Today was the 2nd time I visited this specific T-Mobile store and was assisted by a group of employees efficiently during a late lunch hour. The first employee to approach me upon entrance was not completely sure of what I needed help with or how she would be able to assist. My intention was to add a smartwatch to my plan and remove the other smartwatch that was currently on there, but the watch I wanted to add needed a sim card to work properly. I dont think I explained myself well and was redirected to a different coworker who was ultimately able to assist.The initial interaction with the first employee almost appeared to me as if she had already assumed what she thought I needed or wanted to do and was quick to provide a response. Although she was ultimately wrong, the coworker I ended up completing the transaction with was appreciated as he knew what he was doing and was polite and professional about my need for help.The watch itself is unconventional and looks like a tiny smartphone attached to a wriststrap (or basically the size of an ankle monitor on your wrist lol). After showing the other employees the watch I think it all made more sense versus me trying to explain how the watch needed a nanosim card to function as intended and didnt just need to be paired with my phone.I feel the first employee could have handled the situation better in terms of approach and customer service, but otherwise a good experience.

We been going to this store for over 2 years now! Today, we had a really bad experience! My husband requested a Spanish speaking person, and the man that came to help him was awful. He seemed bothered by him having to help! Very vague in his answers, very rude and rushed the sale. He is either a manager or a supervisor! Evidently, my husband didnt buy anything! We went to another location instead! We wont be going back there anymore!

Irma was very not nice at all, she asked for my phone number about 5 times in about 10 minutes. The team doesn’t work well together, Irma couldn’t sign into her account and she asked her teammate to and he declined in a bad mannered way. We came here to upgrade our phone and in one hour we accomplished nothing, they were all talking to each other for 20 minutes, then asking us questions there are these deals and those deals and would wonder of again, DEFINITELY NOT COMING HERE AGAIN.

Super long wait as always and once I was next The representative that helped with my phone transfer didn’t know what they were doing, I got tired of waiting and went to the T-Mobile down the street next to Titas and they had no wait and were able to fix my phone fast.

Tyler was a huge help. From start to finish helped me with my no phone issue to upgrade to a new phone and be back in business. Was very informative and helpful in setting my new phone up. Great customer service. So make sure when you come to this location you ask for Tyler he is great.

Like always, today I left with a smile and a pep in my step lol. I was helped out with switching out some information on my account, help with purchasing a new samsung tablet A..Ohhh yeah and btw Team Member Olivia😍😍 i hope to run into her again soon. Came back a few minutes later to get help with a call and text feature my tablet includes but i couldnt figure out, walked in and Olivia was there to help out, super friendly and willing to look up information for me i hope to run into her at machete to thank her with a pint🍻...must be my lucky day for sure.

Went to this place on 8/24 to pay my bill in Cash. Cashier told me I was good, I shouldve gotten a receipt but I didnt. Ive paid here before so I trusted he registered the payment. My service wasnt renewed the following day due to lack of funds and Customer service stated that no funds were posted to the account. I will be revisiting the store 8/25 to fix the issue. Horrible service!

I went in to purchase a charger and waited almost 15 minutes for anyone to pay attention to me. One associate (a pretty young hespanic lady with long dark hair) stood at her computer eating ice. She also let another customer cut the line. Not cool or acceptable. Next time I will go to Walmart to get my accessories. Customer service is so important and it just was not there.

This place is so terrible. The customer service was aweful. The girl that was helping me was also helping another customer which was fine, but the fact that there were three other employees standing around not doing anything except walking back and fourth from the backroom to the front was a little irritating. The phones on display didnt work so I couldnt check out the specs. The manager gave me wrong info about a potential phone I wanted to buy. This experience was terrible.

I do not like giving negative feedback not even on eBay but these people at T.Mobile at Plaza Blvd are really bad. So many instances where I had been given wrong or just plain bad advise as well as service. The latest was regarding the iPhone 7 plus. I submitted my preorder for (2) devices, they said youll get them in two weeks and now im scheduled to receive them by end of October. Two months.Other instances, I went to this same store to change my plan. 4 lines for $120. I told them about the 10gbs of data included they said no it only comes with 6. I called T-Mobile and now I have 10. Another instance, was with my iPhone 6 Plus. I constantly had bad reception, and after them trying to figure what was wrong they convinced me to change my device. I was told that I was going to receive a New device. When I received it, it was a refurbished unit. Not only that it was refurbished it had a bad microphone, so I sent it back and received another refurbished unit. This time this New iPhone had a bad camera Blurry. So I sent it back and finally I received the one Im using but I been sensing that it has a bad battery. At 20% sometimes it shuts off and as soon as I connect the device automatically has 20+% of battery life.Im a electronic tech, and I know my ways in and out of electronic devices but this store and its employees are something else. I would not recommend this store. They promise you and never deliver.Instead go a Corporative T. Mobile store. Ask for one, most stores are operated independently. And prices differentiate. Again, think about twice before visiting stores like this. Learn as much as possible before walking in and them giving you the wrong information. JR.

Very bad costumer service Melissa kept my passport id I went to pick it up and said they were mailed out its been almost two months and have not received anything had to report it lost and now apply for a new one I believe they sold it they get nervous the manager is never there they have no tracking number which they should have and now they are under investigation very upset at this!
