I came here to get some carpet after a bad experience at Lowes. The selection was great and the people were very helpful and accommodating. We began the process and scheduled our room measurement. I will update this review after the whole thing is done, but Im happy so far

My wife and I visited four other flooring stores before finding Myers. There was no comparison. Myers and our sales guy Rene were head and shoulders above the rest in terms of communication, product quality, and pricing. Save yourself time and money - Myers makes sense!

Fantastic experience from selection to install. Hillary listened to our wish list, pulled all possible choices and explained the differences. Color samples arrived quickly and communications were prompt. She is excellent. Then, the scheduled installation took place efficiently and with quality. The installers were prompt and took care with our furniture and pains with our installation. They cleaned after the old carpet was removed and cleaned after the new carpet was installed. Myers listened and responded in every way. The cost was itemized and there were no hidden fees. This is what a quality business looks like.

I was looking for new flooring for our bedroom. They had a wide variety to choose from at various price points. Prices were competitive, quality is great, installation was quick and easy. The only gripe I have is one day when I arrived for my appointment with the woman helping me with selections, she was with someone else, and the gal at the front desk sent me back to the warehouse to look around to kill time. I walked back there and wasnt really sure why I was back there — I didnt know how to navigate the space and there wasnt anyone there to help me. All worked out though, and finished product is great.

My flooring is the Gems Carolina Coastal waterproof vinyl and it is beautiful. Great price and the installation was the best. Everything was on time and very professional .

Fabulous experience! Kate was very knowledgeable and told me many things about carpeting that another popular, local store had not. Brandon noted that because of a moisture problem, luxury vinyl flooring would be best for my home as opposed to carpeting or hardwood. Kate was great in helping me choose the vinyl flooring. Ill definitely go back to Myers for any future flooring needs.

Im so glad we decided to go with Myers for our carpet! Everyone we worked with here were professional, kind and helpful. Hilary was so great at understanding our needs and making sure we stayed within our budget. She was so helpful and met with us multiple times giving us her honest knowledgable opinion. We purchased a rug from them and returned to pick it up. It was ready on time. We worked with Sinclair to oick out our rub. OMG was he helpful. He knew the complete line from many (if not all) the mills and listened to what we wanted in color and use. NO presure.He spent a lot of time with us a d out final purchase was exactly what we wanted.

Excellent service from start to finish! We asked for a medium grade carpet which is what was suggested, no attempts to upsell. Careful measurements made of rooms to utilize carpet and not pay for unused carpet. Installers were great! Beat every other estimate we received by $2000. Great company and people!

Our interior design firm works with Myers regularly, and we couldnt be more happy with our relationship! They have a wide selection of carpets, rugs, and flooring. Our projects with them always go smoothly, from the selection process to installation, and our clients are pleased with the end results. We really appreciate everyone at Myers, especially Audra!

This is not a good store. The people are not reputable. Just dont shop here. Please read all of the negative reviews before giving them your money. It is my informed opinion that these people are just crooks. And, theyre tacky.

Some may complain about there Meyers Carpet Nashville experience, however I wont be one of them. Katye Manz, our salesperson, was friendly &n courteous, showedus where to look in the showroom and left us alone to decide. No high pressure. We ordered our wool carpet - - Katye checked fabric/pattern availability and assured us we would have within a week. Guess what? We ordered on Monday and received a call Friday that the carpet was in. Picked up the carpet & pad Saturday and we are happy as a clam.Excellent - - and thanks Kayte.

Bad customer service as associate totally mis quoted carpet. Then tried to sell us carpet at higher price.
