be returning in the future and encouraging my family and friends to check them out.

Horrible experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Got charged $1,000 to repair a known, undisputed manufacturers defect. Neither Honda nor Peters stood by their product. Peters? Never again.Follow up: Peters reached out to tell me they’ve convinced Honda to pay an additional $280. And while I appreciate the effort, it still leaves me owing $720 for which I should have owed $0. Again, this is to repair an UNDISPUTED manufacturer’s defect. Honda should have covered the whole repair. But Honda didn’t sell me the car, Peters did. And they should have covered the balance.
I really waited until the last minute to trade my lease in, and then had to do this during a pandemic. Anthony & Matt were so helpful and friendly, there was zero pressure to get into something that was out of my budget. They worked with me, and were very patient when I changed my mind on the model I wanted right before coming in to pick the car up. Anthony was very straight forward, he never sugar coated or made promises he couldnt keep. This is the first time Ive leased a car at another dealership, I previously used Commonwealth Honda, and theyre pretty good as well, but they are way too far away for me now because I live in Manchester. The whole process was super quick, I had a new car in two days (If things werent crazy because of the virus I am sure they would have let me drive off same day) This was the most painless experience I have had while buying/leasing a car, I will be returning to Peters for my and my fiances next vehicles. My first oil change on my 2019 Honda Accord Sport was on the house since I purchase it brand new from Peters Honda of Nashua. Along with limited lifetime warranty and 7 year extended warranty I think I made a great purchase for a long time. The service center is excellent with fast wifi, free snacks, and prompt oil change.
