I want to share the wonderful experience I had with buying n my new Nectar Mattress and Beauty Rest Adjustable Bed at Mattress King,. John was great to work with, he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with making my purchase and the customer service I received was extra special . He answered all of my questions and concerns and did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot, which I really liked. He even worked with me on the financing options and made sure that it was delivered on time and set up properly. I love my new mattress and glad I decided to buy it at Mattress King.

I bought a King size Sealy mattress. At first it was awesome. A year later it feels like we are each sleeping in a hole. It is supposed to have a 10 year warranty but I did the string test to show the dips and was told this was normal wear and tear. Stupid me also tore the tags off but I found a sticker with numbers on the bottom. I was told they would research to see if this was sufficient to return the mattress if one day it meets the criteria for return under the warranty. They never contacted me. I will never go to mattress king or buy a sealy mattress again. I will probably have to pay another $1000 somewhere else for a mattress. I am so disappointed in this purchase.

Never had an opportunity to shop for a mattress in person, so I called and ordered one over the phone. It was delivered on the day promised, and not at the very last minute either. It was brought in and set up very quickly, and they did an excellent job.

They had the smaller base that I wanted, they delivered it when they said they would, the price was right. Everyone I had dealings (Chuck, John, and delivery personnel) were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will do business with this company again!

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Last year my mother and I were shopping for mattress. Mr. Van Dijk was the salesman. My mother got sick, so we couldnt buy at that time. So this year we bought her a new mattress for her 98th birthday. Mr. Van Dikj was still there and he gave us the same offer as last year. I should have listened to suggestion about the boxsprings. We are short, so we needed the shorter boxsprings. I changed them. I wish now that I would have gotten the adjustable platform. I will definitely shop here with Mr. Van Dijk and Lee again when I have a need for a mattress.

We had a great experience with Debbie at Mattress King Thompson Lane location in Nashville. She was very knowledgeable and were thrilled with our purchase. The delivery guys were also very courteous and helpful. And with my back being so sore from my seamstress profession, they were very prompt with delivery. We would recommend them to anyone that needs a great deal on a great mattress set.

We bought a queen size bed which my wife took back and exchanged for a king with a pillow top. Within 2 years, we had two valleys where we slept. When we ask about an exchange, they told us first that the valleys were not deep enough. Then they said we had already done our exchange when we went to a king, even though we paid more money for the larger bed. Do not buy here.

We were so pleased with the service by John, the store manager. He was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the experience and love the beds.

I found a mattress for 30% less elsewhere... I really didnt think theyd stand by the low price guarantee (it sounds like such a gimmick...) But they did! Super fast delivery and high quality Simmons mattresses... Im sleeping happy now :)

Service is friendly but selection is outdated. Shipping costs wouldnt be a bargaining point if more memory foam options were available.
