I visit this store weekly and am always pleased with my experience there. I started coming to Wegmans when Stop&Shop in Natick went on strike. Wegmans is much cleaner than Stop&Shop, variety is wider, prices are reasonable. And last, but not least - they have a huge wine / beer / liquor section for adults capable of responsible alcohol consumption. Overall great store with plenty to offer. When I heard that a supermarket is moving into the Natick mall, I did not think it would work, but Wegmans made it work VERY well.

Huge grocery store with a restaurant and prepared foods section. You can order ahead online. Pricey, but, popular. I saw items not available at other grocery chains. Wegmans also carries its own brand name products. Has two levels and has an escalator that you can bring your 🛒 carriage on.

Came in happy, got out dissatisfied and disappointed. The staffs were not helpful or friendly. I rarely left a review or try to be hard on staffs at any place, but it’s been many times at food court’s staffs at this location. There was an issue with the check out register at food court and I waited for a few minutes for them to figure out, another few minutes for manger to come while I was really in a hurry to go to work and when he came in, there was apology. He didn’t say sorry or apologize for the issue while I was being calm and patient for my food to get paid. He ended up solving the issue by asking us to go to the grocery’s register since the register at cafe seating or food court didn’t work at that time.Another issue I had to say is the staffs at sandwich place. They were not trained well. I order three different times with the same order (chicken Pam). Every time I got the order was all different. First time, the sub came out right with choices of veggies I chose. Second time, the sub came out hot without any options of choosing veggie. Third time, same thing with second time, plus, no thank you, no choice for cheese and issue with check out.

What a cool store! Almost like a theme park. We explored the area of the prepared foods, and selected some delicious take home and heat treats. We visited the bakery and took home some delicious things for breakfast. So many selections of so many different items.I would recommend if you’ve never been you go and check it out. There is an in-store café you can eat at.And this may be the only grocery Store that I have been in that had an escalator for the cart!

I love Wegmans but I have a Rochester bias. This particular store is clean and never too crowded, at least when I am there. Good booze selection too.

Vanuatu who is supposed to stand at the self check and help customers with the registers and support opening up bags for them just stood there as my items in my arms fell one after the other to the floor while I was trying to open up a bag to put my items in them. I asked her how come you don’t open up bags and she said : YOU are responsible to open up the bags!!!! I wonder why they have employees like her in attendance at Wegman in Natick Mall?!!!!

Too many drums in the wing bar and tiny wings. But Jimmy on the front end it up for it with his guidance at the self-checkout

They charged my debit card $120.00 too much and tell me to come back tomorrow to have the manager fix the problem..Store is well kept and has an excellent variety. However, charging someone an additional $120.00 in this day and age isnt good. If I hadnt checked my receipt, I may of never known. So be careful when paying with debit or credit.

I am a current employee. This store has awesome managers that really care for you. Very professional. They know that people have lives outside of work which is why they dont push you to your breaking point. Wegmans has a great motto. If we treat our employees well they will treat our customers better. Makes sense. Pay is great and benefits greater. Managers are constantly asking if everything is ok and if you need anything. If you call out for any reason they dont pressure you or get angry because they truly understand that stuff happens.But before working here I was a customerMy daughter has allergies to wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nut, eggs, beef, dairy. This store has made it possible for me to find options to feed her. They have a huge gluten free section I call it the allergen section because they have everything. And most important not expensive. I can go shopping and not break the bank.The prepare food on the top floor is amazing. The bakery has so many options( I think that is why im a lil bit overweight) and produce is top notch.Honestly worth a trip. Did a mention a Burger Bar and pizza made on the spot for you.😛 Come in and see for yourself.....

Wow. First time at this store since it opened. What a place. I can only get Santo tequila at Wegmans. It is the best. We had an unbelievable rib eye from this location tonight too. Steak house quality.

Huge! Good prices for a store with such a good variety of products. The hot and/or ready made food can get expensive, but youre paying for it to be already put together. The alcohol selection in this store is great, and upstairs where the meat, bakery and produce products are always smells and looks so good.

Just had two fantastic shopping experiences at Wegman’s Natick. Both times the staff went above and beyond and the quality of the product was wonderful! The have made a customer out of me!

