So rude. Customer service is terrible and they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Don’t recommend.

Went into Pac Sun & was helped by Cheyanne. Amazing employee she helped me find everything I was looking for in all the right sizes. Love this girl! i’d definitely shop there again.

They need a better variety of clothing for girls that are not a size 1. Not all girls can wear or want to wear half shirts and crop sweaters! Almost all their tops are short. They need more regular length tops and t-shirts for all size girls

Extremely poor customer service from employee cheyanne who approached my son and said what are you taking a picture of. He said Im not Im texting. I thought that was odd but didnt say anything. A little while later I asked for a price check on a sweatshirt. She literally looked at the tag and told me the price. I said I could of done that, I wanted to know if it was on sale. I walked away and I could hear her talking about me to the other cashier. I went back to the counter and asked if there was a problem because you first approached my son about using his phone and then was super annoyed I asked for a price check. She said we dont allow customers to take pictures of our clothes or employees because they have famous people who work there. I must of missed where its posted you cant take pics in this store. But this employee should be ashamed of herself for how rude and unprofessional she is. She should find a different career path because customer service is not for her.

Bought a couple of brandy Melville items from this location. When I got home I noticed the belt I bought was not in my bag but I had payed for it. I called and got the manager and he was very rude and unapologetic especially bc this mall is a half hour drive away from me.

I walked in and was texting people and the worker named Shyanne comes over saying what are you taking pictures of? And I say nothing. So then my mom asks for a price on a shirt and the worker just reads the tag and then starts talking about her with her other co-worker.
