The people are kind of rude and really slow. The woman named Ms. Smith is a nightmare and tried to make up fake policies. She told me I was required to wear a mask, which is untrue. The sign on the door says it’s recommended. Then she said she wouldn’t serve me at all even though I was just dropping off a package which takes 1 minute. Another worker wasn’t even wearing a mask (old black man). She was super rude and she’s been rude before. She was being rude to the customers ahead of me. Very curt and unfriendly.

The staff is very rude, and seem like they don’t care. They don’t pay attention to what you are asking them and are very frustrating to deal with. I usually go to the ups on West End because they always do a great job, but I had no choice but to use Fedex in this instance. I will be avoiding this location from now on and will tell others that I know to do the same

Mask mandate dropped well over a week ago the store trying to still enforce it but yet dont want to offer any masks. Just tells the customer to leave. Thats okay UPS is a better business anyways. This location was just convenient.

So unorganized!! They said my pkg would be delivered June 30th at the end of the day. Then it turned into July 1 at the end of the day. The came at 1:30p and nobody was home cause they said end of the day. I called and they had me on hold for 12 minutes and said it is being expedited July 1. Looked at my tracking and now it says expect delivery July 2 at 4:30. These people are a hot mess!!!

I went there to pick up my package. Twice this week tracking said my package was out for delivery then changed to it would be delivered the next day. When I picked up my package I asked if the computer had anything indicated that would help me understand why this happened. The person helped me just told me they were closed the previous week due to weather which I already knew. The person helping me was helpful in getting my package for me in a minimum of time.

I had a package being delivered to a car garage. Fed ex said invalid address. I put the address in on google maps. It comes up a car garage with a picture of the garage. the package has tape on it that says carparts.com in three different places. Fedex said they werent sure if right location cause the to name was just letters. somehow didnt have a name. Do you think you might go into the garage and ask? Common Sense Delayed 2 days, I had to pickup myself.

Been here since 08:30 hrs with no answers and no help at all. I don’t know why people deal with FedEx. I run a small business and I have more problems out of the service and delivery drivers than any other company. Please will everyone use UPS or USPS. They are promoted and respectful. This place is a nightmare. It is 09:25 when I am writing this post and there are seven people in lobby just as mad as I am.

Twice, the driver failed to find my house. Addressed correctly, driver is to lazy to drive the 1/4 mile up private road to drop packages. The first shipment driver noted dropped at front door. That was a lie. The vendor reshipped item and he again said he was unable to locate my house. Fed ex called and I asked them to hold package at main delivery location. They returned the package to vendor. Vendor is now reshipping via US mail. US Mail and UPS has no problem finding my house.

Terrible service. Attempted to delivery my package to WRONG location serval times. I had to finally get it myself. They kept telling me no one was here. We were here both times they said they came. I have cameras and a truck never showed either time...This location was supposed to call me back within an hour on several instances and never called ..ever. Grossly incompetent management from this location. Other FedEx locations around town have been great. Recommend using one of the others.

Never use FedEx. Never order from a company that uses FedEx. I paid for overnight shipping by 10:30 am. The first showed up at 5:30 pm and I had to sit around all day waiting for it. Here I am for the 2nd go around and they are late again. UPS and USPS are much better and have accurate tracking as well.

I do not for the life of me what is going on here. 3 times THIS MONTH my packages have been delivered to the WRONG homes, luckily the people were nice enough to bring them to my house (funny they had no problem finding my home). One package was worth over $400!I messaged fedex support via Twitter who assured me about a week ago they put a note on my account and the problem was fixed. Then tonight two rugs arrived at my door for a completely different address.... I don’t know who is handling the actual deliveries for the east Nashville area but this is unacceptable.

I would give less than zero stars if at all possible. Overnight letter to be shipped within the same CITY. Somehow, they cant figure out where it is!! Othwe than a local fedex facility why is there a tracking number then? These are medical records that are needed at the latest by today and I am getting the run around. Shame on you guys. Hope you can taste some of your own medicine and be at the end of the same unprofessionalism. Fedex better get ready to pay for the rebookimg of the travel fees.

