My husband purchased what would be a fourth Louis handbag, within our family. It had to be ordered and sent from another location. We don’t hear anything for almost 3 weeks and then I get a phone call on Friday September 17th. Apparently, my bag had been in for a couple of days and no one called. That was late afternoon. On Monday, September 20th - I receive the following text :Hi Amy!Daniel at Louis Vuitton hereMy ops team just checked in with me and let me know that I can’t hold the bag any longer in the store. So let me know if you can pick it up this evening, otherwise I’ll have to return the charge to your cardNow, the bag is paid for. It’s a medium sized bag. Can’t be taking up much room. They aren’t missing a sale, it’s been paid for AND it’s been less than 72 hours since I was notified by that it was in.So, they are willing to lose a sale. Lose future business from a woman with 3 daughters. Folks, shop GUCCI, because Louis clearly doesn’t need your money.

Drove 660 miles round trip for a key pouch that customer service said was in stock yet when we get there, it wasn’t available. Store manager said that the item was not available and then proceeded to get in a full blown argument with the customer service rep over the inventory discrepancy. No apology, no suggestions for a replacement, just an awful attitude with zero empathy. You could get better customer service at McDonald’s than a Louis Vuitton store. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

Awful customer service at the Nashville location! Received a bag and wallet from my husband. Two weeks later went back to exchange it because there was a flap on the stitch that wouldnt even out. I also exchange a wallet for a larger one. They gave me trouble exchanging the bag because there was some kind of sparkles on the bag which was easy to dusted off.Eventually, the manager oked the exchange. The sales associate who helped us was KeturahShe was nice because obviously she wanted the sale. I felt rushed by her. She lied stating that....That particular (Nashville) store only allows you to return bags twice so I needed to make sure, I picked the right bag. She stressed me out so much!!Found a bag and wallet more expensive then the first one ones ($1500 more to be exactly) spend a total of $4750 plus my husbands $450 wallet.My husband made sure to ask Keturah to double check that the wallet fit in the bag and she said it did.Two days later when, I unboxed my bag and wallet i notice my wallet did not fit. I was so upset and disappointed. I called Keturah 4 times.4 consecutive days and not once did she return a call back. I realized she was not going to call me back she made her sell and thats all she cared about. I decided to directly callthe store but my called was redirected to customer service. I spoke to an agent name Magen who said i can exchange the purse as long as its within the 30 days along and with the receipt and obviously not used. I live 3 hours away from Nashville. I dont know what Im going to do now. I hate to go back and they give me problems.I would not recommend anyone to this particular

I was there today along with my daughters who planned this day for me as a mothers day gift. Upon are arrival into the store at the front door we was approached by a gentleman who never gave us his name. My daughter told him the name of the 3 purses she wanted me to see which one I wanted. He started telling us what they didnt have so we looked around and asked him could they order one and shop it to my house and he said it will be flagged as fraud. My daughter purchased her first purse from this store when she graduated from college. I was so disappointed with this store because my daughters was hurt by the treatment we got. I did find a purse I liked but refused to let them spend their money at this store.

Incompetent staff today. The “gentleman” assisting refused to acknowledge that the store is capable of doing a “send sale” to help secure the handbag I wanted to purchase. Also, staff unaware of the policy that you may not use a giftcard when calling customer care. Customer care stated this is becoming routine with the Nashville location and is absolutely unacceptable. I visited St Louis Vuitton store and did not have any luck finding a LV purse they were not very helpful. I visited the LV store in Nashville. The store was well stocked and was a much more enjoyable experience. Summer waited on me and she was awesome. I highly recommend Summer. She found me the perfect LV crossbody bag. It was such a fun and memorable experience! I highly recommend Louis Vuitton store in Nashville ❣️

Went in to by a purse. They had one on reserve for a client to look at later that day. They took it off the shelf as we were walking in a put it in the back. They said they could order us one but they wouldn’t even let my girlfriend look at the one in the back to make sure it would fit her properly. So we didn’t order. After driving 80 miles to come get it. So they lost out on a $2800 sale. It made no sense. It wasn’t sold they just put it back for someone to look at later in the day. We would taken it right now. Won’t be back. By the way we’ve probably spent 15-20 k in this store in the past. Not anymore.

