Very friendly service. The work done to our car was great! Had damage on both sides of car and it looked like a brand new car when they finished with it. We are very happy.

I just want to shout out the one that referred me to New Image Customs. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mr. Lafayette. He is a humble and honest man. From the jump, he told me what to expect. Unbeknownst to either of us, my vehicle was missing some parts. He called me immediately and asked me how I wanted to continue. I told him to go ahead and proceed because I had full faith in him. He took the time necessary to fix my car and his prices was so affordable. The reason why I harp on that is because, my neighbor hit my car and wanted to pay out of pocket (without involving insurance). She is a single mom and didnt want her premiums to go up. He could have price gouged us, but he didnt. He beat every other estimate I obtained and still provided me with top notch quality work. Will definitely go back if I ever need my car repaired again...and will highly recommend him to friends and family.

Highly recommend! very professional and knowledgeable. i was nervous to get the auto body work done on my car, but after several quotes it was a no brainer for me to go with new image. the owner, lafayette, took the time to explain the process it would take to fix the damage and he laid out all of my options so i was fully informed while making a decision. the pricing was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. i’m very happy with the work; my car looks amazing. it’s clear they are intentional and detail-oriented with their work. i’ll definitely be returning to new image!

I have brought my cars here for years. The staff is knowledgeable and have always done a great job. I have had window tints to repairs and custom paint along with rims a few times. They made going through my insurance very easy and even got me into a rental car. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my baby. Take your car here, you wont be disappointed!!

...took my 1966 impala convertible in to New Image Customs And talk to Lafayette about having air bag suspension work done to my car the staff was friendly and had my car home in no time they did a great job installing the air bags front/back/side/side and took very good care of my car I would recomend this place for any body looking to get air bag instalation done...

Lafayette is a great guy and his crew does a great job. Tinted the windows on my 06 Accord. Theses guys do high quality work. When i was waiting for the windows I was able to look at all the old vehicles they are restoring. Impalas, Caprices, Harleys, trucks. They do it all, RIGHT.THANK YOU NEW IMAGE!

This place is really good, had to bring my truck here after another place messed up the air suspension pretty bad. They not only fixed it, they also did it at a great price! Super friendly customer service and all around good people! Would definitely recommend all of my friends to go here.

Ive been taking my car here for years. They didnt do everything on my car, but what they have done is top of the line and has lasted. Ive never had an issue with any of the work theu do and I hope to continue bringing my car to them for many years to come.They are the best in the biz in my opinion.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my 2007 Sportster there to get my wheels and helmets painted -- Perfect paint match. Now Im taking my custom fairing for my 2016 Road King. Lafayette has already paint matched my helmets. HD Midnight Magic is hard to match but he did it. I recommend his services.
