I ordered my 3D Heart Necklace on a Monday when told that my Necklace would be ready in 4 days which was perfect because this was a special graduation gift for my boyfriend who was struggling with the lost of his grandfather. Royce at the Opry Mills Kisok told me that it would be ready in 4 days until 4 days went by and my boyfriends graduation and I still have no product I texted him & i called him and he says that he’s waiting on his master cutter and then my mom called and he said their backed up from Mother’s Day !! the communication in the business is horrible !! If you knew you were backed up fromthe beginning you should have said something !! I hate inconsiderate people !! I will never buy from this place again !! I want my product or my money ASAP and I mean it !!

I received my very high quality 3D crystal today and I am blown away by the product. The staff member that helped me at the kiosk was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the design process and was able to design it exactly how I wanted it. They gave me a great deal and was cheaper then going through the website. It got shipped directly to my house in just 4 days after ordering it! I would order from this place again if I lived in Nashville. Highly recommended

I’m so upset right now, I purchased one of your product and I was told from Bryce that it would take only 4 days, I told him I needed for a graduation gift, he told me oh it will be back in time, now he’s telling me The Master Cutter is Behind and he still working on Mother’s Day purchases, I want a refund!!

Great product. I ordered 2 as gifts and they are so beautiful. The sales people really try to convince you to buy extra things but they were very friendly and helpful. I got the 3D versions and they are incredible! I couldn’t be happier. It looks great! Be sure to get the light stand too cause that’s what makes it really stand out!

We purchased 2 pieces from Thomas at Opry Mills Mall- and I can not put into words how absolutely perfect they were! Thomas was extremely helpful- did not try to upsale us- took his time with us in selecting the right pieces- and kept us informed of when our order would be in. What a nice young man! Wonderful Experience!!! I knew I wanted to buy one of these as a gift but was uncertain about the quality I would get buying online. They helped me pick the best size an even cleaned up and digitally enhanced my picture (taken on my cellphone) to make sure the final product looked great!! It arrived in less than a week and was even a better price than the next size down would have been online. I would reccomend using them to anyone.

The work looks great..... I order something on Wednesday they told me it be ready on Monday here it is now 7:57pm on Monday and i still do not have what i purchase. I spent over 150.00 Nd they tell me can give me 20.00 dollars for the inconvenience.... really!!! I won’t be back n they had a for sure customer in me ... dam what a shame.

Beware of this kiosk. I spent close to two hundred to order one of thier items. Still havent received it. I have called all numbers listed (either wrong numbers or no answer), sent emails, left voicemails, sent Facebook messages and no one has called me back.