We went in today and had a great experience with Amiya. I was looking to upgrade my daily tote and treat myself but didn’t know much about higher end items. But she was incredibly helpful and so sweet! The store also enforced masks covering your nose AND mouth. Really wonderful time and highly recommend for a welcoming but luxury brand experience. I am so disgusted with the louis vuitton store in Nashville and louis vuitton custoner service in general! I went to the nashville store to purchase the purse i wanted..after checking on line i was told it was available in nashville( I live 9 hours from nashville and was going to be in town) once in the store after waiting 45 minutes i was told they did not have it..but could order it for me and ship it to my home..again i live 9 hours away. Ok.so i ordered.. i was told 3 to 5 days..ok..in 4 days i receive an email saying my bag shipped. Hooray right! No .I called the number on the email and asked if i could get a tracking number. Since you have to be home to sign for it. I was told no..customer service COULD NOT HELP ME..I would have to contact the store i bought it from. IN PERSON! i explained i live 9 hours away .they are sorry but there is no way to contact the store directly..only in person! i called the mall in nashville to see if they had a direct number for the store in their mall..they did..good right? No..no one answers the phone..you leave messages that are never returned l. I want to cancel this order since i have no feeling that it is ever coming. I call customer service number again. I am told they cannot do that! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LOUIS VUITTON. .i am out 1300.00..no purse..no trackingAnd worse yet NO ONE AT LOUIS VUITYON CARES .HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was my first visit to Louis Vuitton Nashville and the experience was a pleasant one. My SA was patient and pulled out all the varieties of the wallet I was interested in buying. I appreciated his efforts. Its only been 2 days but so far I am happy with my purchase. I will say that online items appear to be in stock but in store they are not so be mindful of this if you have a distance to drive to get to this store.

This store leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service!! I have been in a couple of times over the past year and it is very hard to get anyone to help you when you walk in or within 30 minutes or so. So much so, that the last time I wanted to purchase a bag I went on the website and did ship to store, which according to the website takes 24 hours and was delivered to the store within the allotted time. Apparently that was even too much work for the employees here. Opening a box can take 3-4 days according to what I was told. Will definitely stick to shopping online or just drive to Atlanta next time. Thanks for nothing.

Worst customer service, very unprofessional; their all about your money. I purchased a bag from here, took it home and noticed a tiny scratch on the handle. I took it to the store two times until they finally agreed to replace the handle because i didnt carry it for it to get the scratch. they took the bag, box, and the cloth it comes in, and my receipt.. when i went to go pick it up they gave me the bag by itself. When i asked for my cloth, box, and receipt, they got in an attitude, as if i purchased the bag by itself. So they unprofessionally threw my brand new purse in a box without putting it in the cloth first. I asked for the cloth, they went to get me a used one a just threw it at me, and until now i never got my original receipt back, from when i purchased the purse. They kept coming up with excuses and how they never take the receipt or box or anything for repairers. Once they get your money thats it they dont care about anything else.

We went into LV to look at the men’s jewelry for my boyfriends birthday and I ended up buying him a necklace. I had no plan whatsoever to buy a purse but Ernest was so kind and helpful that I decided to look at them. I ended up buying my first LV purse and I am so happy with the bag that I bought. Ernest created the best experience I have ever had at a higher end store. He was not pushy and spent a long time finding the perfect bag for my style and needs. If you go to this store you should seriously ask for Ernest! Even after we left he took the time to order other items from another store and ship them to us!

Went by store in green hills to pick up a couple of gifts just before Christmas. A young woman dressed in black, na.ed Jessica, I think, was reading her cell phone outside the door, as I reached to open the door, she barked NO! at me. There were 5 people in the store, she offered no explanation other than, a mumbled you have to wait, while she still focused her attention to her cell phone. Incredibly poor customer service. I expect more from Louis Vuitton.

