The people you have working there are so friendly and easy going. They took the time to answer every question I asked and explained things to me if there was something I didn’t understand. I would definitely recommend this storage facility and if I ever need a storage unit I will definitely come back to this one.

Its a nice place to manager is a good guy Fair kind helpful though the hours of it closing at 7:00 trying to stinks a lot of people dont even get home and get settled in by that time you know I think they should you know do some kind of access where I dont know we get keys or or I dont know maybe they need it storage unit around here thats open 24 hours for us late night people

I only helped a friend move some stuff but the place seemed very clean and dry. It was easy to get around inside with freight elevators wide hallways. They had carts for us to use so we didnt have to carry anything.

My experience with extra space storage one every time I call they are very polite they answered all my questions too I like that the place was heated in the winter and acid in the summer one thing that I did not like about extra space storage is that I hadnt even been there a whole year I havent even been there 6 months think it was a total of 3 months maybe four and they had gone up on my storage unit a significant amount but it stayed at that for about 2 years and then they just went up recently again and Ive been with them for 3 years they even called me one time to tell me that there was a water leak where my extra storage was and they asked me to go check it make sure theres no water damage and if there was to let them know Ive never had a problem with them I just didnt like the fact that they went up on my unit in 4 months and I went from like 40 something to 73 so yeah thats a significant amount to go up but other than that they were real friendly very nice people I like that I could get in and out of my extra space storage whenever I needed to.....

I worked with Steven, the Store Manager at the Nashua, New Hampshire location. He responded to my online reservation early the next day and was very personable. Through thoughtful questions, Steven was able to help choose the correct storage unit size for my items. He was thorough when explaining me the various costs and worked to help secure the best price over the length of my expected stay. A plus side to storing my items at Extra Space Storage is the month-to-month leases. Once your rental is confirmed, you get stay as long as needed, as long as the rent is paid each month. This allows for flexibility in long-term plans. Im happy to be storing my items at Extra Space Storage Nashua and would recommend them to friends and family.

Steven was extremely friendly and helpful while we navigated our move. But... It is an old warehouse type building with maze like corridors and a freight elevator with heavy doors. Im on the seventh floor and its rather toasty up there. Might be adventageous to see where your unit will be before booking one.

Steven was truly the reason I even purchased the unit. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. I didn’t even have any questions or concerns after the walk through. He made sure to explain everything carefully and then also checked to see if my code was fully operational after getting me set up. I used that storage my first time as if I’ve been there for 10 years. It’s convenient. Extraspace Storage is 10/10.

It takes some muscle to manually open and close the “warehouse style” elevator.If someone doesn’t bother to close the door when it’s on another floor, no one can use it.My $60/month rent increase prompted me to seriously start cleaning the unit out.6/1/21 RE: my unit at 1 Chestnut St, Nashua, NHStill havent heard back from anyone.This number got me to a customer service rep who said someone would be getting right back to me.

Rented a unit online when the office was closed and I was still able to get into the unit within an hour. The units are clean and easy to access. On my move out day the loading door didn’t open as someone had played with it. The gentleman in the office came out and fixed it immediately. He had a smile on his face and was very nice and didn’t act like I was an inconvenience. This is the second time I needed a storage unit and have used extra space storage both times. I will come back and rent here if I ever need a unit again

The rental process was fast and efficient! Steve was super helpful. He had all the answers to my questions at his fingertips and made the process super easy.

Went to our storage unit today. The help was very good today. I do have one problem. When you are in your unit and trying to look through your belongings the lights go out after awhile. Now you have to walk back to the motion sensor and trip it for them to come back on. Kinda a pain but it’s a nice place!

Super easy experience! Was contacted via text and Email welcoming me. Customer service is quick to reply and employees are very helpful/friendly. Signed all my paperwork online and processed everything at home. The website was easy to understand and quick to process my rental. Was given a complimentary lock which is extremely helpful.My only issues being there are no instructions posted on the elevator and I had to ask another customer who was moving some boxes in to help me operate it(office was closed). Also maybe a PDF of the map to download would be helpful as well. The map on website was difficult to view on my phone.Otherwise a very satisfied customer! Thanks for the excellent experience so far!

I would give more stars if I could. Saturday morning I find myself in an emergency where I have nowhere to put my stuff and I’m low on cash at that! My stuff needed to be out my Monday the latest I call this place and speak with a man named Steven. Honestly I don’t write reviews unless they are deserving it’s rare u find an employee that commuted and polite and uplifting u got my storage room that day up front 35 bucks out of pocket first month free. The storage is a secure sight as well couldn’t be happier keep going above and beyond Steven . Hard work and dedication pay off! Thanks for ur help I’ll be moving my stuff in ASAP

I have used extra space storage off and on for years and have had a great experience with them. The people are amazing and helpful. I will miss Wendy she was amazing with a great personality. The new guy seems great and really helpful.

Great facility it kept all of my belongings dry And safe. It wasnt the cheapest place. And the access hours were a little limited, especially on Weekends when I have time to move.It was also a little expensive. But worth it. I think I would use them again in the future if I need to.

4/5 ONLY due to the discoverability of the facility(in the middle of a traffic circle) and no outdoor units(what I was expecting). OTHER THAN THAT, facility is clean, easy to navigate, secure and safe. Staff is friendly, knowledgable and will work with you on what you need.

The man working Saturday, 1/30/21 between 11-3 was incredibly helpful. The first unit I reserved was too small but he helped us find the right place.

