I waited all day(Sunday) to call this office and speak to a real person at opening time Monday morning. When my call was answered, I was put on hold for 7 minutes and there was nothing short of going there that I could do about it. The employee was polite and likely multitasking, but if FedEx actually delivered my package on time like they were supposed to, I would not have had to call and the employee would have one less customer in the queue. This is NOT the first time FedEx has let me down as a package recipient and sadly probably wont be the last.
I’ve shipped here consistently for years. As of late, including right now as I type this - Fedex has staffed ONE person to cover shipping, printing, signs and graphics aka THE WHOLE STORE. Ive been waiting 20 minutes to pick up a HAL package. Generally im happy w Fedex but their understaffing is wasting their customers time. I feel bad for the woman juggling everything too.
This is my third time, dropping a prepaid FedEx package this location, and it’s ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME RUDE ATTITUDE.Management should take notice and action.I h e thick skin, but don’t like being spoken to, like I should be so happy that They actually do a mediocre job.REALLY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THIS LOCATION.

I recommend going anywhere but fedex kinkos for your printing and shipping needs. I honestly don’t have anything good to say about this place, I’ve never had a good experience and they treat their employees like never cared about them, I’ll never give my business to a place where they treat their employees horribly. There’s plenty of UPS stores and staples around that can do everything fedex can and more!!
Worst customer service & support I’ve experienced at any FedEx/Kinkos or Staples ever. Dropped off a sign design via thumb drive. I saved the design in 3 different formats for their ease of printing. Was told it would be ready in 24hrs.1) Was not printed correctly. The employee printing it should have noticed it printed all the orange in the design as canary yellow & either tried to reprint after fixing whatever computer/printer problem there was, or called me to say there was an issue & not to drive in to pick it up b/c it wouldn’t be ready.2) when I came in to pick up my order there was an older lady trying to pick up a print order she had placed. It was not correct either. Thinking it may have been an issue with poor lighting on her camera, I spoke up and said if she knows anyone with photoshop, her problem could be fixed in minutes. She told me her camera was fine & that it was the way their printer was printing it & that this was her 3rd time coming in trying to fix the issue. The counter staff was just ignoring her!3) the woman who waited on me when I said my sign had not printed correctly said she couldn’t help, but to come back the next day & the person on duty would be able to help me b/c they were more familiar with the printer’s calibration or whatever other problem causing my sign to print incorrectly. I go in for my 3rd trip to this store & spoke to Helen. She couldn’t have been more bothered by my issue. Total lack of effort to try & help. At one point, she actually said, “Well I don’t know what you want me to do about it...” ARE YOU KIDDING ME???This is not customer service at all. I have used other FedEx/Kinkos stores and they were great to work with. This location’s ability to do their job, even at a mediocre level, is non-existent.
Im not sure if this review will make any difference-as apparently the training at this location is not in customer service. Incredibly rude. When I asked about shipping boxes sizes- I was greeted with a snarky response. When I asked to see one, I literally got a nasty look, a sigh and then a response of “I’m not putting it together for you!” Go to a different location!
Had a good experience here today. I got some printing done. A ream of black and white for $52.50. Got a quote for color, which was $252.00. Helen was excellent and took good care of me. (Edited to add) The proof for the printing was correct. However, I didnt check the final product. It was missing the QR code for my project, so my returns were not as good as anticipated. Caveat emptor. Check the final product to make sure it matches the proof.
FEDEX is the worst and this location is just an extension of FEDEX. Needed something shipped to Canada by a certain date, the guaranteed it would be there. Turns out, it wasnt and now i need to pay to have it shipped back. Perfect. This is going to cost me 3x what UPS wouldve charged me and they wouldve just gotten it there.
I just called to inquire about packing services for three care packages for troops in the middle east. The person was not helpful at all, and showed absolutely no interest in helping look for other ways to ship and save money, since much of this is out of pocket. I knew I should have stuck to UPS.

Drivers are too incompetent to read letters. Address letter clear as day on door and still packages keep being delivered to the wrong address. Requested that fedex no longer delivers packages!
FedEx lists this as a drop off location. When I called they didn’t seem to know anything about it and were very dismissive.
Fedex is by far the worse shipping company out there. I hate it when I order something online and the company sends it fedex, I wish there was always an option to pick the shipping company because I would never pick fedex. But I do keep a list of companies that I order from that uses Fedex, and never order from them again. My most recent disappointment with fedex is my package has been sitting 60 miles from me since Saturday morning, I understand shipping companies are closed on Sundays, but my package could have been easily delivered on Monday, but still no movement, so maybe Tuesday, well there was movement, but in the opposite direction, so now its further away on Tuesday, than it was on Saturday, sorry, but I dont understand that logic. Sad thing is, I ordered something late Saturday night, and it was delivered by UPS on Monday early afternoon. Thats with free shipping too, not expedited shipping, and it came from about 1500 miles away, and not the 60 miles that the package Im still waiting for fedex to deliver was Saturday morning.
Manager is snarky and gets aggressive if he has to create a label. Ive been to this location several times and its always the same rude behavior.