So I went in this store a few days ago! I went in here for a specific item which they did not have. And Simply got ignored. I don’t what is wrong with the employees here at this location! They act so stuck up and act like they are better than everyone that walks into this damn place. They see me pick up items and looking at things. They didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. I would first like to start off by saying I am a business owner. I’m not saying I’m better than anyone else. But for these “paid commissions employees” to act like they are better than everyone else is just plan damn wrong. They act like they are getting paid $100.00 an hour. Anyways I didn’t want to deal with the negativity in there so I left. I called the store and it went to the main customer service line. I was trying to call to see if they had a specific briefcase that I wanted in store. So I wouldn’t have to waste my trip going down there. Since I’m already going to New York I could just get it in New York. But the person on the line said the store isn’t accepting any calls until January 15, 2018. Due to high call volumes and the holidays. First of all what high call volumes? They aren’t event accepting calls. And what holiday? The holidays are over with. And that damn store isn’t even BUSY at all. More like they are just plain LAZY. I wouldn’t even recommend this damn store just order online and pick it up and call it a day. This place is just full of RUDE ass staff!

We live in Caruthersville Missouri, and we drove around 3 and one half hours to carry a Louis Vuitton purse that the zipper broke we were very disappointed, when we waited around 30 minutes, and the first person,we talked to had to get the manager, and he agreed it was a Louis Vuitton purse, but instead of him making arrangements to get it fixed,, we felt he was rushing out of the store and he said, quote carry it to a shoe repair or leather store, so he advised us to get it fixed at a place that didnt deal with Lois Vuitton purses, in other words an amateur person, that tells me he didnt respect the purse, so I was going to buy my wife an expensive packback for Valentines weekend, I didnt feel appreciated as a customer, so it was purchased at Macys, my feeling is if Louis Vuitton is going to sell an expensive purse they should take care of it if the zipper breaks, We felt they were busy and didnt want to take down my wife,s information,, I am going to end with this statement, they are not very professional,if I could have given a half star, I would have given it, we were told ours was out of date, but they have one completely identical to ours on the Louis Vuitton site, he definitely doesnt know his merchandise, We would be glad to download pics to prove our statement, I didnt feel we needed to argue, I just thought social media was the best way to go,.

This is an expensive store, but the sales staff was very nice and a lady was there to buy her mom her 1st LV bag. That is what I call a real daughter giving thanks to her Mom on that special day which I cant say, because it might just give the surprise away. Who ever this lady is really has raised her daughter in away to giving back to a parent who has given so much that as children we could never repay what good a parent or parents have done for us in a lifetime. My wife originally purchased her purse from this store location a few years ago and the staff were polite and friendly. Four years later (this past May) we needed their help because her purse was stained by the dye of another retailers shirt and this is when the customer service matters and the five star rating applies.From management to every employee we spoke with they were all attentive, polite, and helpful and simply took the time to listen and help.To fully understand this story my wife was wearing a shirt from another retailer and the dye from the fabric stained her entire outfit including the purse. We went back and forth for months with the retailer we purchased the shirt about reimbursement and fought the unnamed clothing brand about being liable.Throughout this time the Louis Vuitton store offered to clean it and ship it free of charge. More importantly they listened and took the time to hear the story and understand the situation.Turns out the purse has now been properly repaired and is being shipped back to us now.The point of this review is after four years of an original purchase the Louis Vuitton staff offered the same attention and help as the day we purchased and that speaks volumes in this day and age.Louis Vuitton may be a capital purchase for many of us however its 100% justified by the quality of their product and most importantly the quality of their staff.Thanks to Rebecca, Wesley and all the management and staff for being helpful and patient!

Short story, there was minimal blue transfer on a light purse one day after purchase. Wife asked for exchange to brown purse. Staff was ready to do it. THEN, direct quote from manager. You can call customer service, to talk about your sorrows.It kind of makes me laugh in retrospect, but I would never shop at this particular store again. The manager was a mean person. This was 2015-2016. I have had good experiences elsewhere.

