Another fantastic stop at my favorite NH UPS Store. Thank you ladies for all you do.Sophia was fantastic! We did a little too much tax free shopping and had to mail some items home. She helped us pack things up and send them off. Thank you so much Sophia.

The state of NH has lifted mask mandates. The city of Nashua has lifted mask mandates. The country is opening back up. The CDC says open up but this UPS location has people standing in the freezing cold rain today because they apparently can’t move on with life. Very poor customer service today to say the least. Disappointment is a understatement.

Have dropped many parcels here, always friendly and capable service. Agents packed up items as well for me for amazon rtn shipment. Never had much of a wait, I find this UPS Store helpful and convenient!

Beware! Notary hours are only until Friday 4 pm in this location, and then not available until Monday.I gave them 3 stars because the young woman that informed me of this was very polite, but I wasted my time. Just put on Google the notary hours.

Called multiple times for information about getting something notarized. No one ever answered. Called another UPS store and they said oh yeah we dont answer the phone when were busy.

I needed to ship package to my son in California. I got to the Nashua store at 4:50 pm and found door locked. Thing is they advertise hours on Saturday OPEN TILL 5:00pm. I believe this is a franchise and is not representing UPS Company very well. Seeing the other reviews on Google it seems to be an acceptable practice to ownership of The franchise.

We have used the mailbox/mail forwarding service at this location for several years. I am always delighted by the level of customer service. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to questions and requests and great communication. I highly recommend this location.

It is never pleasing to write a poor review except to potentially save others from the hassle I have gone through in utilizing this store.I had a device sent back for warranty repairs and got insurance on the package. When it arrived at the service facility it was damaged. I was glad I had paid for the insurance and thinking that it would be a simple cut of a check and the I would pay for the repairs and be done and over with it.Well, over a month has gone by and I have not received any money from UPS for the repairs and the manufacture where the unit was sent for repairs is wanting to repair or send the device back.The issues with the delay is the store never reaches out to the customer. The state they need pictures. You forward them the pictures that you were provided and they never get back to you stating that they were received. . Then, they never follow up with the inspection to let you know the next step.If you have time to micro manage a store and keep them accountable to the services paid for, then use them. As for me my time and money is more valuable than this and will be seeking out another company to work with when shipping any items.

I’ve had these folks lack and ship several different things for me. Always pleasant, always good work. I can’t account for the negative reviews. Now, it IS true that they don’t answer their phone, which IS annoying and a practice they should seriously reconsider. But, aside from that small detail, I really like this place.

I needed to get documents notarized. Tried calling numerous times but no one ever answered. Drove to the store and told the woman and she was like sorry was on the phone for four hours. The person who does the notary service isnt here. Yeah, thank you for wasting my time and gas.

Weeks ago, I went their to drop of some packages, during the drop off, I was in the middle of a very important phone call. I unload the package from my vehicle myself with their cart, then pull in the stuff. Since I am on the phone I probably didnt move the package from the cart to their weight scalar fast enough. And this store has three employees standing their and watching me. The oldest lady rudely ask me to hang up my phone. I told them it is very important to me. And she told me its my responsibility to move the package myself. Come on!!! They have three people just standing there, and they simply do not want to help. They told me my packages are too heavy, thats simply wrong, they are very good at finding excuses, I can even handle the packages with one hand. In the middle of my phone call, they told me this is my last time that I can drop off. Actually she is absolute right about this. That is indeed my last time to drop off stuff to their store.They are so rude and do not even want to try to help you even they have enough man power and rather standing there and blame the customer. This is actually my first time experiencing this. I will never go back again. and Good luck on their business, Ill TWIST my finger for them!

Terrible service. They wanted 30.00 to overnight a letter. Could not guarantee delivery and I asked for return receipt and the attendant apparently did not know what I was talking about she had to call on someone else. Poorly trained.Then after making me wait there told me they could not do return receipt.No respect for client time!!!

Store locked door 30 min before closing, with no customers at counter. person inside would not answer door. Called on phone and would not pick up. Truck came to door to make pick and she would not let him in. If you drop off mail 23 Dec17 know your items did not get picked up. Hope store will give you all full refund.

Wonderful experience. I had to get a last minute document notarized and Lauri was sooooo helpful. Not only did she notarize my paper 10 minutes before closing but she did it with such a pleasant attitude. There was another staff member there but I didn’t get her name who was also very helpful. I will be back!!!

So, I mailed a package by UPS on Monday, as UPS doesnt close on Martin Luther King day.I paid for delivery to be Thursday.As of Thursday, UPS Tracking doesnt show my package. It shows a label was printed at 6:20pm on 1/16/17. Funny, my receipt shows I paid at 1:30pm and the store closed that day at 6:00.UPS Customer Service cant help. They told me to call the store. Which I have done three times. And left voicemail three times. And gotten ZERO response.So I returned in person on Friday.The UPS store employee first tried telling me they delivered the package. No, you didnt.Then she changed her story, saying they delivered to my house, instead. No. I just came from my house. You didnt.Then she said she talked to me about this yesterday. No. You didnt. In fact, no one called me back in answer to my voicemail.Then she said shed have to call UPS to check status. I said Id wait.Then she came back after calling UPS. Tells me the UPS delivery agent took the package out of the store, but never scanned it.So apparently an inquiry has been opened at UPS to try to find my missing package. It will take about eight business days for them to get back to me.$180 value. Zero accountability.Who believes that a store responsible for shipping packages would let one leave without it being scanned into the system?And when the delivery truck reached the central location and found they had an extra package, with appropriate labels and paid shipping, they didnt scan it then?Really?Livid.

Almost open into 6. The girl likes to close and lock up minutes early. Frustrated us and another customer while we watched her inside studiously ignoring knocks. Suggest she gets a new watch.

Due to the storm we are closed posted on the door. Seriously? 4 inches of wet snow and your closed? Your in New England, get over it or get out! Should have just gone to FedEx in the first place, just called and theyre open and not afraid on New England weather.

The girl working locked the door 2 minutes early. All I wanted to do was drop off a package that already had a label. I knocked and she completely ignored me. Im furious! Extremely rude. I wont come here again.

Whatever you do dont buy your materials to ship here the prices are outrageous. go to walmart and buy your supplies there. other than that their customer service is good and they have always greeted me when i came in.