Natick Mall is yet another place we come often when driving a little further from our house. Wegmans specifically is very well located in comparison to all the rest of the mall. Layout is good and liquor selection is impressive.Meat prices are a generally higher than competitors (and discounts seem rare), but most other prices are competitive.The app is great and allows me to shop much more efficiently.In the before times, the hot bar was well-stocked and tasty.Also worth noting: I have never had an item ring up for the wrong price here.

Its a lovely grocery store with a great variety of goods. The prepared foods are fab and they have a great selection of craft beers and wines. The store is on two floors, but the escalators have a special lane for your shopping trolley so its easy to get around and there are a lot of places to leave your cart in the car park. Really helpful and friendly staff, with lots of nice samples to try out. The burger joint they have is all very good and pretty well priced.

Huge variety. Most likely one is able to find what they are looking for, especially because Natick Wegmans carries a lot of international items. Always a pleasant experience.

I’m very disappointed about those people who are working in the department at dairy, sushi and grocery are really and extremely rude to the customer . And the in store manager needs to teach them how to treat well to a customer because you guys will lose a lot of business. I will rather shop at wholefoods market better quality and cheaper .

This Wegmans is always well stocked, staff is friendly, and the specialty areas (fishmonger, florist, wine shop, etc.) are staffed with people who know their stuff.

Wegmans prices are a little bit high....They have all grocery. Their fast food is ready to eat or bring home.I get the chinese food package...taste good and you can choose large or small packages.On the sandwich section you can have choices..how to do your on...and they make it to you. Beautiful store, well decorated..very clean...the employee are very helpful on everything if you need it... After shopping I can stay in the Natick Mall to go to other stores or to walk.Love this place.

I won’t go anywhere else for fruit & veggies. Wegmans truly has the best quality. They blow roche bros. the competitor out of the water.

Really a 4.5, excellent market if you are looking for almost anything edible. The to-go selections are great with really good sushi offering for a grocery store. Sparkling clean...beer and wine and good cheese... what more do you need...

If you live around the mall, good place to go. If not, it’s more trouble than it’s worth. So packed and two floors. Means you have to use those chart elevators and wait in line or get stuck because someone before you got theirs stuck. Aisles are too narrow and parking is the same expectation as parking at the mall. You’re crazy to think you’re going to get a close spot to cart your groceries to.I think the mall is a bad location for a grocery store. It’s an even worse idea if you think about going here on the weekends or during holidays.

If Heaven had a grocery store, this would be it. No matter what your pantry or refrigerator needs, this place will have it. Also, easily one of the best places to get sushi as well.

This is not the Wegmans to go to, the one in Burlington is fantastic. This one is on two floors, I cant imagine who thought that a two story supermarket was a good idea, it ranks just above a two story outhouse in practicality. It also doesnt seem to be as comprehensive as the Burlington Wegmans, Im not sure if it has less stuff or if its because its so hard to find anything here.

This is great store for smart shoppers. Be sure to carefully check prices of some prepared food items. Wegman’s sells cooked grilled chicken breasts at higher prices than Whole Foods!

I live in Boston, but consistently make the trip out to the Wegmans in Natick for big grocery runs. They have an amazing selection of produce, specialty/international foods, alcohols, as well as the staples...all at reasonable prices. In addition, the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable; tonight my cashier went above and beyond to pack my haul carefully away in the reusable bags I had brought from home.As with any grocery store it can get crowded at peak times, but even during these times (and the pandemic) the store has remained well stocked and well laid out.

Great place to shop! Clean organized and lots of things

While I certainly understand why this is a 5-star market for many meat eaters, it’s been utterly underwhelming and insufficient for me, every time I give it another try. It’s more expensive than other markets, including Whole Foods, for nearly any kind of item I’ve looked for, and I don’t understand the hype! I’ve gone on Saturdays and Sundays, early morning to mid afternoon, and yet the vegan / plant-based section is poorly stocked. The hot food bar is more expensive than WHOLE FOODS. There’s an amazing product by Organic Girl called “protein greens” and on a Saturday early afternoon there was only one, and it was expired. Their packaged spinach and kale should be AMAZING, given the price/size, but every single package, regardless of how far away from its expiration date, ALWAYS is wilted, slimy, and clearly not fresh. This location certainly pales in comparison to other Wegmans, and there’s not really anything creative for vegans in the comparatively-small “buffet” style section; there’s a few vegetarian options, which mostly all have egg or cheese in them. There’s plenty of better, less-crowded options in the area, for sure.

