All employees were COVID compliant. The store was clean and spacious. We got exactly what we came there for. We were in and out in 15 minutes or less.

Good service, prices are okay and finance is AVAILABLE for those of us who cant afford new lates appliances.

I had a great experience purchasing a TV and refrigerator. The sales man was very friendly and really knew his products. I would definitely come back again and recommend them to others.

I bought a used dryer thinking by going to a store I would have better luck than buying from a private person on offer up....but that was not the case. I took my dryer home and hooked everything up and it did not even turn on at all. I had to disconnect it and take it back to the store. They worked on it there because they dont do any returns, he fixed the wires and it turned on.I brought it back home and hooked it back up only to find out that it doesnt get any hot air. Called the store and they sent the owner out to look at it. He took the whole thing apart in my garage to find out the coil was bad. He replaced the coil and got it working. Hopefully the dryer works for more than month.I would never buy from this store again. I paid 300 for something that should have worked from the start.

I could tell within five minutes they were good people. Also, I noticed they had good inventory and good prices. Ended up purchasing a really beautiful stainless-steel French door refrigerator. They delivered it, installed it, and it’s wonderful and I love it!!! Excellent service & excellent products. Extremely happy! Will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.

I dont recomend this place, I buy a washer machine and not even two months it stop working I call and they dont want to fix it. I will never buy from this store again.

Great customer service. Bought the wrong washer/dryer set, upon delivery we realized it had the wrong hookups. Delivery/sales guys were super nice about it. Any other place would have charged another delivery fee, but no. They understood it was a mistake, met the back at the store and helped me pick out the right set up, sure I had to pay more for the difference in price but 2 deliveries same day close to closing time. Cannot speak highly of the customer service.

These guys will upsell you if you let them!! I called ahead to see about a freezer, and the guy lets me know that they have 4 in the size I asked about. I double check everything with him(price, size, if they take cash), and then go to buy one and the person who helps us says they ONLY have a bigger, more expensive option in stock. So I let him know I called ahead of time, and all of a sudden, the 4 freezers that we talked about on the phone magically appear. I understand that they work on commission but dont make me argue with you about a freezer. I purchased my freezer and its doing okay, but I will never be back to this place. The only reason I bought it here was because we were in a pinch and needed it that day. You can find the same stuff for cheaper at Wal Mart or Home Depot.

Great people there! Awesome prices new or refurbished. The atmosphere is pretty laid back.

High prices, most of which are dented and damaged 2-3 years old. Went to sears to compare and I could not believe the fact that they are cheaper and they are new models. I would have spent the exact same price and I got a new non dented and newer model at sears. I would not left a bad review if the man assisting me would been nice dude. He seemed arrogant and didn’t seem he wanted to make a sale. His lost!!!! Poor customer service. But I will say that the woman that first assist me was nice at least.

Excellent. I have a Samsung refrigerator. Cesar diagnosed the problem, fixed it in 10 minutes and charged me about half of what Sansung and Sears was going to charge. Nice guy, fast and efficient.

This PLACE is horrible.... we bought a washer and dryer and fridge in March first 2 weeks dryer went out it had a bad motor ... okay they couldnt fix it so they brought us another one. So our warranty was for 90 days ok understandable well after spending 1000.00 on everything the refrigerator goes out almost one month to the day after the warranty expire we find out the fridge is NON REPAIRABLE and nothing can be done this after 2 opinions... so I call them and explain to them what happen the guy goes on to say there is nothing they can do... so i said can you at least come out and look at it we will pay for repairs if need be. The man hung up on me and the fridge only worked all of 3 months... NOW WE ARE OUT OF A FRIDGE AND OUR MONEY.... I ADVISE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE...
