Life Storage on Spit Brook Road is a great storage place. I have never had a negative experience. Some of the many positive things that are important to me is the excellent customer service, and the facility is always clean and well lit.Darlene is absolutely a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and professional at all times. The majority of the time she answers the phone right away. Whenever I do leave a message she will return my call within minutes.When I go to the facility, there is usually other people there. Im proud to say the other tenants are great also. They would always ask if I need assistance and help put boxes in my car.I would recommend them to anybody.

Highly Recommend! Weve been using them for many years now and have always had great service. Even though we have now moved a distance away, we keep our storage unit here because I know my stuff is safe. The buildings are clean, dry, well lit and very well maintained and secured. Darlene went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our problem finding a facility that had space for our cargo trailer after our cross country move. She called multiple other places to try to get us taken care of, as she didnt have a space for us. She was so amazing and supportive during a stressful time for us. I would highly recommend them and would have liked to do business with her if we were able.

Tammi and Darlene really make you feel welcome here and are absolutely accomodating. We had a storage locker for 7 years and didnt have one problem. When it was time to move out, we were reluctant to because the place was so great. If you are considering renting a storage space, then look no further than here, because its truly the best!

It was the professionalism and kindness of Heather that made me decide to rent at Uncle Bobs. She and Keith have both provided excellent customer service. The facility is dry and clean. I rented space here for about a year. The experience was excellent across the board. The property was clean, well lighted, and well maintained. The staff (led by the manager Keith) were always friendly and helpful. A bonus: when you open your storage space, Uncle Bobs offers a free days use of their cargo truck. Highly recommended!

I have nothing bad to say about the customer service the front desk person was very nice. But I did not see anything about storage of guns and ammo on the companys web site. I drove all the way from the Boston area to store guns and ammo due to a trip to Europe in one week and was turned away.

Facility was nice, as well as Juan was helpful to me. Only bad experience I had was when I was moving out, I didnt expect the lip of building door to not be leveled or atleast cemented at a slant. So the cart teetered and my bureau drawers smashed on corners and broke 2 of the drawers.
