Ive been a customer for over fifteen years, and Ive always received great service. Phil has an excellent group of guys that makes sure all your Lawn care needs are taken care of. Im constantly asked whats the best equipment, and wheres the best place, and I always send them to Commercial Lawn Equipment.

Robbie went out of his way to get me what I wanted. I get a little research crazy on a major purchase like this working with several local dealers. Robbie was by far the most responsive and in the end when I had a day off and wanted to get a deal done he was the one. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional owner, he gave me an invoice for 2 mowers of 19,688, loaded the mower and ran my credit and I was approved. Had 7000 cash down and rest was fin. Told me that there is only a 2.75 finance fee. Gave me a set of blades for each mower free of charge. Than when it was time to pay he raised the price 160 dollars. So he really never gave me anything for free. He checked my credit only because I was buying based on the invoice he gave me. Now I have a hard inquiry on my card and he took down the mowers and wasted my time . Crocked will never go there again .he does not like Foreigner, seen him talk to people like they are his slaves today not his customers. Do not shop there go to Nashville lawn equipment they know how to treat everyone fairly ; plus they carry toro now which is basically an exmark .

I had requested a price and availability of some parts for my trimmer via email and recieved a quick invioce back with a total of $21.76 for the parts requested. I understand that quotes are not alway accurate beings I worked in parts and as a mechanic for 12 years at a local John Deere Dealership. I go in today to try and get the parts and as i ask for them I was, in a rude manner told Oh, we dont stock those parts and during the same conversation I am told thats a really old trimmer in a smart tone. So I nicely confirm that they dont stock the part and he says No, but he can order it! I respond thats Ok I will find one elsewhere. His response in a condescending tone well good luck with that and also says that one of the parts is $65 by itself.Little upset about the difference in price, not a big deal that it wasnt in stock, but the tone and attitude not only caused me to not order the parts, but also refuse to ever make a purchase with this business ever again! Attitude is everything.

Called em up, asked for a part, They said yea we have it, Said awesome Ill be in in the am to get it.. Drive all the way there.. And look at that dont have part, want ya to order it, ( which I would have done the other day) total waste of time .. Worst Exmark dealer Ive ever delt with ..

You know it was my first time, a very friendly Hispanic, but I was in the wrong place, then I went to the correct building, a very friendly huero, but the one who attended me complained more than my husband when I am in quarantine a little goatee lens rump, that he did not understand me when he spelled my name, and I like it hangs ... spelen spelen my name, and the son of the biscotela told me give me license or ID, just to buy a pinch..seed bag, I think more expensive In home depot but I do not change it, kindness and service, these little kids arrive and believe they are parrots, not mameyes in melons, I do not recommend it, old sangron🤬🤬🤬
