They are pathic and not too helpful if you have not purchased your Metro PCS phone there at their location on highland in National city.

Ariana from this store is the best, since day 1 she takes care of me and my family with plans promos upgrades etc . Shes one of those extra mile achievers and forsure deserves recognition, as well as the amazing girls that operate at this store. Girls! Thank you. Im never changing stores.

I was going to switch from AT&T because outside they have a big sign saying zero fee when you switch and they were charging me 360 I went to multiple stores and this is the store that gave me the highest price I ended up going to metro next to carnival in national city I paid 130, so yes from 360 to 130 that a big difference they just seem money hungry 🤤 they didn’t even ask for my name all they care about is money

FRAUD alert! The hijacked my account and falsified my identity! Please read on. I bought 5 phones here and they set the PIN and kept it secret; they refused to give it to mem denying me access to the account. They opened the account under a different name -not mine- to gain control over it and keep me out. Brenda carried out the fraud with her supervisor, Ariana on the side. I realized I had been a victim later that day, when I couldn´t login to the Metro by Tmobile web site, so I called Metro customer service, and they said the account wasnt even under my name and since I didn´t have my PIN they refered me to the store. I spoke with Ariana at the store, who said that the account had been set as high security and that after 10 days it would automatically go to normal, and that that do it that way to prevent people from selling their phones right over!. She totally refuse to help . The guys at the corporate store got into the account to make things right and confirmed that the account had been set under a totally different name! WHAT? They made things right, and called this fraudulent store to let them know they were scamming people. NEVER, bever do business here, unless you want to risk your identity to be stolen!. WOW. do these two act on their own behalf? Dont think so. must be following orders from the owner Al?.Definition: New Account hijacking/Takeover:New account takeover or new account identity theft is when a criminal creates a new account under your name using personal information they received from stealing your data, either directly or via a data breach. It is a combination of both synthetic identity theft and account takeover theft.

I went to pay my bill and got attitude from manager just to help while her coworkers were to busy on there phone.

Tbey speak to you so nice and make you sign a contract before giving you the actual price of your purchase. I left there because they lied and what they did was disconnect my phone to a new phone that i did not buy or take. It took me 4 days to resolve this issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Do not trust this place. They scammed me for $20. They charged me for a glass screen protector that i never wanted and they lied saying that the glass screen was free when clearly it was charged on the receipt. They are dishonest and liars. I have been coming here for 2 years now and today was the last day i will go to that place. Be cautious about this place. There are plenty of other metro pcs around the area to go to.

Dont like the way the Owner AL !!treats his employees at his different stores, He treats them like theyre his properties!! He yells at them and does not provide any type of relief, during there 8 to 10 hour shift Relief by not providing a chair or stool to sit on!! And in some stores they do not have a fan or air conditioning under all this heat that we have in San Diego!! For that I call it abuse and mistreatment bad stores!!!! 😣😞🤒🤕🗣👥
