Crooks. Was in a pinch and needed to drive away in a new car that day. The fact that “the only way they could make it happen” was to lock me into an interest rate of 13% even though my credit score is 800 wasn’t what made me mad. It wasn’t even the fact that they pocketed my down payment and didn’t apply it to the financing. It was the flat out lies. The first thing I asked about the vehicle was about the suspension because it looked as if it was slightly lower on one side and they assured me there was nothing wrong with it. We took it on a test drive on a smooth road, they cranked up the a.c and put on some music.. in hindsight I realize this was all to drown out the constant unbearable squeaking from the suspension. If the vehicle is on anything but a perfectly paved flat road it squeaks beyond belief and has been like that since the day I brought it home. Reached out to them months ago and still no word back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Bought a car from them a couple days ago. So far the car is nice but I have a light on for the tire system, Orlando didn’t want to fix it because “it could be cheap or expensive”. Overall it was a good experience, he’s good at getting financing, and he was very black and white about things like my car wouldn’t be coming with floor mats and only one key and the light wouldn’t be fixed.

I got a car here last march. Orlando was the person I spoke to. I bought a vehicle off the lot which I was told was in full functioning condition although used. I asked if the car would have any problems down the road and was told it wouldnt, they revise and replace the parts prior to selling their vehicles which was total bs. Three months later the vehicle stops working, it wouldnt start. I went back to GR and explained the situation and they basically ended up pointing their fingers at me. So I spent about $2,000 to fix the car. It worked well for about 6 months and the vehicle finally crapped out. Dont trust the vehicles on this lot nor the salesmen that work their. They are full of it.

Do not buy from here! 3 oil leaks, timing chain busted, radiator blew, starter went out, and hyd fluid leak. All within a month of buying a car here.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Murano for $8,000 all in, they excepted my offer, but when I went there they wouldnt give me the warranty that it came with, but sold it to me for $300 more, & then I found out that they took out the brand new floor mats that the ad says it comes with, I went there & confronted them & they said that the computer automatically puts that in the ads for all their cars, obviously they were lying, & then found out that they took the cargo pull over, we just had it 1 day, who knows what else will find that they took, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone be very careful there.
