I love my local Aldi. Its of course an aldi, so the merchandise changes a little from week to week, but the staff is nice.
Good stuff good price. Fast service
I have to say that product and prices are great, not a big selection but pretty good, would give 5 stars for that. But the staff is rude, if you find anyone to help you, good luck getting anything out of them. Usually lines are big with only one rude cashier that throws your grocery unpacked in the cart.I usually buy in small amounts so if I forget my own bag I just hold it in my hand because I never have quarters on me to get a cart. Today the cashier put my things in the cart and I usually step aside with the cart to grab my things because they will yell at me if I take 10 seconds out of their time, and the cashier snapped at me because it was his cart not mine. Although who appered to be the manager was a very polite man, I would give 5 stars for products and prices, 0 star for customer service.
Typical aldi, they have a wider variety of produce as compared to some of their Midwest stores. Cheap prices and good selection.
Its good for some of our shopping needs
Not well stocked today. But good product and prices
I absolutely love the store especially for cheese variety and organics items/produce for much better prices. For people on low carb/keto, this store has a great items.
Convenient grocery store with ample parking. Goods are generally less expensive than others. They have some unique options similar to Trader Joes. Selection is limited but that is expected for the size.
Its not a place where most people would buy all their groceries, due to limited selection. But they have several good items at rock bottom prices. So its a good place to supplement your food shopping.
No sure how these stores survive. You can walk in hungry and walk out with absolutely nothing because there isnt much you can buy there. If you call it convenience store, than I would say its good. Also section with European sweets is good.
Clean, organized, easy to shop. The staff where kind and easy to talk to.
ALDI is cheap but maintains good quality of products.
Clean & spacious. Great produce. Unusual non-gtocery items with great prices. Love shopping there!
The prices are cheap theyve got lots of Deals tons of different things!
They are best of the good quality at good price I love it.
Has great collection of fresh veggies and other groceries with amazing prices! Staff is super effective and well maintained. No alcohol, less variety of candy & icecream. You need to have a quarter in hand to use their carts, although it’s refunded once you place the cart in its station.
Great place. Staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Prices are fantastic!
Go for the price but youll like the products
It was ok, if it wasnt for the price it would be a three star because there wasnt much variety (not a big store probably why)
Low prices and decent quality, but very limited selection. You have to bring your own bags and bag your own groceries. The store smells bad and is unattractive. Some vegetables come only in family size packs. If youre on a tight budget or in the shopping plaza on other business, its worth a try. Be sure to bring a quarter if youll need a shopping cart (youll get it back). Its not bad, but its just too inconvenient and unpleasant to rate higher than a 2.
Great prices, friendly staff.
Great produce and frozen foods
Very nasty staff. Avoid. The staff is very hard and not helpful.
Great new Aldi! If you are not familiar with the Aldi experience, you might be shocked by the selection of goods and the fact that you need to bring your own bags and use a quarter to access the carts. My first visit was very pleasant with an uncrowded store and wide, open, clean aisles. It carries all the usual Aldi brand goods and produce. As always, I walk out with many items for a low price!
Not crowded and very clean and neat.
Some shelves in disarray. Prices are creeping up.
I always loved Aldi. This one is brand new, always clean, well organized and the people are absolutely friendly, helpful and nice. I love all their chocolates! Seasonals are always good and fun to fun to discover, best Keto multiseed bread and many many other good things.
So excited to have an Aldi in the neighborhood! Thank you for coming to Natick! Love the lower costs and European selections.
Ive been a huge fan of Aldi for a while now and I was glad to see one nearby when I moved out to NE. The selection might be more limited in brands and specifics than most people might be used. Aldi makes up for it with quality products, prices, and produce sections that are generally better than what people might find at other grocery chains.
First visit to the new Aldi in Natick. The store seems much larger than other Aldis in Massachusetts. Even the shopping carts are bigger. The layout is familiar. The staff was polite and helpful. Ill be back.
Pretty bad experience, which was unexpected because I used to love Aldi! When i got there then there were multiple people (including myself and my boyfriend) who could not get the carts to come apart with the quarter. We asked a manager to help and she said to try pushing it in harder and that did not help. Luckily we ended up figuring it out (but after like 10 minutes!). There was nothing to clean the carts off with either. The store was pretty bare and when we walked around we noticed most of the fruits and veggies were moldy. We ended up finding a few good things and it somehow came out to over $80! I usually get my whole grocery list at Trader Joes for that price. Then just to top it off they said we were supposed to bring reusable bags and they didnt have any paper ones available, so we had to throw everything in my car with no bags. There were only 2 or 3 employees in the whole store too. Wish it was a better experience!
I’m thrilled to have an Aldi nearby. Say what you want about the chain, but they are consistent no matter where in the world you visit. The Aldi in Natick is the same as the ones I’ve been to in Spain as is the one in Germany as is the one in Sweden that I have been to. This is not an American grocery store. The produce is high-quality. The dairy, meats, and cheeses are all excellent and the selection of European sweets is amazing. It may not be what you’re used to, but something a little different isn’t a bad thing. While I am used to the idea of using a coin to release a cart from living in Europe, It is a pain to have to find a quarter. I have no idea when I last had a quarter anywhere handy. (Maybe the laundromat 25 years ago?)Overall, Aldi is a clean, efficient and a bit different grocery store. I’m glad they’re here!
Will not be visiting Aldi natick again. Would rate 0 if I could. Terrible experience. Plus they don’t have baskets for you to buy a few items at a time and you have to pay a quarter for a shopping cart. I understand you get the quarter back if you return the cart but I don’t have time to fiddle with “a shopping cart meter” when it’s cold/raining. Ugh I was so hopeful. Oh well I’ll continue to go to roche bros.
Has very good deals 👍