TBDAll messed up.I still don have package that was to be delivered on 16 feb (2day delivery service). Today is 24 Feb 2021.I get an email and text message everyday since 20 feb that package will be delivered “today” by 8 pm and someone must be home to sign the package. It has been over a week to have a someone everyday for a week to receive this package. This is not even funny.Today, I physically drove 45 minutes to Fedex ship center to pick up the package but it was impossible to intercept the package. They keep saying it is on a truck for delivery today by 8 pm. Which again did not come.Delivery manager on the web sight says I could go to Fedex ship center after 5 pm to physically pick up the package but that does not make sense. Why? If package is on the truck for delivery by 8 pm how can i go there after 5 pm to claim the package that it on the truck for delivery?Fedex is clueless. They are not being honest. They don’t put any effort to help you how to get my package. I think they lost it or miss place my package and trying to gain time to find it.We will see if they will ever deliver this package. Let see what kind of excuse they will come up with.Whatever they put into computer is what they believe and nothing else they can or will or want to do. Lazy in there part. I had my refrigerated medicine shipped through FedEx. They never delivered just sent me an email saying there was nobody home to sign, when there was 2 people at my house waiting. and then to top it off they LIED to me saying they will turn around and deliver by 8pm. long frustrating story short they DID NOT, I literally had to leave work to go pick it up personally. these meds are my life. Im VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Very rude older white man at the counter, seemed mad before I even spoke to him..we explained the situation where we accidentally dropped a ups package in a fed ex drop box and was told by fed ex customer service rep that this fed ex location serviced our area but he just got more irritated and was throwing packages around under the counter while cussing to himself, said there was nothing he could do with a very rude attitude but honestly he never tried to help anyway. I left quietly which isnt in my nature so I say hes lucky...this happened on 7-1-2019 about 2: to 2:30 pm if fed ex cares to pull video footage and review it..I understand everyone has a bad day but when dealing with customers you should put them first...Woody & Sandra Taylor.

I took off work so that I may be present to sign for a package. I received an email alert stating that my package was unable to be delivered and that they will attempt to deliver tomorrow. My door was never knocked on or doorbell was ever rung. Instead, FEDEX driver was lazy and drove right off. What am I supposed to do? Wait outside my house? Unbelievably terrible service. Do not use FEDEX!

I paid to have a package overnighted to my home. I was home all day long. I received a message at 2:00 that stated the driver had attempted delivery at 11:25am. Again I was here all day. My boyfriend was in our driveway all day changing oil in our vehicles and preparing as we are leaving to go out of town. I called and spoke with someone who reassured me the driver would make a second attempt to deliver the package. That second attempt never happened. I called to speak with the manager of the branch who then informed me that he did not have any drivers and they would not be bringing me my package. I then cussed and said then give me my godd%@* money back for the overnight delivery charge. He hung up on me. I should not have cussed the man but I was very frustrated at this point. I do live far in the country. So I guess that is why the driver did not want to come this far out. But that is what I paid for and that is what I expected. I am beyond frustrated and i will never use FedEx again!

I went into the shop on 12/22 half an hour after opening, and it was packed. Some people were impatient and were taking their frustrations out on the staff. They handled it like champs! According to my tracking number my package was delivered. Then 11 minutes later my package was retrieved by the fedex man. Now how does this happen? I paid 30 dollars to have this package expedited because it was very important that i receive this package. Now is fedex gonna pay for the 30 dollars that I’m out because they decided to retrieve my package and further more.... of the mail was delivered to my residence on my porch... then how is it not a federal offense to take my mail back? I’m highly upset!

My package has been at this location for 4 days, it has been scheduled for delivery 2 days in a row and yet the driver has not made any attempt to deliver the package according to their own tracking report. This is dreadful service for which there is no excuse. FedEx is even less reliable than the USPS!

We ordered a phone for my son. They said they tried to deliver yesterday with a little sticky note which fell off the gate and into the rain water. they today when they delivered, my son was home but no one came to the door or blew the horn. I called and spoke with Sammy. He could have cared less that my package will more than likely go back to the company I purchased from because no one will be home tomorrow. I live an hour and a half form Nashville and they are only open 8-5. I will not be buying from anyone that uses FedEx Home Delivery. the old way worked. why change? should be able to leave no stars.

Big shout out and thank you to Stephanie Robinson. I was sent here by the Madison store since I was shipping a hoverboard (safety protocol for large battery items). This was a defective christmas/birthday gift for my 10 yr old twins. The Madison location didnt bother to tell me the Athens way location was closing soon. I got there 5 minutes AFTER closing. Despite their being closed, when stephanie let out her last customer she allowed me to drop off my item and made sure I had a receipt. Otherwise, I would have had to wait another 2 days to even ship it, and make a second long trip because I live 45 minutes away! And we cant get the replacement gift until this one is returned. I was so relieved. Thank you so much for your help!

I was not even receiving a package delivery, however I did get an entire FedEx Truck that drove through my yard, tore up my lawn, and stopped just short of smashing into my sons room at the front of the house! How does that even happen?! Im thinking this driver shouldnt even have a license, and probably needs to go back to training... he missed the part on how to use the brakes! I wont hold my breath waiting on them to fix my lawn.

