Horrible customer service, waited 15 min 😒 to get helped because there was only 1 employe . Like why work with the public if your going to be rude !!I just end up walking out with nothing

Not as welcoming as it was pre-covid. You cant try on colors, etc., I get the sanitation thing. I would suggest having color swatches, why should I purchase something that I dont know will fit me.However, the young lady that helped me do an online return was nice. Its an inconvenience to buy some, you dont like the color than have to return it.I suppose thats our present world.

Usually dont prefer to go, but need makeup quick... great experience

I had an amazing experience at this MAC store. I was going to a wedding in San Diego and left my make up in Los Angeles on top of running late. All of the staff were really accommodating right from the beginning.Veronica was my artist and did a wonderful job. My face was flawless and she was really nice! Definitely ask for her if you stop by.

Very rude. I had a coupon for a 30 minuets makeup and three-day foundation sample for free. I walked in because I was already at the plaza and Mac was empty! No customer. She said I had to make an appointment first. I was willing to wait. But she said .. I’ll see if I can do it cuz we’re only two artist. She came and said I’ll do it. She didn’t ask me if I like the color of the eyeshadow, she just applied. It felt like she was forced to do it and also was focusing more on the people that walked in than my makeup. She spent like 5 minuets on my eyes and 5 more looking for makeup one by one around the store while doing it instead of getting everything ready before starting. So 20 minuets left of the time!! And the sample she gave me put a little of product. Not even the half, I mean the bottle sample is already small and she put like she would pay for it. I always buy makeup here, and I was treated like I was just taking advantage of the free stuff!! I was expecting something better.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Marla! I made an appointment to get my makeup done here. Marla was my artist and she is the best. She did my make-up for my wedding and made me look amazing. Not only was I extremely satisfied and will always come back to see her I will also recommend her to anybody whos looking for an artist on any occasion. Conversation was great I felt more than comfortable and want to shout to the world what a great person she is. Thank you Marla!

I love this place... i always find what im looking for and the staff is wonderful...

I went to get a foundation match. I left looking like a party clown. The makeup artist kept saying it was because of ny skin but she definitely didnt know how to match my skin tone with product. It was just awful.

The service was exellent with Gaby Lynn and her Manager ( I forgot to ask for her name ). I came in on a tuesday which was the best decision and I highly recommend. Walked in with a very poor hydrated face and Lynn treated me with the five star hydration offer ( I forgot the name of the promo). I have always had good experiences but Lynn just is really good explaining and has a really unique way of doing it. I was explained the purpose and effect of each product in ways that impacted me and changed my oponion that makeup its all about a foundation with powder. I loved my experience. I was more even surprised in her way of giving services to me and other customers and still gave me a great valuable experience. She really took her time and gave me a one and one experience. Always been there for my makeup. But this time I brought with me makeup and more knowledge. Super satisfied 👌😍☺
