Darrin took very good care of us and made sure we got everything we needed. I received the BEST service I have ever got from any phone company’s store. He is a credit to your network and I would highly recommend people come and visit the Natchitoches AT&T location anytime Darrin working it. Awesome experience. The gentlemen who helped me were both great guys. The manager is an awesome salesman. I come in for one phone and bought two. Not only that, I got $1150 off of the two phones I traded in due to current promotions. They even installed my screen cover, in which I never get right. Best AT&T store I have ever been to. 5 Stars
I went in for a simple activation which turned into a few “bumps in the road”. Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Bailey took care of everything. They were polite and assured me everything would be fixed before I walked out of the door. They even saved me money!!

Fantastic experience & service with everything from purchase of new phone to transferring of info from old phone to new phone. Representative was very helpful and passionate in his product and service.
This is the only store I will do business at. Super helpful and friendly. For someone who travels the state and deals with multiple stores this is by far the best one to deal with.

I recently moved my phone service to AT&T from cellular one and experienced what I have been told is a rare problem with two of the phones. The staff has worked with us for several hours a day for 3 days now to resolve the problem, not to mention many phone calls to tech support. The issue is finally resolved, thanks to the effort everyone here at this store has put in. The staff here has been extremely helpful from walking us through the setup of the new phones to fixing this problem. I have had phone service with several other phone providers in the area over the years and have never experienced this degree of help or customer service before.
Its always good to have a store that supports your phone network. The service has been always good and courteous; kinda a rarity these days.
Extremely toxic and cold environment. I felt like an inconvenience as soon as I walked through the door. I looked around at an empty store full of employees not doing anything, refusing to even look up from their smartphones - until Brandon came from the back with a bright smile and helpful attitude. If it were not for Brandons service and knowledge of the products, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Probably to Verizon.
This store and the workers are amazing but do NOT get their internet. Suddenlink has 400 Mbps for 30 dollars while AT&T has 25bps for 40 dollars. BTW make sure you check in on your bill to cause the customer service people dont do their jobs when you call in for the 4th time to lower your bill back down to where its suppose to be. But anyway love the store keep up the good work!
Brandon and Alicia were very helpful tonight we needed internet service setup for our house and they went above and beyond to make sure we got it!!! I highly recommend this store :)

This lady was very rude to me!i asked her if i still had warranty on my phone and she told me i didnt with out looking up anything and i told her that i remember being asked if i wanted to purchase it and she told me it was not possible for me since i was not on a plan and to take my phone somewhere else. i went to apple and i had warranty. she just did not want to help or look