Just one word -Avoid. For every reason delivery services, expedited delivery in 5 days, coordination, customer support. Better use USPS. Their top excuse would be weather issues and delayed flights, same old excuses. My package was so urgent expedited overnight shipped from Chicago, picked on Thursday 12:00 pm local time, sits entire 30 hrs at Memphis, TN and next day got returned as well to Nashville TN. There was no weather situation in Memphis that day- 11Feb 16. Customer care is never ready to take any responsibility, neither they sound regretful in anyway. Arrogance.

How was I supposed to know that my package was being delivered, especially when I didnt know what shipping the company, from which I bought, was using? FedEx is usually pretty good but the Home Delivery is terrible. I live in a rural part of Nashville and the real Fedex has no trouble finding me. Ive been here for 18 years. Ever since Home Delivery came around Ive had nothing but trouble. Yesterday they left a note stuck on my mailbox. I have a package that needs an adult signature. How can I sign when you dont make any effort to contact me? I called the 800 number and asked that they have the local call me. Ive been waiting around all day for that call. I will miss an apointment because of their incompetence. Im going to ask shippers to use USPS.

Scammers! Attempted deliver at 8:42 am and left at note to pick up after 5 pm! And when I went to the pick up location at 5:45pm no sign of package. Driver 2nd attempted at 5:37pm. You want me to pick the package after 5 and show at my door step at 5:37pm??? I didn’t even have a slip for 2nd attempt. If you need someone to sign it. Had a package delivered yesterday. The driver placed the item in the front fenced yard on the porch with my dog clearly running around. I would assume common sense would deter anyone from leaving a package laying on the porch with a dog running around, there was even a table that the package could have been laid on. The result was damaged items. Got a call from the local office and just got a Sorry for the Inconvenience and refused to accept any responsibility. Too many choices for this type of customer service.

OK, so had an OVERNIGHT EXPEDITED scenario, starting on a THURSDAY. Package was picked up 4 hours after call in, and spent. an entire 20 hours sitting in San Antonio Texas ( no weather issues in San Antonio), then package arrives at this facility(Nashville Tn) whereby is sits for an ADDITIONAL 24 hours and still has not budged!...Citing weather issues is unacceptable logistics. No weather issues in any of these places, and the final destination of Charlotte NC is clear skies as well.It is now SATURDAY, and no pkg. This has cost me financially, due to banking hours and failure to make deposit of EXPEDITED OVERNIGHT funds needed to complete a transaction, involving transportation for Senior Citizen now without funds and car, due to failure of FedEX to have contingency plans in effect for unforeseen circumstances, and a failure of the logistical managers to .have a backup plan. UNACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE service.

Terrible, terrible experience. I was home 2 of the 4 times the driver claims to have tried to deliver a package at my house that required a signature. Upon calling the office to see what the heck was going on using the slip from one of the packages they told me they would have someone call me back. After 2 days, no call so I call back the following Monday. They then told me I need to go pick up, but the facility is only open during business hours and closed on Mondays. This happens just about every time I get something fedex that requires a signature and I am fed up with the terrible customer service, long hold times to figure out where my package is, lack of follow through, and above all drivers saying they made delivery attempts that I am 100% sure they did not make.This has happened more than once... and I will not be ordering from people that send via fedex and require a signature anymore. With the heatwave we have had I am confident my package is spoiled now anyways.

I waited for a package that was on the truck for delivery by the end of the day from November 30th until December 5th. After calling several days in a row, I discovered that no one at this facility really cared if i got the package or if the package existed at all. I was told by one employee that she didnt have a clue when it would be delivered or if it was in the warehouse and made no attempt to find it. In my last effort to call and try to speak to someone of intelligence I finally spoke to Rashad who not only went into the warehouse and confirmed the package was there, he also delivered it the following day. I have tried repeatedly to contact his boss to make sure Rashads efforts did not go unnoticed but no one answers. Its people like Rashad that make FedEx or any company. I dont care how small you start or how large you become your comapany is only as good as the people that work for you. I own a business and know this first hand. I would not let wages or lack of opportunity cause Rashad to look elsewhere for a job FedEx, If not for him I would be using my efforts to express my dissatisfaction instead of my gratitude. My experience is that the delivery person was supposed to leave my husbands package at the door today (3/24/15). I specifically told our apartment people to tell them to leave the package at the door. They did not come back to do what they were told to do.You need to tell your delivery people that when the office refuses the packages even if the people arenot at home to leave it anyway.This is very disappointing for FedEx.

I subscribe to Blue Apron, a meal delivery service, that uses fedex to deliver meals to our front door. For the past two months these boxes are damaged on a weekly basis. I have even watched the delivery driver through the box of food 10 feet onto our front porch. Really?!