Horrible customer service! The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful at all and then hung up on me. I booked the unit online and wasn’t informed that the unit isn’t accessible after 7pm until AFTER I had already paid and confirmed everything. I called to see if there was anything I could do because I wasn’t going to be available to drop off my things until after the place closed and the woman I spoke to said “that’s no problem! Just call in the morning and explain it to them and they will be able to help you out!” Never the less I call and was very unpleasantly told “there’s nothing I can do!! I’m SORRY our hours aren’t conducive to YOUR schedule!”...

Last 4 month been a problem with online payment. Each month I was charge over and over yet never credit to my account. Then I need call store make a payment on top that took extra 8 days for the charge to come off my account. Online need be fix happen every month.

Manager very curtious and thorough with getting me into my unit

Wendy was efficient and very nice, explaining to me about how the storage rules work and how to operate the freight elevator, etc. I walked in as she was on her way to do an errand on a Friday afternoon but she immediately stopped to answer my questions and to create an account for me. This past Sunday (7/5), after having brought things to my storage area, I noticed that there was an empty car parked very close to the bay that was in the shade. The location of this parked car inhibited anyone from parking along the side of the building to transfer from a vehicle to the bay. I think that there should be a sign at both bays, telling customers that once they have unloaded their goods, that they need to move their cars into the parking lot to allow for other customers to use the bays. So far, everything has been fine. Thank you.

We have stored our belongings there for 18 months and we are looking to move to another place. The prices have gone up several times in just that short time and there is no contract to guarantee it wont continue. We have called the office several times on different occasions with no call back. The access hours to the storage units is too limiting on weekends. There is only one elevator that is old and cumbersome to use and is often in use by the many businesses in the building. It is a huge hassle to move but its just not convenient and service oriented.

This storage facility in Nashua has the most impeccable customer service I have ever experienced. The manager is extremely attentive and professional. The place is always organized and pristinely kept. I have always been treated with extraordinary courtesy. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. It is one of the highest quality locations or any other storage establishments. This is especially important when you are entrusting a facility with your personal property. The experience has and continues to be immeasurable and invaluable.

I helped a friend move things out of here. If you have plenty of time its a nice place. Theres plenty of storage, Im assuming a reasonable price and I have no reason to think youre items wouldnt be safe. Staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately using the facility was ridiculously difficult on a busy day. Items do not come at ground level and must be loaded/unloaded at a dock. There are only two docks. Storage units are on multiple floors that require the use of an elevator for large items so good luck if there are multiple people needing to use the one available elevator. It took an hour just to get access to the one dock we could back up to. If you have plenty of time, its a nice place. If time is a precious commodity, then you can gamble on it being a slow day or continue looking for a facility with better access..

Had my bike stored through the winter with no issues. Was easy to get to my unit and never had problems. Definitely using again next year

My first time ever renting a storage unit so I didn’t know what to expect. But what I found was an excellent facility that was clean and brightly lit. Wendy walked me through the process with a tour and an excellent explanation of how everything works. She is very pleasant to deal with. I feel like I made a great choice.

We have had our things stored here for years. Since starting there, they have increased their fees a number of times. This year, our notecard that just arrived stated it is increasing $30/mo. Really? Ridiculous! So much for customer loyalty.

I had a difficult time settling on a storage facility as there are so many, but after visiting this one in person I knew I found the right one. Ross was possibly the most helpful customer service rep I have ever met. He walked me through the enormous facility, showed me the the various unit sizes and payment options, laid out all the insurance plans and accessories they have on site (locks, boxes, bubble wrap etc) and ran through the whole routine of the loading process.The monthly prices are unbeatable and the first month is free. Super happy we found this place!

I had been in 3 different units over time due need for more space and always Wendy whom is the site manager always looked for the best rates on the units to try and save me some money. I had to be complicated with a few things and Wendy always worked with me. When I was doing my move out to bring my things to my new house she gave be a extended time frame due to I believe the a holiday and there was a door that was broken so we were delayed. Its safe, clean and affordable and I know that no matter what my valuables are safe and sound in my little unit. The manager there Taylor, works really hard to make it a safe, clean and healthy environment and she goes out of her way to make sure every renter is happy. Good job Taylor! I had an overdue balance and my unit was up for auction and I came in after having a tough time trying to come up with the money but I finally did it and Wendy was such a big help with everything and really worked with me to get everything situated. She also had called me about a month or two ago because there was a leak near my unit and she just wanted to make sure my stuff wasn’t ruined and it wasn’t. She’s always been a great help and I will continue to use extra space storage as my storage facility.

I have used Extra Space in CA and in NH over the last 10 years. I am happy with Extra Space in general and with the Nashua location in particular.The new manager, Wendy, at the 1 Chestnut Street Nashua building is responsive, caring and ready to improve anything she can.The rental space itself is very well maintained. The freight elevator to the upper floors takes some getting used to but is a huge advantage when moving items in and out of the storage unit. The wheelie carts and palette moving equipment (free to borrow) saves so many trips up and down to the parking lot.Personally, I always enjoy the view of Nashua from the upper floors, looking out the windows, even though it is a fleeting moment, it makes the experience unique, more than just being inside a repurposed New England mill building.

Wendy was very accommodating and friendly while explaining the whole process of renting a unit with her. Happy to have found this place.

I am in the process of moving to Florida and have several sentimental items that I cannot take with meright away . I looked online and found a few reasonable rates . I thought I would go and check out a few places before making a commitment to store my very important things. I met with a very nice girl (Tailor) She was very welcoming and answered all my questions without hesitation, even took me on a tour. Also, gave me tips on how to box items for storage and transport later on . I think I will be happy with my decision to use Extra Space. I trust my items are in good hands . I will suggest anyone using long/or short term storage to go to Extra Space