Love the newly opened Wegman’s inside the Natick Mall. There’s restaurant on the second floor! If you have an electric vehicle you can park and charge for free right outside of wegman’s.

Amazing grocery store. Although it is attached to the mall ot has its own entrance. It is two levels with escaltors and even an escaltor for your shopping cart!!! Many places to eat inside as well. I would definitley recommend this place for your grocery needs or even just to go get some lunch!

Lots of room to get around and stay 6 feet apart. Good variety of groceries. Everyone seems to be following the rules and no one is making a fuss. Plenty of parking. I wish they had more than one returnable station.

This place is a FIVE period. Haters can say what ever but thank you Wegmans for opening in the Natick Mall! First, they have EVERYTHING. Second, they have competitive pricing. I bough organic bananas by Dole and it was 69 cents per pound. I could go to Target or Stop & Shop, but it wouldnt be any cheaper. I could pay more at Whole foods. I also had sushi ($25 for 8 pieces and 4 rolls, enough for two people). They used quality fish and didnt skimp on soy sauce (kikoman) or wasabi. Two floors of fun! Watch the trollies travel up and down dedicated escalators just like in Japan! I also went to the booze section and made sure the pricing was competitive. Go today! Will report back in a month to see if they keep it up!

Interesting setup for a grocery store. Two levels in the Natick Mall. Old JC Penney store. Escalator for people and right next to it is the shopping cart escalator. Really large beer,wine,and spirits section on the lower floor. Lots of craft beers to choose from. Good selection of organic items as well. Prices for grocery items are not bad. The prepared food selections are a bit pricey. Park in the garage in back of the mall. Use the section by the skybridge so you dont have to deal with weather or traffic.

Spoiler alert... AMAZING STORE. This is really an over the top, in a good way, shopping experience. They really have everything. I bought some amazing Casa Noble Tequila from a tasting and it is very very good. We also grabbed some coffee rolls and they live up to the hype.Sure this place was packed but the staff was on point. The handled the amount of people very well and the samples were a nice touch. Very happy to have this store so close to home.

This is out favorite Wegmans. Wish we lived closer. An employee named Karla wad washing the floor and window sold on the walkway to the garage. I stopped to tell her how important her job is at this time of the pandemic. She said she appreciated it. We all should give recognition to people like her on the front line of retail..

Disappointed by customer service. At checkout I was asked to present my ID because I was buying a bottle of champaign. My driver license has been expired in 2020, but because of pandemic I can not get a new one even though I applied for it. This has not been a problem anywhere else but this store. At this store they refused to sell and moreover tried to convince me that it is my fault. Never mind that I have been a customer for a while and spent a lot of money on wine at this store. Forget them. Obviously I am not appreciated as a customer. Ill take my business elsewhere. Probably will order online. Wont have to deal with illogical incompetence. :)

Of course brand new stores are amazing but this store is well thought out and full of speciality areas like a burger bar and coffee shop. Im having a nitro cold brew while my son has a kids chicken fingers plate. Parking was slightly harder then a standalone store but very manageable .

I loved Wegmans since they were available in New York alone. Their wide variety of produce section to grab and go food stuff is amazing.i also like that they promote local farms and carry their products as well. I love to shop here even though I have a shop like 0.1 miles from my place. I trust the quality I am getting at Wegmans.

I love Wegmans prepared foods section and the convenience of buying wine at the same time as I buy groceries, but the benefit is outweighed by the fact that I usually have to go to another store afterwards to get the rest of the items on my shopping list :( The frozen food section is especially lacking.

There’s always an Asian lady at the Sushi bar who yelled at the customer (me) for asking her to make something that wasn’t available, I left without buying anything I came to shop not to get yell at, if you don’t like people to ask you to make sushi maybe reconsider a different department? Sadly to say I have not been back since then.

Wegmans is by far the most customer friendly grocery store Ive been to everyone is eager to help and always says hi or can I help you find anything. They also have a great selection of fresh produce and I can usually do a one stop shop here. One of the best features by far is the fact they have a covered garage no need to get wet if it happens to rain while your shopping or in the winter no need to be covered in snow I will always recommend shopping here.
