3 names of awesomeness: Von (store mgr.), Courtney, and Yeshi. I know tech and I know customer service so I’m critical, but fair. I visited this location for the first time to get help with my watch. I worked with Courtney initially who was awesome. She even gave me info on her personal experience with the watches and took her own off so that I could get a better feel for it! When she went on break, she told me The mgr. was aware of my situation and there to assist. Von came to me and was just as helpful and nice! A true pleasure to work with. I ended up making an expected purchase (well 2) as gifts!!Enter Yeshi. Ironically, I visited another location in the mall and a lady working there was also very kind. She later realized I had a Fossil bag and told me she worked there! Yeshi was helpful in that store and also had great tips for Fossil apparel as well.I told them I would be back. Great people, great spirits, and so helpful! I’d give 6 stars if I could!

My wife came in earlier today to have a watch of hers fixed. Though the service to the watch was good. She was objectified by two males during the time of 1600-1800 on 02/11/20. One man said loud enough my wife could hear This one has curves. While the other proceeded to reply But not in the back. My wife then felt like she had to stand there waiting for her watch to be repaired by the first individual. Completely humiliated and offended. We have reported the incident immediately to the manager on duty. She said she would take care of it. Im posting this because I expect something to be done about this situation if customer service is something you as a company value. If it were me they would be fired.

Great prices. Plenty of merchandise. Understaffed. Watches come with NO instruction manuals - problem if you purchase a smart watch.

Sure makes it rough when you call a place for HOURS back to back calls for product information an availability. An no one answers the phone . People really show up for a job an dont do anything 🙄 anymore 😕. Really sad

I was in Tennessee for a family funeral and I didnt realize i left my fossil smart watch charger in Florida. I called the store and explained my situation and they found an extra charger in the store and gave it to me at no charge. The staff was amazing and very kind.

Easiest warranty replacement that I have ever went through! Smartwatch charging ring came off and instead of having to send off to get it fixed, they just got me a brand new watch off the shelf and swapped it out for me. Very friendly and accommodating people.

I needed my Fossil smartwatch resized for my wrist. The staff was prompt, friendly and quickly took care of my request. Well worth the drive for service for your Fossil watch, I will definitely use this location again for help.

Have never bought a watch here. But, I have bought purses and wallets and a leather messenger bag here. I have never had problems with customer service at this store. Why is it called a watch store? They have more bags here than watches. I love fossil and some of my best have come from this store. The sale they have going on now is crazy. Im buying as much as i can.

I purchased a Fossil Q Explorist Gen 3 from Amazon only to have the speaker malfunction on me. I took it in to the Fossil store at Opry Mills just to ask them if they could see if I was doing something wrong or if it was indeed dead. The lady confirmed that the speaker was dead and, while I was prepared to return it to Amazon, she offered to replace it free of charge right there in the store. She even took some links out of the band so it fit properly. I told them that I didnt get the watch from them but she said it doesnt matter. Its a Fossil watch and they stand by their product and they want to make sure that I remain happy with their products.While talking some more with her I told her I had another older Fossil that needed a new battery and one of the digits no longer works on it. After describing the style of watch that it was she asked me to bring it in just so she could see it because it sounded like a watch that she was very interested in seeing. She also informed me that think watch has an 11 year warranty on it and they could get that digit repaired for $25. So Ill be bring that in very soon.I was impressed with their service and professionalism.

Went there today to replace the battery in my watch. The 2 employees at the counter said they werent doing batteries this weekend. I asked why and they said its Labor Day weekend and staffing. I was stunned. It was 10:30 a.m. and I was the only customer in the store. I drove all the way over there just to get a new battery and they didnt even care. Gave them 1 star but received calls from the district manager and store manager who were both very gracious and made things right with a new watch.

Bought a watch from there and the battery died while I was in a movie. The movie let out at 6:50 and mall closed at 7. By the time I got back to the store it was 7:02 and the doors were closed. A guy let me in and put a new battery in. Very nice of them.

Took my tan leather band watch in for a battery replacement. Watch was dropped and crystal screen was cracked. They offered to send the screen out to be replaced by Metro Services. Got back my watch and the band was extremely dirty. I called Metro Services to find out why the band was so dirty and requested a replacement. They sent me a fake leather band that looked like cheap alligator skin. I will never go to that store for anything except to buy something brand new.

I went in for a new battery and was given back a broken watch. Employee who changed the battery said she didnt do it. Um, well I gave it to you put together and you gave it back to me with a missing link so obviously you were responsible. Manager Zach stepped in and with two dumbfounded people looking at me and after stating that this was not OK, I was told that they could order a new link TOMORROW and could come back to the mall then to have them fix it or have the link shipped to me, and once again come back to the mall to have them put it on. Both would be inconveniences to me, of course. Zach then stated we could get just pick a new watch out so we began to do that when he magically found the link in the back where the employee had changed the battery. Good grief, Im planet earth have we met? With this being the only Fossil store in the area now, lets hope we can get some competent employees and managers at this location. Very dissatisfied with the form of customer service I received.

The customer service is crap. I just entered into the store to get a new watch. The display shelf was open and I was about to take a watch, the salesperson didnt allow to take a look at the watch.. If they wont allow customers to look at the watches and buy them why they are having a outlet store to sell watches.. Hated this store..
