Of all the B&BW stores Ive been to, this one has hands down the best staff. They make you feel welcome without hovering over you while you shop and are more than willing to help search for products/check storage for extras.

This place has taken a serious NOSE DIVE!! I went to return five Wallflowers that didnt give any fragrance. I paid full price for 5 (5 x $16.50 = 82.50 plus tax) plus two fragrances $7 x 2 = $14) I WAS GIVEN BACK A TOTAL OF ....$25.25!!! I was treated like a common thief by Cecil! (a manager??) I waited like a dog for 32 minutes while 3 clerks CECIL, ANGEL & A MEANIE WITH BLUE HAIR looked again and again at their own website trying to find the rock bottom lowest return price for my items. It was humiliating to say the least.Finally a smart one named Crystal used a dummy SKU to give me a $3.00 return! LOL. Then the MONSTER WITH BLUE HAIR MUMBLED SOMETHING UNDER HER BREATH AS MY SON AND I LEFT THE STORE. Shame on you Bath & Body Works I literally spend thousands of dollars with you

This place is awesome and they have really good customer service. I went in there to buy a Mother’s Day Gift and the girls really helped me out. Karina and Danielle are really nice and they knows their products. They helped me save some $$$ by telling me to get the app for rewards. I only come to this store for birthdays and holidays so it helps saving some cash. Also, at the register Sofia was really cool and she gave me candle boxes so that I can wrap them up and make them look nice for the gifts I’m giving away. I really felt welcomed here and I don’t mind spending extra if they really going to help me out since I hardly come into this store. Definetly coming back soon.

One of my favorite stores to pick up beautiful fragrances and there is always a sale.

The lines were long to get in because of covid19..only 17 people at a time..so the wait was at least 30 min..I got a refund on an item and went ahead and shopped ..very nice experience..the only thing I would have liked differently was the opportunity to sign up for rewards at the register instead of doing it on line myself ..or even be asked if I had signed up at that time..but I did do it myself and looking forward to earning points towards a free item..

I like shopping at this particular store because the staff is so nice one person in particular his name is Angel I’ve gone in a few times when he is working he came up to me one time and I asked him if he would help me find some items for my husband and sons and he suggested quite a few things so we made some sets for them and they really liked what I had bought them only if they knew that I got help from Angel keep up the good work and continue helping customers like me.

The staff is always happy and ready to help. I always come here. Been coming here for along time since I used to work In the mall. Always has great deals and what I need. The only problem is their lines... It gets out of hand and people who are up are a little slow but hey nobody is perfect as long as the service is great:)

Very good products, there is always a variety for everyone. It is recommended to wait for coupons in the mail to take advantage of the offers more. You can try most of the products there, they have a sink. It is almost always neat and clean. Good service even when there are a lot of people.
