Staff very friendly and helpful! Answered all of our questions and helped get the perfect appliances that we need for our house! I have been to other locations but have got to say the nicest staff we have seen while here in California! Ruben was amazing at helping with getting my PC!! Thank you all!

Worst place . They guy forced our purchase on us at that . We were trying to ask questions but already was starting the purchase. Even at that they gave us three different delivery dates . He said our bill was so a certain day and ends up being a different day . So when they call for payment they threaten to take our stuff . Instead of trying to move the date to what the guys said . Also they said a girl helped us when it was a guy . SHITY PLACE . Unorganized. Miscommunication.

I would have to say all three times that Ive came to this location I was treated great. The team went out there way to help me and get me the best deal. The only issue I would have would be with the DM not trying to go out his way like the staff. But for the most part everyone in the store was great

If I could I wouldnt give them any stars. Worst experience. Got harrassed weekly for MONTHS because of an error their employee made when making the contract. They never apologized for the inconvenience, but blamed me for it. I informed their employee what days I got paid and when I would be able to make the payments. She still put it on the opposite week. Was promised it would be fixed and it never was. It took them months to even tell me how to fix it. They were rude dealing with the situation from the Sales Reps up to the Regional Manager. I will NEVER deal with this company again nor will I refer them. Huge disappointment!!!

This place is terrible. DON’T DO IT. I’m warning you. They take forever to deliver and pick up items. I have to be out of my place by tomorrow and I’ve been trying to get them to pick up their furniture for over a week! Nothing is left in my apartment but THEIR furniture! I’m not taking it to them in my own personal truck using my own gas. I shouldn’t have to do that! I’ve even spoke to the store manager like this is ridiculous! I’m staying far away from ALL RENT-A-CENTERS!! Horrible customer service!

Decided to give RAC a chance because it was the cheapest option to accommodate visitors for a week with a sofa to sleep on. Definitely will not be going back, especially to this location.Issues:- Typed address incorrectly into the form. Employee said he would change the address in the system for delivery, but we found out later he did not. Forms were not reprinted, but were manually amended prior to signature.- Delivery estimate of 11AM to 2PM on a Thursday. I stayed home from work to wait for them. They did not show up. I called at 1:45 PM to see if I should still expect them, only to hear that the truck had issues, but on the way. They should have notified me, but fair enough. I called again at 3:00 PM to hear, theyre on the way. Called at 4:00 PM and a different employee said, Oh... Were coming to you next! Okay... I live about 5 minutes away. I could have hand carried this sofa home by now. Truck never showed up, and I later find out that it was because they still had the wrong address.- At this point, I want to cancel, and they seemed fine with that. They asked me to come back on Saturday to allow for them to get the money to refund the rental and the security deposit in cash. Sure, whatever. Went in on Saturday and they had no money to give me. I was told it was too short notice, and to call throughout the day to see if they get enough money from payments from other customers (hopefully in cash) to get enough to pay me back. Called at 2PM and was told it was still to early in the day, and they didnt have any money. Apparently I need to call right before they close.If you need to go through this RAC for whatever reason, good luck to you. Just poor customer service, which is cliche, but when they cant get anything right, except for accepting payment, theres a problem.

Hi I have been with rent a center since 2010 and I have always been treated great there was one time I had a bad time with them but then they fixed it but even through that happened I still needed them I have had nothing but great people work with me I am very simple and I like to pay my bills and I know they like to have people pay there bills they will work with you if you let them know they will try and do everything they can to work with you but what everyone forgets they work for someone else so they can only do so much I am thankful for them I wouldnt be able to have some of the things I have today ... thank you Rent-A-Center

Terrible customer service, all the employees are rude. I make my payment online every two weeks. But they still bugg and showe up to my house talking about you havent made the payment. I call customer service and as soon as i do everything is okay your payment was received. What this people need to do is be more organized and work on their customer service skills.

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO DO BUSSNESS WITH. THEY SCAM YOU AND CALL YOU FOR PAYMENTS WHEN THEY DONT EVEN UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION. HOW IN THE WORLD A BUNK BED COST YOU 499 AND YEAR AND HALF LATER YOU STILL OWE HALF. THIS STORE HAS HAD 2 MANAGERS, THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO HELP YOU OUT BUT ALL THEY DO ITS SCAM YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....THEY JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT CANT AFFORD FURNITURE.