We went in on a busy Saturday. The store was crowded, but we only had to wait a few minutes. Chanel was super helpful and allowed me to look at a couple of bags I was interested in seeing. Once I got home, I opened the box, and there was a personal note inside, which only reinforced the positive experience we had in the store. Just know that when you purchase something from this location, and you need service after the sale, you cannot reach them by phone. Its a shame that after spending a couple thousand dollars, you get stuck with their support office and even they cannot reach the location to get a purse back from repair. We have called 3 times and they finally said theyd ship it to my house, but someone has to be there to sign for it. My wife took a day off from work just to get her purse, and it never showed and they couldnt provide a tracking number! We will NEVER purchase anything from Louis Vuitton again.

I have been in this boutique at Green Hills several times. Originally I was just browsing, I found a few bags I liked. The salesman never faltered when I said, This one, that one... can I see the first one again? Can I see the other one side by side?. My trips were all about the same. The sales associates would write down the names of the bags I liked along with the cost.One day, my husband came home with a big brown bag...... my first thought, what did you do? As it was no special occasion. It was a surprise he and my friend had worked on, just because.I carried that bag (Totally GM) for a year or so, then one of the 4 brass rings that held the handle broke. I took it to the store, they shipped it off for repair, explaining the process to me. Again, nothing but friendly service. I have 2 young daughters who browsed around, no one was bothered by them, they actually enjoyed them.I looked at a few more bags, did the same indecisive browsing. After dinner, I went back and purchased the Galleria, right at closing. Great customer service.My bag was repaired (free of charge, all 4 connections were replaced)..... we had been having a girls day, I was with my 3 and 4 year old daughters. .. who were exhausted, we had been having so much fun I Sephora, we lost track of time and were late to recital practice.Im assuming the ladies could see the exhaustion in all 3 of us, she offered my daughters a bottle of water and snacks (I think she knew I needed some help getting them back in the car at this point).Every time I have been in this store, everyone has been very friendly and never once rude. I want to also let you know, I probably dont look like a typical customer. I dont usually splurge on myself, I am more into comfort than fashion. I may have been wearing designer clothing from a boutique or maybe goodwill. I may have been wearing my target clothes and anything in between. My hair is typically pretty disheveled. ... but, not one time did I feel sized up walking in there. Not once did I feel anyone thought I was wasting their time (I wasnt going to purchase anything anyway ), I wasnt hurried at any time.Perhaps there is new staff, but you should give this boutique a try, I think its great.My visits were between summer 2012 and May 2016. Nothing but compliments to all associates, I have their names somewhere and thought I would recall them, but I cant at this time.

I had no expectation of visiting this store but due to an issue with my online order I had to make an impromptu 2.5 hour drive here for a Christmas gift. Surprisingly even though the store was super busy I was greeted and helped with seconds of me entering the store. The associate was super helpful. He found the item I was looking for, answered my questions about it and another item. Then, I was out of the store within 10 minutes for my 2.5 hour trip home. Thanks a lot, you saved me some big time trouble on Christmas. This store was a pleasure to deal with given the awful time I had with the online store.

Quality of service suck and it takes forever for them to answer the phone. Called today to speak with the manager and Violet said that he was busy with another customer. Said she would have him call me back and he never did. Way to go Kevin on your return call. Another dissatisfied customer.

Had a belt which I outgrew and gave it to my daughter. I purchased another one but after wearing it maybe 3 times I again lost weight and wanted to have a couple of extra hold put in it. The Louis Vuitton store in Nashville said they would not do it. They have replaced zippers and buckles on some of my other pieces but I do not understand why they would not do the belt holes. Now I have to take it to a shoe maker and hope they dont mess it up. DO NOT BUY A BELT FROM LOUIS VUITTON.

I was apprehensive about coming to this store because of the negative reviews. I’m glad I did! The staff was friendly and attentive. Lee was an acceptional saleswoman, manager Wesley was friendly. Even security, Jimmy, knew the products and engaged with me!
