Spent alot of money on this product for my pregnant wife and I to get it home set it up and only works 4 xs before one side stops working. Called customer service and they said someone would call us before I left in the morning but no one did. Now my pregnant wife will be home for a week with a bed that one side of the foot position is stuck straight up. I would not pay 1 dollar for this or the customer service. If they dont send someone out to fix it Ill just be telling them to come pick it up.

In and out easy access

We have had this adjustable bed for almost a year. The bed is two twins put together for a king. We bought the bed and base at NFM. We returned the original mattress to NFM but kept the Adj Bed. Currently, we have a Sleep Number bed and love. However, the majority of times we want to sit up, the bed will not go up. It has to be reset and then it works again. This make no sense.I would like to replace the bed frame but the hassle would not be worth the time.
